      Dear Sir,

      My name is Vipin Kr. Singh s/o Late Mr. Madan Gopal Singh, working with LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. I have Family Health Plan Insurance Policy from National Insurance Co. Ltd. from last more than 10 years. My father was Hospitalized from 29thDec 2018 to 20th January 2019 but he couldn’t survive and passed away. I submitted Original copy of Detailed Bill of SGPGI Lucknow, which contained every details ie all deposit amount detail and expenditure against that amount. The insurance company asked for original copy of each cash deposited receipt which was misplaced cozed I was totally disturbed due to my father’s illness. Anyhow I requested to the hospital and they provided duplicate copies of all cash payment receipts and same I provided to insurance company. I received 3 mails for insurance company and in all mails it is mentioned that all documents are pending. I also regular in touch with HR person of my company regarding and he informed me that he has handovered all documents to insurance company and talked also regarding my case but Insurance company is not agree to settle my claim because cash receipts copies are in duplicate form. I spoke to HR person finaly regarding my claim and he assured me that he has submitted it for settlement and will be cleared by the month of July with some approval but I didn’t get it. Insurance company delayed it and didn’t tell me clear picture. In Feb 2020 I got a mail from insurance co. that my claim is regected due to non-submission of proper documents. In Mar 20 when I finally asked the insurance person regarding he told me that now the claim cannot be given as it has already more than 1 year passed. I spoke to PR Deptt. Of PGI Lucknow and they assured me that if Insurance Co. gives a Demand letter and ask for details, they will provide all details of my father’s case but Insurance Company’s person denied it. Now I request you to please intervene in this case and help me to get my claim. It’s a big amount and matters a lot for me. Please help.         I have submitted my claim to FHPL on 28 Nov 2020 as a Covid -19 treatment.I have submitted all the document to office.But still my claim is not settel
        1st they said that there is overwriting after one month they said their is conflict in statment given by you & hospital amount is tool high that is 349800/ so that they are trying to reject but I have all photocopy of the document

        Please help me to sort out this issue

          That I Sri Sujit Kumar Ghosh, working with SREI INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCE LTD, as the AVP in Kolkata office was forced to resign from my post during the lockdown period .
          That i had a valid family insurance policy till 31/03/2021. But my claim was turned down as due to my resignation. That during the period of 1st November, 2020, i was admitted to Peerless hospital with various ailments i.e T.B MENINGITIS AND was hospitalized for 45 days and has incurred medical cost amounting to Rs 11 lakhs and while making the claim for reimbursement i was informed that my policy has been withdrawn.That as such I could not get my valid claim inspite of the fact that the family insurance policy is valid til 31/03/2021.The Policy number is HO266792.
          Please look into the matter and inform immediately

            They are not worth to help and very poor service over phone or email. No quick response. A person will suffer a lot if he will go through any claim process.

              Dear Sir
              We have submitted all original documents at Hyderabad office. Claim ID 3026569. The data entry in their system is wrong. The name of the Hospital entered wrong. Called more than 10 times and sent mail almost 7 times to correct the data. No action from their side. No minimum curtsey to inform the status by mail/sms. Very bad experience. Expecting some needful after this complaint. Thanks

                  Mediclaim amount for claim id 2827888 V Ilaiyan didn’t credit in my account till date. But i got mail regarding this claim that your claim has been settled. At the time of sending original documents i have attached cheque leaf of ICICI VELACHERY BRANCH CHENNAI. But now i have changed my account to Kumaravelur branch ICIC0006080. Account number:[protected].
                  Regarding this same issue i have taken call in toll free and also wrote a mail to [protected]@fhpl.com. But no one give response to my mail.

                    And i am facing worst experience with the fhpl employees like mr ravi [protected], mr prasanth reddy [protected], none of them are not taking responsibility. Its almost 8 months over and still they are not providing the exact reason for the delay in settling the claim id.

                      I have provided documents since one month but till now there is no update on settlement of claims. Whenevr i called the team, they sometimes put the call on hold and did not responded and sometime give 48 hrs time but no response further. There is no solution to the queries and no tat for the settlemnt of claims.

                                  Claim id - 2709853. The claim limit is rs.5 lacs. I had undergone surgery for sleep apnea in first week on dec'19. I had raised claim for rs.292976 with insurance company by mid dec'19 with all the medical & hospital bills. Firstly they settled the payment with delay of more than 2 months and secondly they have deducted approx. Rs.66500 towards (Rs.57500/- not payable septoplasty charges; rs.9000/- not payable coblator charges;) and settled only rs, 224558. This information was never available to me. This is not acceptable. The balance deducted amount needs to be paid as this was not a cosmetic surgery and even if multiple surgeries were performed, it was done in one go. Please help.

                                    Hi,

                                    I have a medical insurance cover from fhpl (Fhpl.net) through my company. My daughter went under surgery in august and was discharged from the hospital on 28th of august. I submitted all the documents within one month. As per the company rules, all claims have to be submitted within one month of discharge. Despite doing so my claim may rejected and the reason given was "delay submission". After lots of follow up and contact with my hr and concerned team - they said that its under processing. And waiting for payment. But its complete one month still not process

                                      Insurance company: united india insurance

                                      Claim id: 2437616/1

                                      I have applied for this claim but your team is rejecting this claim with too silly reasons and with different reasons everytime.
                                      1st time - caused due to dental treatment
                                      As a result i have enclosed a letter by doctor stating it was not due to dental reasons.
                                      2nd time - medication for that claimed disease is not enclosed.
                                      As a result submitted the medication given by the doctor once again even though already given.
                                      3rd time - again states dental reason.
                                      4th time - again states no medication even after doctor states medication is required.
                                      Do you think playing with customer like this is proper??

                                      Please resolve this issue, get back to me for more details.
                                      Please check the mails fhpl has sent me and the mail chain it ran.
                                      I would surely take this matter legally if not resolved asap.

                                        Full cap of the insurance is not given even after fight with the bangalore fhpl insurance department and the rangadore memorial hospital, both are blaming each other and not ready to approve the full amount.
                                        Gave torture to get discharge and waited for long time, below are the people who is responsible for the issues which they created. Didn't gave the proper reason for not giving full claim. Very much irritated with the fhpl which they have behaved with us.
                                        There was a no co-pay for this plan
                                        Note : none of the medicine was covered under the claims, each and every item was asked to get from the outside pharmacy.
