I am koushik krishnan from podanur coimbatore.
This mail is regarding a complaint against a person who works in sbi coimbatore - central coimbatore branch (Near main railway station). His name is v. Mohan, designated as canteen incharge in same branch. He borrowed 10 lakhs from my family promising that he will return the cash or his home to us within two months. As we trusted him, my father and mother gave 10 lakhs of his entire pf and retirement amount. The transaction was completed on march 2011.
My parents have some health issues and they are very frustrated due to this, because of him, we are now in rented house. We sold our own house and gave the money to him. So in total we gave my father's pf amount, retirement amount and sold our house and gave the cash.

My dad's hard earn money and our home and everything we have lost. He dont even care to give the money in return. He and his daughter mrs vidhya mohan both r bank staff. But they are cheating us by avoiding our phone calls and arguing with us.
He is my father's own brother, due to this reason only we do not take any legal action against him.
He promised that he will repay the full amount or he will give his house to us but he didn't do both. Which means he have attempted trust breach.
Hence i humbly request if you could take action against him and retain the money that he have borrowed from us and providing me a justice.

But still now that vehicle is in my name, i contacted hyderabad branch for acknowledgement for that vehicle was seized form their no response, i contacted to your customer care also. I want acknowledgement for vehicle seized or change vehicle in my name. At least still now i didn't receive any letter from you. Dear, sir,

Since 1 cheque bounced in nov 2016 during demonetization when we can not deposit the required fund in account. For which i am charged 1120/- instead of rs 350/- repeatedly 3 times cheeque ecs linked in my account.

Now i request you please consider that amount as rs 350/- for single cheque bounce as you know the time of demonetization it was impossible to drew money even for own survival. How we clear the loan amount then.

I made down payment of rs. 30450/-
For remaining 37, 000/- i applied for loan
The rate of emi has been fixed at rs. 1566/- per month for a term of 3 years
If calculated then i have to pay more than rs. 56, 000/- for the next three years
If calculated 12% p. A interest, then also it will not come

I (Prabir paul asansol w. B) have take n loan for my tvs ergo scooter agge. No. 2391422 e. M. I rs.1875/- after getting information from your agent mr. Surojit 25days before that my loan is cleared and i have paid him rs.725/- for noc. But today i. E. 5th. June again rs.1875/- debited from my account. I have surprised what happend. Contact mr. Surojit and told me that he look into the matter. Request you, stop this false information and send me the latest status. Thanks.

Myself Amit Kumar and I bought a Activa two years back from Sangam named dealer in Sahibabad. The EMI was planned for 24 months but the EMI charged is of 26 months.

Also none of your helpline nos are functional. The helpline is for customers and it should be active all the time. I have been calling since yesterday.
