I was purchased the Fab Home Turin Queen Bed With Box Storage item from them on 30.06.2015 at a price of 12000/- . But, it was disappointed. The item quality is very very less. The head portion of the storage bed has broken on next day of installation. Very cheap item and having least quality. How are they able to sell this item at the cost of Rs-12000/-? .It is quite unbelievable price for this cheap item. I hope this item may costs around Rs-3000/- based on the quality of particle board used for the item. Hence, they had stolen my cash around Rs-9000/- .Moreover we paid the unloading charges here at the time of delivery and after that we paid the installation charges. I tried to convey my queries to them, but they are not ready to address me. Totally it was head ache for me. I never expected such practices from them. My hard earned money had stolen by these fraud people due to delivering of this cheap item for huge price. At the time of purchase through website, they were not mentioned in anywhere about the quality of board or thickness of particle board used for the item manufacturing. Really I am fed up with them. They are fraud. I hope you all are understand what I said here.

    Have been ordering regularly on their e-commerce site since June 2015. Must have ordered at-least 7-8 times by now. But not a single order till date has been processed in smooth fashion. They keep on blaming the vendor, courier agency or their stringent quality check, which again is a sheer lie. Neither a single employee is ready to take up the responsibility to resolve the query and instead just keep on telling lies one after the other. Even their highest designated employee for customer service Mr. Prashant is no different when it comes to showing professionalism. Not once have they called me inspite of commiting a call back from superior. Also neither of them gives proper details when inquired about whom to escalate. and even after calling so many times, the reply I get is concerned person not available. I mean do they take salary just for allowing to use their name in the company. Still waiting for a call back from Arun Raut but no revert till date.

      Fab Furnish, Gurgaon sent us Queen size bed against order no.[protected], we received bed in broken condition, now they said they will not replaced the same and not refund the money, they accept their fault but not taken care this matter seriously, what we do, we are helpless now, from last 10 days suffering from this problem, this is totally unprofessional approch, please help me.

        I have purchased one study table and chair online from FabFurnish on 23rd June'15. Order No. :[protected]. On 24th June, I got SMS that material is dispatched by Safe Express. AWB No. : 82509016. The material was supposed to delivered on 2nd July but is not yet delivered as on date. Fabfurnish or Safe Express is not even able to confirm the delivery date. When talk to SafeExpress they say Fabfurnish has put the delivery on hold. Fabfurnish says that SafeExpress has put delivery on hold. Please help me in this regards.

            I had placed an order with them on 31st May[protected]. I have still not received my deliveries even after placing a million calls to them. The last order I placed on 21st July[protected], was delivered in bits and pieces with severe delays and one of the products not polished properly. Only after much back and forth with their customer care and carpenter were they able to send someone to fix it. Someone even write a fake review on their Facebook page from me.

              Dear Sir, My dining table had some defects so I called up Fab Furnish, It was out of warranty so they told it will be chargeable, I asked them for the quotation and they came up with a free complementary first service and took the dining table from my home on 5th June 2015, I was told that it will take maximum of 10 days to reach my home after repair. I got a call on 11th that my Table has been repaired and it will reach me on 14th, But nothing happened, On 14th when I called them they said 17th is the date but again it was same, On 17th they said another 4 days .. its 22nd today and I am yet to get any positive response from them wither via mail or call, .                 Dear Sir, I have purchased Metallica Nicholas King Bed With Hydraulic Storage Black my order no.#[protected] from Fabfurnish on 8th February, 2015 through my axis bank debit card due to offer 10% cash back. I have paid full amount of Rs.19109.00. As per offer i have received my cash back on 30th April, 2015 but till date i have not received my 10% cash back. I contact Fabfurnish so many times but they said wait for some time than they finally said me you ordered through our mobile app so you are not eligible for cash back. I have contact Fabfurnish before placing the order by phone and email to clear my all doubts. They said me all these rules but their is no rule for mobile app or pc website order placing rules. They cheated me because i have take their offer screenshot in my tab also in writing their email i have received . I have attached both file for proof please see their is no any order placing platform rules like mobile or desktop site in this. If my call was record by them please see recorded file. I have purchased lots of things on cashback but never found this type of rules for order placing platform conditions for cash back. Please sir help me in this matter they cheated me. Attachment: 1.                   I had ordered a Decostyle Wooden Chest Of Drawers Black(DE520FU18KQRINDFUR-307327) with the specification of 30"/30"/15" and when I received the product the specifications were in cm instead of inches. I called customer service for returning the product but was denied every time saying that the site mentioned right specifications. I was promised to be sent the screenshot of the specification by 4 customer care rep and none sent it. When I wanted to speak to the supervisor I was denied saying supervisor was busy and that he/she would tell me the same thing. This is pure cheating and this kind of companies should be banned from doing business.

                  By seeing the advertisements and the website I got carried away and finally deceived by this company with which I have tried all best possible ways except for filing a case in the court which is the only last option available now.

                  I waited, spoke politely, shouted, used languages that could provoke them and give the service but nothing worked till date.Such a thick skinned animals they are who needs to be thought a lesson by a court verdict that could penalize them fro their life time.

                  My Friend is a advocate in high court of Chennai and I will definitely do this for sure in the interest of the public as these stupids should not repeat this to any other customer.

                  I ordered for 2 nos of queen bed with a length of 78 inches, the delivery was supposed to be done in 8 days but delayed by 20 days initially after a lot of calls and shouting it was delivered little earlier. Then I happened to call their assembler 100 times to do the assembling upon which we understood that the delivered cot was only 75 inches and my mattress was not fitting in.

                  When i called this company for the complaint the first answer i got was to get my mattress altered according to the size for which they were will to pay some peanuts...which irritated me then later on they said they will give a replacement for which a reverse pick up is mandatory. I was dead against the same as i knew what will happen if i give away my stock.

                  I strictly said that it is not possible and after 15 days they agreed to deliver the right product and then take back the one with me...They are supposed to give some options from which i can choose some thing which is not given yet and I have spoken to 100 different telecallers so far and with all 100 i had to explain the issue from beginning.

                  This company has a website and some suppliers tiedup with out any back support in terms of service, goofing up big time, playing around with people money.

                  Dont ever try to buy anything from this site.
                  I Agree, same thing happened to two queen size and one kind size bed delivered to me, The mattress won't fit in the bed as dimensions of bed is smaller than listed mattress size on website !

                    Day 1 to 10 I purchased a Bench(JP05165) directly from the JP Nagar store, Bangalore. Sales person fooled us by saying that he is throwing an additional discount of 25% on the actual price since the product was a display piece. After I returned home, figured out that the discounted price offered to us was way higher than the normal price from online. I registered a complaint on the following day & requested for order cancellation. Now company claims that they cannot cancel the order because the price discrepancy is a trivial factor & not ready to acknowledge the unethical trade practices they are involved in by giving a discriminated pricing on the products on different sales channels which they own by themselves. When I contacted the Seller, he mentioned that he has routed the complaint on the day I spoke to him which was 10 days ago but figured out that it was never registered on their tool until yesterday i.e. after 10 days of purchasing the product. They are not accepting that it's totally ridiculous to do something like this & talk about their hilarious policies. Someone calls me in the morning from Gurgaon to sort out the issue & she confirms that product has already been dispatched & order can't be cancelled. On other side, Seller confirms that the product has never been dispatched from their stores yet. Seller confirms that they can offer additional 10% to retain the sale. Customer Care says that they can only give 5% discount that too in the form of a voucher to do future purchase. Unsure if they still believe that someone would do the business with them after going thru all the agony because of them. I was promised to receive a call back by end of day today after thorough analysis & never heard back from them yet. It's very annoying to spend 20K & sit back & wait until they solve our problem. Buyers, please please please don't go by moderated positive reviews which are totally an eyewash which you find about this company. Day 11: I never received any call back from Returns team somebody by name Shikha was suppose to call me back to update me on the status. I din't get a call until I took pain to call them to seek update. After few hours, she calls me that she is proactively calling me to share the same update thru standard dialogues she threw at me yesterday. She was incapable to understand my agony & continued to say that she can't do anything & she couldn't take it any further. She says after all it's a mere issue & can throw additional 5% which I ideally deserve not that company is doing any favor on me to satisfy my ego. Guyz. Please share this with your friends & relatives to avoid such disasters & mental stress. Day 14 Eventually, I was told that somebody will call me from Gurgaon to provide some comprehensive solution to my problem. But never heard back from anybody yet. I am planning to chose some other platform to blog until I receive some resolution around this problem.

                      Got the Delivery of Elmwood Cadbury King Bed Chestnut(NC271HA81BCOINDFUR-20650) on 22nd march 2015 after 15-20 days the middle wood which was supporting the bed came down.We called the customer care department and was informed that someone from the tech dept will visit us.After writing loads of mail and calling the customer care dept an number of times 2 gentleman from Technical dept arrived as told us that the wood was faulty and was also make me speak to some lady and was confirmed that the bed will be picked and replaced with a new one.Till date which is again almost 20 days from the date technician's visit the bed is still lying at my home.I am writing the emails and calling the customer care dept..every time the executive promises that the bed will be picked in 2 working days but still no action is happening. I have also asked them to take the bad and refund the amount but things are not moving.My relatives will be coming over to my place in the first week of June ...this is highly embarrassing My Order number is JM02944

                        Hello, I placed order on 9th may and same day my card was charged (RS 7860.94). And after 15 days of waiting, they come back and say product is unavailable! It seems they are running a business just to collect people's money for few days and return it later. Also, in revert they sent me a coupon of Rs. 2374.00 and it says the same can be applied without any restriction. But when I tried to apply it, it was not how it was depicted in the email. I had a conversation with their executive and what she has to say is that "It is just 33% coupon" BUT WHY IS THAT, IT WAS NOT MENTIONED IN THE EMAIL. Navpreet Singh

                          I Arun Gupta bought a Office chair from Fabfurnish.com, which has the market price of Rs17000(approx) and as the website was running the discount offer they gave this chair to me for Rs 6011(including Taxes) now when the chair was delivered to me the product was found faulty i made the complaint to the customer care they provided me that they will soon replace the office chair but now they are telling me to return the chair and take Rs 1000 extra as they don’t have them same office chair in their store, but when i am going to the manufacture website looking the same chair they still have the same chair in their store, even Ebay is selling the same chair on their website for Rs 17300, now this thing proves that fabfurnish is trying to cheat me as they new that the chair was faulty and they sold the chair to me and now when i made complaint on their website they first took of the chair from their website and put the “out of stock” tag on the chair and told me that they don’t have the chair in the stock please help in this case as i feel cheated buy fabfurnish.com I am providing all the details below with regards to my complaint and even i am provinding all the mail for the refrence Dear Team, I was talking to one of executive Ms Shikha Katiyar and she gave me the option of providing my money back to my wallet to reuse the fund return the faulty product the company, i don’t want my money kindly arrange another chair like the same chair i have or the equivalent money that i will need to buy the same chair from some where else as the this product is not finished in the market it is available in the market i bought this from your website because of the reason that the company has the great reputation and will do anything to maintain this reputation but buy the talk of the girl now the reputation of the company is nothing to me i want the amount for which i will be able to buy the same kind of chair or I will have to consult my lawyer how will have to deal with your company accordingly in consumer court.                             Selling fake products.. Beware!! Don't just get carried with the products online. Ample times I have seen bed sheets, kitchen and home related stuff were of very low quality and product dispatched is NOT what you ordered for.. They are not doing any quality check and are dispatching old and fake products. I've reached out and complaint numerous times. Very poor management and customer service team. In a competitive business world, follow some basic ethics and never fool your customers. Value them and follow basic etiquettes. Team are so passive and cold in their response and never apologetic for their mistakes. I guess going to a store is any day better than buying online from this company. I see ample complaints already from other customers too. It shows these guys never value customer's at all and have no regrets

                              Hi, I ordered Dressing Table from Fabfurnish, order #[protected]Spacewood Kosmo Premium Dressing Table Teak). They have delivered defective pieces of dressing table, the mirror part wood was broken. I raised a complaint to them that I got defective piece please replace it or refund back my money, the complaint number is CASE:8578036, more than 10 days has been over and there is no response from them. I only used to call to the customer care to know the status everyday but every time I get the same response that we have forwarded your complaint to the vendor (Spacewood - Nagpur) and they didn't get any response to them. Please do the needful for me. once they receive money they just delivered the defective pieces to the customer and customer keep following them multiple times and they just speak to them politely and ignoring the complaint. I had placed an order for a wardrobe on the 18th of Feb which was suppose to be delivered within 17-22 working days however got delivered on the 28th of March after several follow ups. They kept postponing the delivery date and failed to deliver as per their timeline every single time! While I was waiting the product, I had asked for a call back from the manager which I haven't received till date. Post receiving the delivery, I called their Customer Care to arrange for the assembly of the product and was informed that it will be done within 48 hours and again they failed to meet their timeline and I had to follow up on the same. After several follow ups, on the 1st of April they sent someone for the assembly and when they opened the product, I realised that it was not the product that I had ordered for. I again call the Customer Care to complaint about the product delivered and I was promised a callback from the Mangaer in half an hour by the supervisor Priyanka. Its more than 3 hours now and I'm still awaiting their callback. The reason people order furniture online is because no one today has the time to run behind the carpenters and get it made...but with Fabfurnish the purpose is just not served.I am extremely appalled by the service provided by them!!                                 I have a completely different experience shopping with FabFurnish...I am shopping with this site for quite awhile now and most of my home furnishings are from this site...Once I ordered the Fab Home Rome Book Cabinet and it was delivered right on time but found that its glass door is cracked...I immediately called up the Customer Care team and asked for a replacement...they took about a week to replace my product and I was provided one of a good quality...they systematically sorted my issue...

                                  I have ordered a double bed mattresses but the delivered product was single bed. The product order no is[protected]. Its 18days and the status for the product on the fabfurnish account is still shipped though i got the product before 18days i.e on 10March. When i raised a case, there is reply that we cannot replace product and refund you. Disgusting service and no reply on the case raised. They just keeping on saying we don't have the such return or refund policy for your product i have raised 2 case for the product but no any favourable reply.                                     Dear Concern, I had placed the request for the assembly of the products on 17th Mar-15 & was received the standard reply that it’ll be done within 24-48 hours. Now, 168 hours had already been passed but nothing has been done so far. I do understand that you might not be having quick assembly facility in cities like ludhiana but you should not commit the customer with the standard reply 24-48 hours etc. Since 17th & 21st March-15, both the products are lying & occupied full space of my apartment’s drawing room area. On 21st I was assured by you that the assembly would be done positively by 23rd. when I called up today afternoon, I was again assured that it will be done in the second half of the day. When I called up in the evening, again no concrete reply or assurance was received except that would arrange a call back. The same was promised to me in the morning too but didn’t receive any call. Pl. note that one of the product Metalica queen bed has been delivered to me almost 1 month late due to some holding miscommunication at your end & we have to put mattresses on the floor till date. And just imagine my agony, the required bed is lying in our drawing room for the past 7 days. Though in the past I have always liked your products, customer care service & recommend to many of my friends & relatives. But this time after renovating my place it was my 1st bulk purchase with you, but I must say I am highly disappointed & this disappointment has over showed the goodness of other products which I had already received. Incidentally, I happen to read the interview of your director Mr. Vikram Chopra that how did they started with a small team & then hiring young IIT-MBA professionals, dedicated managers to solve any complaint in 12 to 24 hours, he personally reviews the complaints everyday etc. These are all marketing stories to be told in the interviews. What matters is the reality! In which, you guys don’t perform as per your words. You must appreciate, if it would’ve been west, your company must’ve been sued for the tactics you play with the customers, wrong information & commitment you provide. But ultimately you & your customers live in India & it can happen only in India. It’s the only big advantage you’ve got. And, if your director really reads the customer’s complaint as told by him in the interview, I would highly appreciate if you could forward this Email to him. Regards, Vivek Mahajan

                                        Dear Team This is in regards to a product that I had purchased from Fab Furnish online. Below is the link for the same: http://www.fabfurnish.com/Cozy-Foldable-Lounger-Black-140694.html#dscrp No where on the site it says that without beans it means it is just a plain cover. From the image shown, it is understood that this could have different filling which may not be a bean material, but still it would have some filling and not an empty cover without any filling. When I selected without filling, the image still looks same, so I thought this may have different filling. Now after repeated mails and calls, where I was requesting for someone to call back, and finally they reverted only when I raise it as a complaint. Further to this, I got a standard call just to inform that they cannot refund me the money. If they believe that product is correct, why can't they put it on email. After almost over two weeks, I was told that they cannot refund saying that the website is correct and I will not get any refund Please assist if my understanding is right and help me get my refund.
