Same thing is happened to FEDEX India and false statements by Customer Executives about calling on USA no for info but no missed call or void mail from them I think they doesn't know about voice mail facility is available on USA numbers so they cannot lie.

I have trying desperately to receive the package which I had ordered to be delivered to my place. But the customer care person tells me that there is some issue with one of the Mumbai centers for the past two months and the package will be delivered after the issue gets resolved. I haven’t been given any date and neither the customer care person knows when.

What am I supposed to do now?? Keep on waiting?? And till when??

I ordered some items in online from private site on feb 11th, so they given me fedex consignment to track & get the delivery. And the order is in Hyderabad since 2 days delivery point is in Nandikotkur. I am waiting for the delivery since 7days.

Please do not send your shipments thr this company.Worst service ever
Worst Courier service every seen, since last last 4 days the customer support has been informing that " today your shipment would be delivered " but yet not delivered till yet.
Some day they sent fake SMS that ur number was unreachable and today they mentioned my address was incorrect...I have been ordering multiple items from Amazon flipkart and even speed post and they were delivered at the same address and my number was always reachable to them.a nd more over my both the number s.are always in service I will never recommend FedEx to anyone and thinking escalate this matter to the highest level.

      I have imported 61 wallpaper rolls from China by FEDEX EXPRESS tracking no.[protected]. As per FedEx reports the items were received in correct condition till Mumbai. But the Boxes were damaged in transit from Mumbai to Pune resulting to the loss of 4 rolls in transit.

      When I received the items I found and took to the notice of the FedEx delivery person that the 4 rolls are missing from the consignment and the boxes are damaged in transit, FedEx employee took a report of missing items and guaranteed a refund at earliest.

      After 4 months of constant calls and email to FedEx, they agreed the refund of Rs.313 (Approx 5$) for the losses by there comic calculations CTRL#[protected]. Where as I have provided them the document showing my loss of the USD 135 ( INCLUDING THE COST OF MISSING ROLLS + COST OF EXPRESS DELIVERY FOR 4 MISSING ROLLS ON PRORATA BASIS + CUSTOMS DUTY PAID FOR MISSING ROLLS). In same regard I tried to contact Mr. Raj Bhavsar ([protected]@fedex.com), Ms. Madonna Pais & Ms. Aparna Hatale. but there is no valuable reply given by them, also they do not talk on the phone and customer care representative only assure a call back in 24 hrs. Which never comes.

      After understanding that the FedEx is not willing to pay the compensation, I was taking the matter into consumer court, so I asked for the FedEx registered office address by writing email numerous times and on phone as well. But they are not providing the information & giving reason that they do not have registered address in customer care.

      Kindly help me to recover my loss back from FedEx.

      We need to put this case in front of public to know that FEDEX IS NON TRUSTABLE COMPANY AND THEY BELEIVE IN CHEATING PEOPLE. I have read hundred's of complaint of FedEx on this forum.

        fed ex team was cheating the customers repeatedly.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> When i was raised an order with two items why only one has dispatched and not other. The dispatched one also not reached till now. Whyre diff was cheating the customers When i call customers care they said material will be reached on Monday today is Wednesday.Till now i was not received. after calling sevaral times to fedex Fed ex is saying it will reach by today or else we will book a complaint for this. today when i speak at 10: am. to customer care they said it will be delivered today by 8: p.m. but when i speak at : 6:00 p.m. they are saying it will take another 72 hrs to receive .simply saying that it will now tbe delivered by with the timelines it will take extra time.it was mentioned to the dealer . re diff, fedex are cheating the customers. what's wrong with this FedEx people. for these type of dramatic situations they need an office, staff . they not even connecting to their manager to speak nor telling the agent to whom they gave to deliver the material. so that we can follow up . what a hi tech cheating by fed ex ?????????????? fed ex. do you people have any courtesy towards the customers. I need my second order to be released immediately and the first one to be delivered today .

          I have sent a document package to London, UK from Bangalore[protected] on 04.03.2014, It was promised the fastest one day delivery and it was supposed to reach the destination by 06.03.2014. But, It was first told on 6th that the package will be delivered and later they told on 7th and at last they told it cannot be delivered, we do not promise any time, its under customs clearance, If they cant get it through the customs why they promise one day delivery and charged us more, I could have gone with India International Post option with cheaper rate. I am sure they have planned one day delivery for international destinations with the customs clearance time tolerance and no customer is going to be blamed for the item when it is in the charge of fedex. When I asked them to return the package and refund the money as the person to collect at the destination will not be there, I got different answers from different executives. Very disappointing service from fedex. Charged me 4549.00INR (for courier) + 60GBP (for tracking) Please rectify the issue

          I have paid more to get the package to be delivered precisely on Monday the 4th of April, i could have paid far cheaper price and got it delivered, but it is stuck at bangalore for customs clearance. The consignee has provided the required KYC on Monday and the customer care people promised to be delivered on tuesday the latest but the people in bangalore are not responding properly as to the scheduled delivery date. Why the hell do they promise one day delivery when you guys can't handle the customs, and ask us to pay more!! Very very disappointed by the way the delivery and customers are treated. I would request for a refund if it is going to take longer than tuesday the 5th of April for delivery as it is very inportant to be delivered by that date. This would be the last time I trust and send packages through fedex.

            I ordered a micromax canvas 4 skin from mystyle.co.in on oct 5 and they shipped it via fedex on oct 8 with Airway Bill number[protected] . On tracking the number, before it showed an estimated delivery date of oct 11 but till now no delivery of the product. and now on tracking the order it shows N/A on the estimated delivery date. it is in transit from 8th oct but no delivery till now. are fedex transporting it in bullock carts or what?? i want its immediate delivery and compensation for the delay. Strict actions should be taken for such cases cause these incidence are increasing a lot now a days

              I have booked "Nikon Ni-MH 2300mAh AA Rechargeable Batteries" through REDIFF SHOPPING with order no. 8550164 Date:[protected]. and till today[protected] i did not receive the material in my address ABDUL MAJEED K MUHAMMED KUTTY MURSHIDABAD, STATE-WEST BENGAL. I got a message in my mobile on 21-09-13 from "bt rediff" that the material is delivered in my address through FEDEX TRACKING NO[protected]. Since then i complained various times to rediff shopping and fedex stating that i did not receive the material. But both are giving The staus as the material is delivered to one mr. Pankaj. And in the status page of fedex it is shown that in the same day the material is delivered in malda, West bengal at 12.10 and at 10.53 am the material is at mumbai. And my place is 40 km away from malda. i dont know how fedex delivers the material to a wrong address at west bengal in one hour and 17 minutes from mumbai to malda west bengal. And there is no one by name Pankaj in my area of residence. My contact no is [protected]. Now fedex is telling me to contact rediffshopping and rediff shopping is stating that fedex has delivered the material on 21-09-13. But i didnot receive the material till today[protected].Kindly help me in getting the material delivered.

                our account number with fedex is[protected]. we are sending packets on cod (cash on delivery basis from fedex ), they deliver packets to our clients and collect the cash from client. the problem is they collect cash from our clients but not giving payment to us, we already send 18 reminders and amount is more than 400000 ( 4 lakh ) to [protected]@fdedex.com, our marketing person mr sanjeev - sanjive.[protected]@fedex.com, his seniour mr alok- alok.[protected]@fedex.com. but no results. We are sending you pending payment report till 12 july. I hope and will apprieciate if our pending payment will be relaesed from fedex immd. which is already pending from last 8 months. I hope you will understand our problems and try to release the amount from fedex immd.our experience is that fedex is a cheater company. thanks & regards, Jagmohan Kapoor

                  I had an important shipment to be sent from Pune to my hometown
                  Kolkata. There is a collection agent(Esdee services) who comes to office our and who claims to
                  have tie-up with FedEx. Previously I had sent couriers through him but they
                  had tie-up with some other company and not FedEx.

                  I sent an overnight shipment through them on 22nd April. Obtained the FedEx
                  receipt which clearly shows the right address to which it was to be
                  delivered. The delivery was not done till 25th April. When I checked on their
                  website on 23rd, it showed (Delivery Exception due to incorrect address). I
                  called up their customer service both in Pune and Kolkata and again gave the
                  address with the recipient's phone number and land-line number and prominent
                  landmark.

                  On 24th April they called the recipient saying that it was raining so they couldn't deliver. However, they updated the status on their website saying delivery exception due to incorrect address.

                  When I called FedEx toll free number, to my horror they completely refused any update and said I have to ask the
                  collection agent about the delivery as I have not handed it over to FedEx
                  directly. The agent who comes to our office says it's FedEx's responsibility
                  and not theirs. Finally on 25th April I had to ask the recipient to go to their Kolkata office and pick-up the shipment on his own. The package was torn from bottom and some important stuff was missing.

                  If you trace calls to their number[protected] at 19:10 pm and 20:10 pm on 24th April you would understand how rude their customer service is.
                  This is complete fraud and harassment to customer. These guys should be refrained from doing business.

                  Fedex Couriers — Package delivered to the wrong address

                  It is sad to know that a courier company like FEDEX could do this. I had placed an order through Zoomin and they had couriered this package on 21st Sept. While tracking online it mentioned that the delivery would happen on 22nd Sept at 11:20 am. This was to reach at my home.

                  To my surprise, the package reached a company and not my home in Marol and the delivery boy gave the package at the wrong place.

                  After making several calls since last night, the customer service representatives are unable to trace the details of the company where my package was delivered. This is so frustrating and miserable on Fedex's part.

                  I must say that big companies like these have a long way to go to provide good customer service. Pathetic courier company!!!

                    I am an Indian Army serving officer. I booked our Car (Ford Ikon Registration No MH-12 DE 0081) from Vadodara to Utaar Pradeshi through Mr. Sandeep Chaudhary (Mob No [protected]) who claimed to be a representative of FedEx Packers and Movers on 27 March 2013 at Vadodara.

                    I handed over the above mentioned car to Mr. Sandeep and made a cash payment of Rs 6000 and subsquently Transfered 8000 in to his A/c. I was informed that the car would be driven down to Vadodara (Baroda) Highway from where it would be loaded in the container. The car was fully serviceable and was driven to Baroda Highway on the same date. Mr. Sandeep assured me that the car would be delivered at Uttar pradesh within maximum 5 days.
                    Whenever I call him He was always unsure of the position of our car and his replies were always ambiguous. I have no idea about my car and now he is not picking up my phone also

                    Dear sir,
                    I am also an army officer and I have faced a similar situation where my trunk was send from vadodra to ranchi through the same person. The trunk was misplaced and the person went untraceable. I had to come back to vadodra and file a complaint against him in the police station. In the police station witnessing a SI he gave me two cheques of 5000/- and 30000/- as compensation. Later I found he had insufficient funds and the cheque retuned. This person promised me to give me money and then went untraceble. Sir Im available in +91-[protected]

                      I am afraid to inform you that the claim made by your Tracking system is absolutely baseless. I can say this as I was at the shipping address which is my Home for the whole day on 5th March 2013 as I was expecting my shipment to be arrived by the evening as previously mentioned by your tracking information

                      But I can say with full confidence that FEDEX agents did not come only to deliver the concerned item.
                      I stay in a apartment which is equipped with security personnel. Whenever a Courier Company Agent arrives with any package, the agent has to enter the details in the security record book. I have checked the security record book. Security Records do not show any visit by the FEDEX agent. Nor did I find any note outside my flat. I cant understand how could your agent miss to rang a Doorbell or atleast give a call on the contact details provided if you are claiming that Customer was not available/Business closed. I am Sorry to claim that Your Delivery guy seems to be clearly lying that Customer was not available as I was at provided address on 5th March 2013 eagerly waiting for my package to arrive.

                      This poor business from your side is not acceptable. I want my concerned shipment to be delivered at the shipping address at the Earliest by 6th March 2013.

                        I was about to send university application from India to Singapore from pin 603204 to 117576. I have called on customer care on 27th Feb and inquired him for a pickup on 28th and transit time.He told me that the parcel will be delivered on march 4th. I have also asked him to confirm it. since my university application last day is on 4th of march. He confirmed 4 th march,before 6 Pm it will be delivered. so I ordered for a pickup. He scheduled the pickup on 28th Feb between 2 to 5 pm with the booking no 9 for the pin code from 603204 to 117576.

                        First thing is the courier person hasn't reach before 5 pm I Inquired customer care between 3,4 Pm whether the person is coming for sure, they said he will come before 5 Pm. Then I called the customer care around 5.30 Pm and asked about scheduled pickup after getting the details they said raised a complaint and he will call you soon. At the time I asked them about if it delays in pickup will it reach on march 4 th since my university deadline is 4th march. After Inquiry with their team she said it is not possible to deliver it on 4th march it will be delivered only on 6th.

                        Then I asked her to transfer the call to her manager she put on hold and didn't transfer it.this show their worst behavior to customer. because their wrong commitment I lost deadline of the university and not able to make it. because of FedEx I have lost my carrier. Haven't seen such worst customer service from FedEx.

                          Fit for a case study for students as to how a business should not be run....Fedex is clearly a case of negligence, bad service & a basic lack of decency on the part of Fedex to even inform the customer of a delay in delivery !. When on the 4th your website shows it was in the van for delivery....WHY WAS IT NOT DELIVERED ???.

                          If the Mithai, which is perishable item is received in a unacceptable condition, you shall hear from my lawyer.

                          Incidentally, this is not the first time I am experiencing a problem with Fedex.....on a previous occasion a package from Los Angeles remained undelivered for days after arrival in Chennai at your Guindy warehouse, your office had the audacity to say there was no delivery person available & I had to actually collect it myself. And, what did I get from Fedex.... a rotten apology of a mail...you should change your name to Fed-up from Fedex !!!.

                          Even more shocking was response of your Mr.Habibulla........washing his hands off saying I could register a complaint but nothing in terms of organising the delivery of the package & he is the Territory Manager !!!. God Bless Fed-up with people like him around.

                          Will I ever use Fed-up again....no way !!!

                            I have been waiting for this parcel to be delivered to the intended recipient, Mr. Akshoy Mukherjee on 4th July.This parcel had been picked up on 2nd July from 42, Clifton avenue, PE36AY, Peterborough, United Kingdom, and was supposed to be delivered to 121/1A Raja S.C. Mullick Road, Alakananda apartment, Garia , Kolkata-47, West Bengal , India.This parcel had been last scanned in Paris FR Location of FedEx on 3rd July 2012.I don't understand how this parcel is still not delivered and remains un-scanned for so many days.I have raised a lot of concerns but is of no use.

                            It was a grey suitcase with red spots or circles.It had been picked up by FedEx on 2nd July.I need this parcel to be delivered if not my claim should be processed.They were all personal items brought during my stay in UK, have been already used by me.The receipts are not with me of the purchased items as they have been already used, and the parcel was shipped as excess baggage.The items were purchased more than 6 months ago.The items are clothes, shoes, jackets, coats.They are worth 1400 pounds.the shipping charges were 146 pounds.

                            It would be of great help if I receive an urgent response on this.It seems I have reached India but my excess baggage has not, which is very surprising.

                                    This is regarding one of the well known courier company FEDEX, but believe me this is one of the Worst Service Provider in their stream. I belong to one of the most reputed FMCG company in the world and if they are providing such kind services to us then you can understand what a normal customer will be getting. I have scheduled 5 boxes pickup THRICE (for USA) with them and mentioned my contact number/address of a Five Star hotel (where it needs to be picked up) in Panchkula clearly. Could you believe that what the reason that they are stating of non pick up is that address is wrong all the time. Oh my god, they say them world class courier services. Besides, no body has bothered to call me before the scheduled pickup (in case they are finding any difficulty in getting the address-though the address is so clear & easy that any mentally challenged person can find it). I would request you all please never ever use FEDEX services and I am going to ask my people to cancel the account of them.

                                        I sent courier through fedex. I used fedex express, which tells if it is not delivered even 1 minute late than expected date, they give money back gaurantee. Now for my courier, its been 12 days, till now, they are telling, that it has been lost, and I will get my money abck, all of sudden, today they are telling that delay was done due to custom, so i wont be eligible for the Money back gaurantee, I didnt bother, then i asked for my courier, still they are not sure, where it is, And when it will be delivered, I dont understand then, on what basis, i will not be eligible for Money back gaurante.

                                        And this happened with me 3rd times.

                                        FEDEX SUCKS!!!!!!
