I don't know why, nor did i authorize a $14.95 charge on my account. I would like to know why i've been charged, and how we can rectify the situation. I've never seen this charge before. And it's really troubling me as to why it's in my account. If you could please get back to me in a timely manner, i'd really appreciate it. This is a really frustrating ordeal. Thank you in advance.

    I was charged $14.95 for something i didn’t even order! I’ve never even heard of this website so i demand to be taken off whatever this is. I haven’t ordered anything online in a hot minute so i know for a fact i didn’t order anything. I want a refund asap!!! This is absolutely ridiculous i just want my money that you took!! Fix this problem asappp!!

      Purchased an iphone case from a snapchat ad for $2.95 (S&h) well over a month ago and have yet to receive it. The ad was labeled “free iphone case”.
      They charged my card $14.95 for a membership that i never agreed to. This membership was never listed anywhere. It’s a complete scam company that should be shut down. Avoid at all costs! Don’t buy stuff from snapchat ads!

          I was charged $14.95 for a purchase that i never made! I haven’t bought anything online in a minute! I demand to be taken off of whatever the hell this is and i demand my money back. I’ve already reported you and i expect to get my money back. If not theni will not hesitate to take immediate action against you! I’ve never even heard of fastdealtoday! What even is this website because it has no home or anything! I expect something to be done about this especially since others have had it happen to them on this same day!!

            On monday the 10th if february 2020, $22.31 was taken from my account with no explanation, and without permission from me.

            I do not know why this was taken from my account, or what it was for, so i would like an explanation for this sudden transaction, and i would also like a refund if a legitimate explanation is not available.

              I have been charged 14.95 on my credit card twice in the past two months without my authorization for something that i never purchased i believe it stems from an online purchase i made for a magnetic charger for my cellphone i did not purchase anything else to justify these charges nor did i authorize anyone to make any other charges to my card i am looking to recoup my money and to stop any future charges

                I have been give a charge of f £11.96 when i have no purchased anything from you. I did n out know you even existed. My bank card has been stolen and i do not want to lose money over a purchase i did not do. I have no idea what you are selling and i would dearly appreciate a refund since i did not even receive whatever package was purchased with my card.

                  My card was charged 14.95 dollars for something I didn’t buy.

                  I’d like to know who has my card information and for my money to be returned to my account. I’d like to know why fast deals still ha sky credit card information and is charging me for whatever reason. I can’t be having deductions from my account. If this isn’t resolved soon I’m going to proceeded with lawful action.

                    I have been charged of 14.95 two times this month. I would like i refund but i also want that this will never happen again. How can i stop them from taking my money again ?
                    I really can’t keep having them taking money from my credit card. I purchased something form thedealrhino and since jenuary 2020 they take money every month

                      Hi, i've had a debt from my account i've not subscribed to anything and i would like my money and please can you take my name off the subscription now. And i've not ordered anything off and never will again. Leave my bank account alone uouve already been reported for fraud to my bank. You keep taking £11.57 out each time and i cant afford it and i've not signed up to anything. So i suggest you unsubscribe me now and stop taking money out of my account please

                        I am being charged $14.95 for a membership i do not want & have asked to cancel via email. I do not want this! Cancel immediately! The product i sent for is of poor quality & does not work. The glass cleaner does absolutely nothing to clean my glasses. I have an extremely low income & i can not afford to have this money taken away for a bogus membership i never asked for, will never use, & is totally useless to me! I want a full refund & to have this membership cancelled.

                          I made an order which was supposed to be $2
                          However $5 was taken out of my bank, i thought it might’ve been extra for the shipping, so i didn’t think too much of it. And now on the 6th of february, i had another transaction occur which was for $23.04. This money was taken out of my account without my authorisation!
                          I just want my money back, i regret ever ordering from here
                          I want a refund!!

                            I made a purchase of a magnetic charger from the above mentioned dealer on the 31st dec 2019. The product was advertised on instagram at $0, you only pay shipping fee of $1.95. I was allocated an order #1117008. To date i have not received my product.

                            To make matters worse another credit card deduction of $ 14.95 was charged on my credit card on 31st jan 2020 without my authorization by the same dealer. I feel conned and cheated and i demand a full refund.

                              I have been debited on my credit card by your company and i did not buy anything from you i payed for shipping on the 31 dec 2019 for a free product. The money needs to e payed back. This is now 30 jan 2020 and you de it for r218. This will e reported on all social media sites. So it's to short. I payed you money for a free gift so you asked for shipping cost on the 31december 2019. Today on the 30 january 2020 you debited my credit card for r218. U did it but anything g from you. This is theft. I am going to be reporting this.

                                Today i was charged $14.95 from a random name only to find out it's from dealrhino. I can not afford this, and i am literally in tears. I really need them to fix this before my bills come out our i'm screwed.
                                I am very displeased, and shocked. I hope before other people order from dealrhino they find this so they don't have to go through this too.

                                I was charged $15 USD after a $0.5 order that was never recieved.
                                The transaction has been disputed with my bank as of 16/01.
                                The date of the incident in question was 13/01.

                                The account charged ends in 0090 and I seek a full refund or this will be escalated.

                                They took money out and I didn’t authorize it. They are scamming me for $15 I didn’t want to pay and I order a $1.50 magnetic charger and they just took out money out of my checking account.

                                      Before christmas i ordered the light up 24 carat roses from thedealrhino.com as gifts for my family. I did not get what i ordered at all. They were plastic from tip to tip. The came rolled up in bubble wrap. They were suppose to come in there own boxes. Then yesterday i noticed a $14.95 charge out of my checking acct from fastdealtoday that i did not authorize. After doing some research, i found out its from thedealrhino.com website and i'm not the only one this is happening to. I have tried emailing them abt receiving the wrong product without any reply. I placed the original order on november 29th 2019. I received the wrong products abt 3-4 days before christmas and on jan 9th 2020, there was the fraudulent charge of $14.95 that was deducted from my checking acct. My order number was 1029123. I would a full refund of what was charged and if i have a subscription, i want it canceled.

                                      FastDealToday[protected] GBRGB - this company charged me 13.40 Eur randomly - I haven't ordered anything from them since February 5th (at that time I paid for my purchase). I've sent them e-mails with my request to refund money but they don't answer.

                                        I was charged 14.95 twice i don't know what for. I'm thinking it was from the deal rhino. I called and canceled my subscription so i don't know why i was charged. I would like a refund. I bought 2 roses from the deal rhion for $1.95. I then saw that they charge a fee for a subscription. I then called and canceled it. I later called again to make sure it was canceled the man i spoke with assured me that it was indeed canceled and i would not b charged. I went onto my online banking today 1/09/20 and saw 2 charges for 14.95 by a company called the fast deal. I then looked up what the company was and it lead me here. I would like a refund

                                        I bought something off the deal rhino last month and now I’ve been charged £11.46 which I didn’t intend to pay for and I would like a refund please because I was Charged the 0.75p got the actual adapter and I would of been grateful if I was informed that I was going to be charged the $14.69 before I paid for the adapter

                                        I did the same thing!! I ordered this exact same product (except for iPhone XR), got charged for the case plus and additional $22.44 and didn't receive the case at all. Ive tried contacting and sending though complaints but im not getting any response
