I had ordered something online and I checked if the product is delivered to that pincode before placing my order. The order number is[protected]. The order was placed in Feb 20th Considering that the delivery would take 30 days. On 25th Feb when I logged in to check the status of the order I saw that the order was cancelled. It was cancelled without me being even consulted about it. I had already paid Rs 6910 which is the complete price of the product. I had never received any intimation after the order confirmation mail. On raising a query and calling up the customer care I got to know that the vendor had cancelled the ordrer due to his logistic issue. Now my question is
1.Why was the cancellation done after payment ?They kept the payment with them till I launched a query .
2.Secondly why was not email triggered before cancelling the order that it had challenges ?
3. Why was the updated information not available on the net?
4. If they are dependent on the vendor logistics to get items delivered why did they accept the payment without checking about the delivery address?
5. If they have received a challenge from the vendor why didn't they immediately arrange for an alternative? They have built the website to deliver products or to act as a middlemen and earn only profits .

My biggest challenge is now I have wasted 6 days and the similar product is not available in any other website. Now I have to purchase the product from the local market and pay double the price for logistic to have them delivered on time . Who would bear this loss?

Its because of their fake promise and fraud service where they take payment before delivery, They keep the fund in their account for 5-6 days utilize it in other requirements so that the funds keep rolling while the end customer get to know the order is cancelled and the refund will be made after7 days or so. which means they will make the payment when they get payment from selling of other products.

This type of fraudulent websites are spoiling the images of e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Ebay or even flipkart.

They should be immediately blocked and India should introduce a license for e-commerce platforms so that the entry so such inefficient and cheap websites can be controlled,

I demand a demurrage charge and my refund because their inefficiency and fake commitment I missed out offers from other service provider and now I have to pay a huge sum only for logistics

    Please Please .

    Do not purchase anything from fab furnish, they are big cheaters, there is no after service on the name of 1 year

    they always try to delay the complaints to complete one year and I had very bad experience with the wardrobe and the bed.

    They can change there warranty rules, Product appearance was beautiful but material is soooo bad.

    Dont be fool to purchase anything.

    I complaint for the wardrob to change the lock then after one week they send one guy to just see the issue then after one week a person came and took pic of the issue then after one month followed by multiple follow ups they send the lock and replaced by some one but after a week the lock crack and still from 20 nov they didnt take any action.It is resolved in dec15.
    Now this month warranty over and they dont even bothered for my complaint.There polish man and the lock changer person see the side table and told it should be replaced by our company.
    The lady on the mail is replying it is due to water.
    Can you imagine water in the bedroom????
    Guy who physically seen it is wrong but over mail they are right!!!

    Due to impact of this complaint one guy from FabFurnish visit today and he again said the product seems to be replaced as manufacturing defect.but I m not sure what they will do.let's see.
    Since the long time already passed with this complaint, youare forcing me to put the legal action against this company.
    You will not understand in soft way.
    You know your products are of low quality and they will not withstand for a year

    I did not understand after a multiple visit of there technician, why they people did not replying?? All technician cnfrm the replacement of side table.

    I had similar experience. Fabfurnish is a big cheat. I advise nobody to buy from this portal. I purchased A king bed, still available on site ' hauseLife streak storage box king bed honey'. You will see a very good fake review about this product on their site. Pl don't fall in their trap. It's one of the worst beds available which unfortunately is also very expensive. The head panel joint detaches after 2-3 months o[censored]se. You will keep complaining and they would do some temporary fixing till the time warranty is there i.e. 1 year. Once that is over, you had it. No persuasion will work. They would ignore you, behave rudely and do nothing except saying that it is not covered by warranty. My question to them is if I have the problem with the product from the beginning, how would the warranty expire if the problem is not resolved fully within warranty period. If there are issues with design, why should consumer suffer? And where is the question of warranty. Minimum that Fabfurnish could do was to help resolve the issue. They have no concern for the buyer and after sales service. I warn everyone to purchase from this portal. Believe me, you will repent and regret your decision. I am planning to initiate legal action against them.

      Last July, a friend gave me a coupon code for the ecom site. I made a pretty big purchase. The order got placed and money deducted. But I never received a confirmation mail of the order. Then one of the many products got delivered. Some days later I got a call telling me that the order was cancelled and put under fraud. Now if the amount was too big or the coupon invalid for my use, the transaction should've been blocked right at that point. It's been too long now but their customer care has no answer about our refund. The amount blocked is almost one lakh rupees. Not a small amount that I would let go. Can you please help me take up this matter with them?

        I purchased sheesham wood furniture and I was told that it's 100% genuine sheesham wood. However after 2 years "Powdering" issue started. I got to know that I need to throw this table, otherwise issue will spread to other wood products in house. It's risky to keep.
        For this I contacted FabFurnish and got reply that they give 12 months of manufacturing warranty. I said, it's not manufacturing issue but lower quality wood issue. however they're not taking this issue seriously.
        I got full replacement from Fab India for similar issue...and checked with other supplier like PepperFry and they said they also replace for such issue. As Genuine / original sheesham wood never have powdering issue.

        I'm putting case here and would like to bring notice about this issue to other customers as well... Need to know more details what next action is required.

        I already tried contacting your customer care but initially was completely ignored and after multiple follow ups got irrelevant reply. I tried escalating and got mail I'd of "Prashant" from escalation team ([protected]@fabfurnish.com) but Zero response... Worst customer care service.

        Note, my complain is lower quality wood for which you claim 100% genuine. Real SHEESHAM never have powdering issue. This is NOT manufacturing defect for which you try to escape that 12 months of warranty.

        Prashant is having all details and still you need more details then revert and try to resolve this issue.
        Not yet resolved. They only tried to know details which they already have including their escalation team.

          I make the order of bar trolley on 2 of November. Still I am waiting for my product. Many of times i contact with customer care and also reply is that on quality testing . 43 days are taken by company in testing quality. i am worried about my product and my amount .           I bought double bed loom of India bed sheet online from fabfurnish. It's 225 theard count, in Rs 849, as I received its very low quality meterial like bought from road vendor. It's size is not ok. Thief size

            I purchased King size bed [Fabfurnish Order #[protected]] on 21 nov 2015 from www.fabfurnish.com, because all these point mention in website. 1.Warranty for Sure 2.Post Purchase Care 3.you want feel Stuck 4.you are busy But nothing I feel from the beginning, I was following through mail [protected]@fabfurnish.com and call on customer Care[protected] for delivery on time and when I received delivery of my King size bed, Its was fully damaged with uncompleted Screws for complete installation.I compalined to engineer, He mentioned in his review and took pics also. I sent complaint mail for replacement of bed to [protected]@fabfurnish.com with all real pics of king size bed.He called & Mail to me.Same Bed is not available and you can refund your money. Here I wasted my time & money, very disappointment from www.febfurnished.com. Their services is not upto the mark. They made Fake commitment to customer which is mention on website www.fabfurnish.com. WHY BUY FURNITURE AT FABFURNISH I will never recommend anyone to purchase from Fabfurnish.

              We bought a desk from FabFurnish which came damaged, as confirmed by their assemblyman. When we asked for a refund, their customer service said that they don't have a refund policy, even though they do; it's up on their website, and says that as per the customer's preference, they'll either provide a replacement or issue a refund. The complaint was filed within 24 hours of receiving the item, and they're still not helping. They claim to be providing a hassle-free service, but they don't. they really are ripping us off.

                I ordered items on 19th sept ( order no.[protected] The bar got delivered yesterday - 27th Oct. A person from fabfurnish came to install the bar. The bar was found to be defective at various points and cannot be fixed by the installing person ( by his own admission). I have raised a complaint with your customer care rep - Tapisha Adhikary ref no. 9001388 on 27th Oct. 1- One door of the bar doesnt stay closed and is a bent piece ( protruding from the top and bending inwards at the bottom) 2- The bar is also damaged from the inside ( where the magnet strip is attached). It appears that the whole piece had come out and has been fixed with some kind of glue) 3- the second door rubs against the top of the bar and shutting it requires considerable push and one can feel the door and top part of the bar grinding against each other and hence causing the wood to get scratches at the bottom. It appears that Fab furnish has ZERO QUALITY CONTROL before the item is dispatched!! I need a refund for the defective product. Still awaiting the promised call from fabfurnish team as promised by Tapisha Adhikary. I was supposed to get a call yesterday - 27th Oct to take this further. I called today and spoke to Deepika Sharma who has made another promise saying that I will get a call from the returns team today - 28th Oct. Highly disappointed after having spent over 18, 000 and paying full money in advance. Kindly refund my money.

                  The product booked by order placed on 1 Aug, scheduled to be delivered between 25-29 August not delivered till date. The company falsely updates order status as delivered at order tracking portal with date of month end..first they entered August end date and now changed it to September end. They do business with money paid by customer " interest free". Its fraud practice.

                    1) False delivery commitments at time of placing the order - placed the order on 21st June 2015 with a delivery estimate of 5 to 9 working days.
                    2) False information regarding the courier - On the 22nd June, I get a mail saying that the product is despatched through FabOne
                    3) Lies and false delivery commitments - After following up atleast 10 times, they tell me the courier is Blue Dart and give me a AWB. When I check on Blue Dart website, it shows 'OUT OF delivery area'. Again false commitment of delivery on the 11th which caused me to make a trip to the place unnecessarily since the product was not delivered and no information provided.
                    4) Defective and Damaged product - Finally the product was delivered on the 18th but the condition was worse than that of a used sofa (photos attached).
                    5) Repeated commitments of pick up for return and refund & reimbursement have been given to me but no action.

                      We bought a king size bed along with two side tables from FabFurnish.com. The quality of the goods is bad and when we complained about the problem the company at first took no action. On repeated follow-ups they said that their technician will visit and inspect the goods. Since then three technicians have made a visit and the company does not listen to them. Now their customer executive is also shouting instead of resolving the problem. I'm not sure what is the forward path now.

                        Hello, I bought a Two Queen size beds from fabfurnish via order number[protected] and as per the website the mattress size that would fit in it was mentioned as 78"x60", but when the beds were assembled the 78"x60" won't fit in the bed as the internal dimension are 78"x59" . I had spent about 30k for buying two mattresses from the corifit manufacturer and they do not fit. I also check the mattress was standard size i.e. 78x60 and there were no deviations. Fabfurnish did send a carpenter to check the issue, it was indeed confirmed by him that it is impossible to fit the mattress in the beds as they are smaller in size I have repeatedly called fabfurnish about the issue and they said someone called Jatin would contact me, but since 2 weeks nobody has called me or even bothered to reply back my email even after following up with them several times. I have sent all the photos to them as requested of the mattress not fitting into bed. I also have another order for the kind size bed via order number[protected] which is still sitting in my home seal packed (as per website internal dimension is 79"x71" and they recommend to by mattress of 78"x72" !!!, which will again not fit) . Also had ordered two side tables via order[protected] which will be of no use without the beds I would like fanfunish to take back everything as they misled customer with recommend size of mattress[protected],[protected] &[protected] and refund the amount as they are not able to solve the issue. Queen size bed internal dimension on website : 79"x59" and recommended size of mattress is 78"x 60" king size bed internal dimension on website : 79"x71" and recommended size of mattress is 78"x72" This Information is contradicting and misleading which leads to cheating.                         Fabfurnish has agreed to take back the all the orders placed i.e. Order number[protected],[protected] &[protected] which have one king size bed, two queen size beds and two side tables .These items were picked from the home on 1st Oct 2015 and now i am waiting for the full refund.

                          I have purchased a study table from fab furnish online store. I got the product 2 days beyond there maximum limit of delivery that is 72 hours. Total duration for delivering the product was 5 days. The assembly person came to assemble the product but the product was damaged, so i clicked pictures of it and send it to fab furnish e mail address. After sending e mail i called on toll free number of fab furnish to know the time required to change the damaged part and assemble the product. Customer care executive insisted me to wait for 24hours. So i did it but there was no call from fab furnish side. I kindly request you to interfere in this matter and do justice.

                            Hi, I had purchased a wall unit Fab Vigo home unit on Nov'14 which was delivered to me on Dec'14. On receipt itself i received damaged as well as short products which could not be assembled even by their carpenter. After several calls by me & visits by carpenter the unit was assembled. But again there were lot of scratches on the unit. Once again last month we had to call the carpenter since the door of the drawer had come off. this was attended by them promptly. But again we noticed that the shelf where the TV set is supposed to be displayed the base shelf itself is bending. we called up the Fab team who after dillidallying the request finally told us that the product is not under warranty & that they cannot do anything at all.                             Delay in delivery and now delay in Assembly

                            Order ID :[protected]. I've spent close to 150 rs in calling your so called customer care to schedule an assembly for the Study table and have yet to receive any response from your so called Assembly team.

                              Never purchase Fabfurnish products and repent later, They have the worst service and delivery also the products are not original. I purchased a Double cot and to my surprise the product which I received was not made of wood but was made of saw dust particles. Just beware these people are frauds as now there is a crack in my Bed but the Service team is not responding. Worst product and service. Never go for Fabfurnish instead just spend sometime and go to a nearby shop and purchase at least you get a genuine one.

                                I placed an order to fabfurnish.com, they cancelled the order after so many days without any notice/confirmation/reason. Again I have placed the order, they have still not dispatched the order so far. I have called them a number of times, but they dont have any answer. These products are to be installed in a new project which is pending opening due to the failure by fabfurnish.com to deliver the products.

                                  I had booked two furniture items under Order No.[protected] dt. 18.04.2015. Out of the two items, one item - Tezerac Computer Table Sengli was received in proper shape whereas other item - Fab Home Bari Two Door Big Shoe Cabinet was received is badly damaged condition. This came to my notice when the fabfurnish guys came for assembling the item. I had paid cash while taking the delivery. When informed Fabfurnish, they got the said item picked up by their authorized courier. A case No. 3627772 was registered and we had many conversations under the said case numver. I requested for money refund but they compelled me to do shopping and credited Rs. 3942.85 into my account as Credit Points. The credit points were valid till May 2016. I tried to buy a product in the month of July, but when I tried to apply credit points but it did not work even after repeatedly trying to use the credit points. I then sent a mail requesting for refund of amount. I got a call from some Jatin Bedi. He, very politely, agreed to refund the amount and asked me to mail my bank details which I did on 28th July 2015. Since then I have sent them number of e-mails to enquire about refund of amount into my account, but I did not receive even a single reply from their end. Now when I check my fabfurnish account, I find that on one hand they mention that my credit points have been consumed, and on the other hand they mention that the amount against my defective item returned to them, has been refunded. Sorry to say, either of these things has not yet happened to me. I am shocked to see that how these e-commerce sites are cheating consumers like anything. Please find some solution to this.

                                    Dear Friends, By seeing the advertisements and the website I got carried away and finally deceived by this company with which I have tried all best possible ways except for filing a case in the court which is the only last option available now. I waited, spoke politely, shouted, used languages that could provoke them and give the service but nothing worked till date.Such a thick skinned animals they are who needs to be thought a lesson by a court verdict that could penalize them fro their life time. My Friend is a advocate in high court of Chennai and I will definitely do this for sure in the interest of the public as these stu...s should not repeat this to any other customer. I ordered for 2 nos of queen bed with a length of 78 inches, the delivery was supposed to be done in 8 days but delayed by 20 days initially after a lot of calls and shouting it was delivered little earlier. Then I happened to call their assembler 100 times to do the assembling upon which we understood that the delivered cot was only 75 inches and my mattress was not fitting in. When i called this company for the complaint the first answer i got was to get my mattress altered according to the size for which they were will to pay some peanuts...which irritated me then later on they said they will give a replacement for which a reverse pick up is mandatory. I was dead against the same as i knew what will happen if i give away my stock. I strictly said that it is not possible and after 15 days they agreed to deliver the right product and then take back the one with me...They are supposed to give some options from which i can choose some thing which is not given yet and I have spoken to 100 different telecallers so far and with all 100 i had to explain the issue from beginning. This company has a website and some suppliers tiedup with out any back support in terms of service, goofing up big time, playing around with people money. Dont ever try to buy anything from this site.

                                      Made a bench purchase from Fabfurnish.com. Initially seller cheated by selling the product at higher cost than normal & when raised dispute, it was unreasonably resolved. Now having trouble with the product as it turned out to be defective. I have been following it up from Customer Care to Vikram Chopra(CEO) & no body seems to sensitized and offer comprehensive solution to the problem. I have not heard from any of them thru any channel including email, phone, twitter or linked in. I am surprised with the anti customer centric attitude the organization carry & maintains thick skin by determining not to respond to any queries.

                                        I had purchased a Sofa Cum Bed from Fabfurnish.com and they promised me a delivery of sofa cum bed within 12-13 days but it never got delivered on the purticular date when i made a compalint they delivered it after a week of that and that to in a damaged state i did not receive the order and i bought this order on EMI i have already start to pay the EMI and now the company is saying that they don't have the replacement you can take the money back into the wallet and pay about rs 7000 extra to buy a look alike sofa cum bed with different dimensions, serious company is trying to cheat the me as they first put the sale on the website and deliver the damaged good, they think if the customer doesn't check they will blame the customer this has happened second time with me previously i bought a office chair from them and same thing had happened to me now again this happened with me i am attaching the mail conversation that i had done with the company i only want is the same kind of sofa cum bed nothing else other than that please help me with this company in future probably i will never shop with this site as they always deliver the faulty product and then after delivery they will say we will provide the replacement FabCare Aug 5 (7 days ago) to me Dear Arun, Greetings from FabFurnish.com !
