I don't know why, nor did i authorize a $14.95 charge on my account. I would like to know why i've been charged, and how we can rectify the situation. I've never seen this charge before. And it's really troubling me as to why it's in my account. If you could please get back to me in a timely manner, i'd really appreciate it. This is a really frustrating ordeal. Purchased an iphone case from a snapchat ad for $2.95 (S&h) well over a month ago and have yet to receive it. The ad was labeled “free iphone case”.

On monday the 10th if february 2020, $22.31 was taken from my account with no explanation, and without permission from me.

I do not know why this was taken from my account, or what it was for, so i would like an explanation for this sudden transaction, and i would also like a refund if a legitimate explanation is not available.

I have been charged 14.95 on my credit card twice in the past two months without my authorization for something that i never purchased i believe it stems from an online purchase i made for a magnetic charger for my cellphone i did not purchase anything else to justify these charges nor did i authorize anyone to make any other charges to my card i am looking to recoup my money and to stop any future charges...
