I have purchased a bike from Family Credit and my loan was clear on 2014 but I lost my NOC paper. I want a new NOC paper. My bike No WB22A 2804

My two Wheeler loan clear in 10/08/18.but not yet received NOC. Please help me in this regarding

I have repaid my loan Account No. 771161 very long back but till date have not removed HP from your Financier. I have mailed several time on co. email id, i.e. [protected]@familycreditindia.com, but all mail gone bounce, their email ID not working even their cus care no. is also not working, finaly I sent a registered post which I have not also received reply from the co.

Kindly arrange to send me Fresh NOC along with Form 35 to remove the HP from RC Book of my Bike No. DL-3SBW-8725 .

Please provide me the duplicate NOC of my two wheeler WB18B 6232 at the earliest on my mail id: [protected]@gmail.com.Model-Glamour; engine no-JAO6EEAGC00525.

I have taken a two wheeler loan from family credit in 2014 and it was successfully completed I.e closed in 2016. But I haven't got clearance certificate yet. So please do needful action regarding NOC.

I am Gaurav babbar, it is regarding the NOC letter of below mentioned vehicle:

I bought this vehicle from Shri Sai Motor (Vikaspuri) in May 2013
I was looking for finance when I was planning to buy the vehicle and at the end I had decided to purchase the vehicle on finance from family credit.

Since I had paid 16077 amount to Dealer and said Family Credit Member (which was medium at the time of selling the vehicle) and rest give the cheque.

Later facing some issue with my account so that we decided to pay the rest EMI through cash as per the conversation with the family credit person JOGA.

Then when I got the Registration Card from R.T.O., Family Credit LTD. was mentioned on the card.
Now I need the NOC letter because I want to remove Family Credit LTD. from RTO registration Card.

For the NOC letter I have enquired to your Office . They are saying it will take 3 months of time & are not providing any fix date even they don’t have any record or information of me or my vehicle.

I don’t understand when there is not any record of me or my vehicle on your side (on your database) then why this much time it takes.
Three months of time is huge for getting NOC.
Normally Family Credit take 15 days of time to provide NOC.

Kindly help me to provide NOC letter at the earliest.
