Fedex priority takes minimum two weeks to deliver. My consignment (tracking number[protected] is traveling whole india where it was suppose to come to bangalore directly. It seems all false update on online status. No-one knows current status. After at least 20 followup still consignment is not delivered. Seems transportation is done using bullock cart.

    I've sent the pictures of consignment breakage, pictures of missing items and completed claims form as requested on time but no solution as found till date as it's been nearly 2 months since this consignment got delivered

    Kindly look it this immediately & sort out the problem

      I purchase item amazon on dated: 02-oct-2016 last updation in on 07-Oct-2016 after that no information we get with online or by call.
      No one tell me the exact situation of the consignment and talk very rudely. FedEx have worst courier services in India. The consignment is very urgent and i don't know the situation of that consignment after paying so much money to them.
      I call toll free no.[protected] no information received from this number also.
      I also pay for the all purchase item by credit card. Please solve the problem as soon as possible. I should be thank full to you.

        Hi,
        My name is amit soni, hometown is ajmer. I have ordered some stuff online which was supposed to be delivered by aramex courier but it was not delivered. I called up the store and asked the reason. The answer, shockingly, was, none of our delivery boys want to come so far for delivery. He also told me to come and take the courier within 3 days otherwise it shall be gone. Seriously dude, my house is not in the outskirts and this kind of answers from your side is truly unacceptable and i don't have the luxury of 3 days as i am busy too. It's your job and if you don't have the power to do that, please shut down. This is the 3rd time i have faced the same issue. I would be obliged if you take this complaint seriously and at priority.

          I purchased a washing machine from shopclues by paying rs. 7000/- and the same was sent to me vide tracking no.[protected] the same was received at the fedex courier delhi office on 06.10.2016 but till now 10.10.2016 the same is pending with courier without cogent reason. I talked to team leader and he will raised a complaint [protected], who also make false promises every time as their staff too. This is totally shameless that in spite of my repeated request to them, they are not delivering the washing machine and making false promises. This is very surprise and shameful the services of fedex courier.

            I bought tv from alibaba on 25th of september and fedex team shipping it[protected].), it reached bangalore customs, india by 27th, from 28th of september product, is there in customs only, it's already 12 days.

            The standard delivery date is[protected], but its already 9th and don't know how many more days will it take to deliver the product.

            I raised a complaint by calling fedex customer care, they are repeating the same word saying that we requested fedex custom team to expedite the process.

            I wrote a mail to "write to fedex" team they raised a ticket (Ctrl no. [protected]) there is no use of it, they too are saying the same thing again and again "we requested fedex custom team to expedite the process." but till date, the product not delivered at and still under the process.
            I am calling fedex customer care every day and requested for a call back from fedex custom team (Bangalore) but till date no one contacted me.
            This is worst experience from fedex, and still, doesn't know when my product will get delivered.

              The Fedex do not inform us the status inspite of repeated emails / calls.

              By active Online tracking i noticed that my parcel is stuck up in need of some KYC + forms documents from my end. I immediately called the customer care (toll free). They then emailed the list of documents needed to me.
              Within 30- 40 minutes I emailed back the complete set of documents on the mentioned email id in afternoon dtd. 6/10/16.

              In the same evening of 6/10/16, I called the kycfedex number[protected] and was confirmed that the documents have been received in order, and are now under verification process by the fedex team.

              After 24 hours, next day 7/10/16, I again called to know the status. Same reply that documents are under verification process by the team.

              After 48 hours, next day 8/10/16 (today), I again called to know the status. Same reply that documents are under verification process by the team.
              I asked reason for taking so much time in verification and requested to connect me to the concerned person. The lady hung up.

              I called again and now another agent answered. I asked same Q.
              After a few minutes hold, he told me that the Telephone bill which i had submitted is in different name. (I never actually submitted any tel.bill). I asked him to give me the tel. no mentioned on the bill. He hung up.

              I called again (now 3rd call consequently), now a new (3rd) agent answered. He put me on hold after i asked the answer for the delay. He now told me that I need to submit 2 more documents. I asked why ws i not informed on the first instant and even after my repeated calls. I requested him to email me the list of documents needed and give status. He refused for the email and he also hung up.

              What a more insulting customer care can you really expect from such a reputed international company !!?

              Now i am sure they will demand dumerrage and Ware house charges for the delay for which they themselves are responsible.

              Here i would also like to clarify that:
              1. My chinese seller had given a request to change the my company name on 01/10/16 just the next day of despatch from china.
              2. FedEx china confirmed the change to them.
              3. I submitted the documents for the correct co.name, since change of the co.name was already done.
              4. But still my worng co. name is mentioned in their records in India.

              These all appear to be intentional or foolish ways of delaying + harassing us.
              They do not inform us in time and cust.care is hopeless.

                Hi Team,

                I Have order from cisco US (international shipment), order number –[protected].

                My order is stuck in custom clearance from last 10 days. Although I have submitted all the relevant documents to process the same on 3rd but the status is still same.

                It is very difficult for us to reach your customer care department after being on hold for 10mint, it is like we don’t have any other work to do and we are free to call you and chase you rr team thrice in day ., which means I spending 3 hours in a day just to chase you guys with no success.

                I don’t which process you guys follow or company don’t have business Ethics and not customer obsessed.
                Worst service you guys have. Even raising the same concern with consumer right forum.

                Moreover after chasing and spending so much time you r team said will check and request a call back, which never happened.

                Please let me know the senior management ID or contact details, I really need to take this forward .

                  I have purchased 1 shipment on ebay on dt: 29 sep 2016 and ebay comitted me it will delivered to my destination till dt: 03 oct 2016.. Ebay booked shipment via fedex airwaybill no:[protected] booked on dt: 30 sep 2016 and it should be delivered to my destination till dt: 03 oct 2016 or dt: 04 oct 2016.. From fedex mumbai office to my home it will hardly take 1 hour. But till today fedex.com unable to deliver my shipment after several call & email made to fedex.com. When fedex.com is not able to deliver my shipment in time then what is the use of such courier in india the delivery boy not even tried to call me and asked the address without calling me he mentioned the address is incorrect whereas post office guy is delivering the product to my home with incomplete address. So such courier are fraud in market to make customer foolish and make frustration..

                        I had ordered an Professional electronic product from USA to Blore. The Manufacture charged me for the shipping and send it on time. Its laying in Bangalore facility for more than a week. As per the website tracking it was scheduled for delivery on Monday. But without our consent, they put a status stating we requested for a future delivery to Tuesday. Till Tuesday night no calls from FedEx. I called them in the night and the response was rude and said they dont have a vehicle to send the package, and I offered a cab at my expense to have the same delivered but promised a delivery next day. The next day I called the customer care and they promised a delivery by 2PM the same day.I cancelled all my programs and waited and nothing happend. I called the cust care again and spoke to a Team Leader who then promised a delivery by 6 PM but nothing happened. I called them at 6PM and spoke to a Manager who then asked to mark his words stating the same will be delivered by 10.30 PM. I had explained to him that its very cretical as I have commited a program on Thursday and have a flight to catch so kindly deliver the product as promised. I waited whole night but extremely disappointed with the way I was treated. I feel I was cheated. Even a commitment by a manager was not met and result I ended up arranging another artist in my place at midnight and now I have compansate to the event managemet company as I pulled back in the last moment. This gonna imapact my career very badly. Thanks to the disgusting service by FedEx India.

                          This is regarding a package that I ordered from an online merchant. The package was couriered through Fed ex. The package was reached on the day when the business day was closed (Because of Eid). The package was returned back to shipper after failure of first attempt without any information to the customer. Fed ex customer care assured me that the package will get delivered in another day, but the same was returned back to shipper. I personally felt a complete irresponsibility towards the customer care and no value for the words committed by Fed ex towards its customers.

                            My tracking id is[protected]. My shipment has been returned to seller with a reason that customer is not reachable. No one has visited our apartment or tried to call us. I have given two numbers for contact and with out taking my consent the shipment has been returned to seller. Very irresponsible behavior from the agency. Totally disappointed.
                            When i called to customer care their response is that the third party delivery agency has returned it we cant do anything. How insane is the reply.
                            I never expected such replies from wellknown agency like Fedex.

                              The delivery to below tracking number are continuous delayed (As they know each next day there is shipment on same address and they delivery both at same time (Not on committed date))

                              There is no use contacting costumer service ([protected]) they say we hv mailed to operations team still no use, sometimes they put call on hold 30-40minutes & then disconnect

                              My question is are we fool to pay u & contact u till 30-40minutes still no use, i have to leave my work to contact the customer care still no use

                              I keep on asking for a operation team contact numbers or any head contact number still no use each & every time they provide me un serviceable number

                              Are we fool?

                              All i need is complete clarification why the parcel on the same address continuously get delayed? No customer care response?

                              I humble request you to clear this out as soon as possible so that i won't go further with consumer forum

                                3 weeks since the shipment was sent they have not delivered. Not even attempted. I have been calling their customer care on daily basis and fools there have no idea.
                                Better to go and deliver yourself than trust FedEx India.
                                The address is correct and everyday I ask their customer care to add more landmarks but there is no progress. This was infact a overnight shipment and still not done.

                                  This has been a regular style with fedex in hyderabad, where they always delay overnight delivery by 2-3 days minimum. However, this time its been over a week and tracking website gives false update such as "customer not available" or "future delivery requested" when no one even contacted me for delivery.

                                  Phone calls do not help either as they simply quote the status and say will try again tomorrow.

                                  P. S - for all future customers, india post delivers quicker than fedex in india at a cheaper rate.

                                    I was expecting a shipment via FedEx Priority Overnight and it should have been received on Tuesday 08/23 but it was not delivered till 08/25. I kept calling their service center with No help. Finally when i lost my patience because that parcel had my phone in it, i again called them and they answered saying " There is a problem at the local delivery facility".

                                    I just had one question what does FedEx Priority Overnight Shipment means? why do you then charge premium rates? why they keep blaming each other?

                                    Not accepted from FedEx, i did place a complaint under Complaint# [protected]. They would never take action.

                                    They told that they will be sending it tomorrow i.e. 8/25/16, Let's see. FedEx (Thumbs Down :(

                                    I posted this on 08/26 and guys they sucked this time as well, without any information they changed the Del date to 08/27.

                                    I don't think i will ever receive my phone :(

                                      Fedex here in delhi is worst. I have scheduled a pickup from my office on 22 august 2016 (Delaz435) and packet was registered to pickup at 3 to 6 pm but nobody turned to pickup till 7 pm. Today i called customer care and again scheduled for pickup (Delaz222) again nobody turned up after 7 pm a pickup guy called and said i will be at your address by 10 pm. But he didnt turned up. After a long wait i called him back and gave an excuse that i called you 3 times but you didnt pick up your phone so i left. I didnt see any miscall in my phone. I really feel like sue fedex in court. This is the worst experience with fedex. I donot have any choice or i would have chose some other courier service for usa. God knows when my packet will be picked up.

                                        Fedex picks up my product from JIWA which is in Mumbai only on 16-Aug to deliver the product to me at Mumbai address by 18-Aug. On 18th evening, they changed the delivery date to 19-Aug. This was my 6th product from different merchant where Fedex has delayed the delivery. This time on 19th Aug I registered a complaint with Fedex domestic customer care(complain no. [protected]). Few hours later I got a call from their Delhi Ops office to assure me that the same will be delivered on 20th Aug. Nothing has happened. I called customer service again on 20th Aug and got a response that it should be delivered on 22th Aug i.e. Monday since they don't deliver on Sunday and facing a manpower issue. As I write this note, I checked the status again today .it still shows that packet is lying @ local Fedex facility. I have taken screen shot of this tracking Id on 18th, 19th and today to prove that they just changed the delivery date without intimating the customer. And above all, they just raised therr hands and shown inability to assure me when this will be delivered?

                                        Still waiting my packet.

                                        Interestingly, all the other small logistic partners of the merchant are delivery the product almost on time. FEDEX. are you listening?
