I have completed the bike loan 6 yrs back. Went 2 timea to the office in past for the clearance letter they said will send my post but I haven't received any thing yet. I tried calling them no one answers the phone also....

I have taken a finance from Family Credit for purchasing a Motor Cycle (Registation No WB 74N 9226, Make Suzuki Zeus) on April 2009. The loan was paid back in the year 2010. I applied for NOC for Hypthecation cancellation in the year 2010 but did not receive it. After hat I applied twice through E-mail for the same but did not receive any communication from them....
