      NO correspondence or NOC received from the said Bank or NOC provided that the loan has been cleared

                  With due respect, I Ramtaran Majumdar, resident of Vill. - Srinarayanpur, P. O. - Srinarayanpur, P. S. - Dholahat, Dist. - South 24 Pgns., Pin Code - 743399, West Bengal, India, bought a 2 Wheeler bike, manufactured by TVS Motors Ltd. in the year 2009 under Vehicle No. - WB 20V 5643 by opting EMI facility from FAMILY CREDIT LIMITED for a tenure of 3 years.
                  In 2012, I had fully repaid all my EMI's but even after repeated persual, did not receive the NOC Certificate.
                  Hence I would be highly obliged if you kindly take necessary action & sort out my problem as early as possible.

                          I have taken two wheller loan from family credit but now family credit company is no more into operation it was merged with capital first later capital first is also merged with idfc limited.
