Hello,
This morning i had woken up to a transaction of almost 20 dollars that had been taken from my account without my consent. I did not authorize anybody to take out anything from my account. And i need a refund of that money as soon as possible. I have already filed a case for fraud and let my bank know. Thank you. This is robbery and not acceptable.

    I bought something a few weeks ago from them (never received the item and probably never will at this point! ) and today morning 26 Feb 2020 I found a random and unknown charge on my bank account of 14, 95$, which I definitely never agreed to pay when I bought that item those weeks ago! I will call my bank company and make them file a fraud investigation!

      Hello. Some money has been taken out of my account on the 25 february 2020 and i have not ordered anything since january which was only £0.89. I dont think this is very fair as its was £11.60 and i havent been on your website since january. I want this sorted as soon as possible. The 89p came out when i ordered so i dont understand why the £11.60 was taken out.

        I have two fraudulent transactions on my bank statement from fast deal today, one of $7.48 from january 28th and the other of $22.61 from february 26th. I have never heard of this company, let alone purchased an item through them! I do not know what this company is or why it took my money! This is not acceptable, i would like for this issue to be resolved and a refund of my stolen money!!

          This is the first time I’ve heard of fast deals today and for some reason R227.05 has been taken out of my account without my authority. I demand that I be refunded immediately. How can you take money out of someone’s account that has never even visited your site before. I am going to contact my bank and take further action if I do not receive my money soon.

            On january 12 there were two transfers from my bank account and paid to “fast deal today”. Both amounts were for $14.95usd each, and as i have no record of them, i am requesting that you issue a full refund for both amounts. I hope that you will be able to locate, where these transactions occurred and rectify the problem i don’t know what more you want me to say. I thought what i have written, explained my position. What my complaint is about monies being deducted from my bank account without authorisation from me. I hope that takes me past the 350 characters

              I bought something from them on january 23rd for $5.00, and it's been almost a month and i still haven't received the item (I doubt i will be getting it now). Today morning i woke up to a $14.95 charge from them that i definitely did not make or consent to. I ended up calling my card company and require that they stop the transaction and do a fraud investigation, while also issue me a new card. This is honestly so pathetic, how is this business still in the market?

                I was browsing shop miss a this morning, i added a few things to my cart i went to to the check out and put in my address and everything got to shipping at it was very expensive shipping so i decided against the purchase and double tapped out of the site, now the amount it costed is pending out of my account, without my consent or knowledge, i want my money back!!

                  I had $16.47 charged to my card. I have very little money on my card and dont why it was charged. Still havent received my screen protector i ordered for $4.95. I want my money back for something i never signed up for or whatever it was. That money was for my bills that you took. I have very little money.                     I was charged 14.95 but have not ordered anything. I would like a refund because there was no reason for the charge. I’ve disputed the transaction with my bank.                     I’ve never even heard of them but they have been taking 14.95 a month from me. I want to stop getting charged and I want my money back.
                    They have taken 3 payments of $14.95 over the past week and I haven’t used this website. I need my refund and my overdraft protection has taken out money as well because the amount of money this website has taken. Give back my money.

                      I have had two $14.95 charges taken out of my account. How is it even possible that a company i have never dealt with can just take money out of your account? Please stop this company from ripping people off! I haven’t bought anything from this company and i have never heard of this company! I want my money returned!! This is truly bad business. I need this money returned quickly.

                        You have taken 14.95$ cents from me for no reason and i would like my money back this is ridiculous. I ordered a 4$ screen protector, i will not be ordering anything else from this company. I still haven’t gotten my screen protector and it’s been a month, i would like my money back for that also if it doesn’t come soon. I’m beginning to get impatient.

                          Not a complain, but i had 3 transactions from this website on my card and never been here before. Do you have the informations of the people that use your website? I lost my wallet a month ago with my credit card, id, etc and noticed today that the only transaction made from my card that wasn’t me is from here.in case that i take it further, can you find the person who is using it? Regards

                            I have had to pay for a subscription that i was not told about when i bought my item! I was not informed and am down money. I don’t earn much and this has been taken from me! I’m outraged! This needs to be solved otherwise i will take any further actions needed! I am appalled and not satisfied! My item has not arrived, a month later, and you have billed be £11.50!!!

                              You guys have taken $14.95 at my account plus another 45 cents for no reason i want a 100% full refund because i don't know what this is for.. I bought a phone case not a full membership. Please contact me and give me my money back i did not consent into a membership of any sort and nor was there any detail by membership or anything like that when i bought that phone case so you have no right taking almost $15 away from me. I'm quite upset i only bought one item

                                This is a damn scam! I am usually not to blunt or direct but this is ridiculous.

                                I ordered a $2 phone case which not only didn't arrive, but i wash charged $4 for it in my account. Further more $20 has been taken out of my account without my permission being given. I have complained online and sent through an email demanding a full refund ($24) and my bank details to be removed from their system.

                                Ive just logged into my bank, and the amount taken for the phone case was $4.31 and the second UNAUTHORISED charge was $22.44

                                Id like a complete refund of $26.75 AUD

                                  Not sure how you even got my account information but i have had two $20.54 (Ca) withdrawals and i know it wasn’t something i approved. I have not ordered anything online from a company called fast deals and do not agree with these charges. I would very much like to have that money back as i cannot afford these charges. Please resolve this as soon as you can.

                                    Took money from my account that i didn't authorize nor have i ever heard of this company.. I am diabetic and they took all my food money. How are they getting away with this. How do they even get the credit card number. This is rediculous and unacceptable! Somebody needs to fix this! Taking money from hard working people!                                       I am being charged $14.95 on my card and I have not purchased anything of that amount. Only a phone case which came out to about $6 and it still has not arrived. I ordered this on January 15th. I want my $14.95 back because it is frustrating getting money taken away without my consent because I did not purchase anything of that amount. I emailed the company about a week ago and I still have not received any email back. I am getting really concerned because I do not want my card being charged any amount unless I make the purchase my self.
