The shipment landed on 10th Oct in Bangalore instead of Delhi. On 7th Oct I already submitted revised invoice declaring value as USD 20 as it was a free sample for evaluation. Even then Fedex paid duty on the wrong invoice value o[censored]SD 289. This is unacceptable. I have all the proof. Why didn't Fedex submit the revised invoice? What kind of operation is Fedex running in India?

Same thing happened to me. I provided Invoice for 10USD as the articles were sample for evaluation. Fedex is said to have paid duty on Rs.45000.00 that is Rs.12270. The articles are not worth that much. When asked for proof they have provided a copy of customs document which originally states the value of Goods as USD 10 as per invoice but it is handwritten below it as Rs.45000.00 and duty paid Rs.11893.00. I dont understand what is going on. I have forwarded complaints to both consumer forums as well as Grievance Redressel Cell of customs. I hope the truth will come out.

    Strontium 16GB Jet USB 3.0 Order#[protected] FedEx, Tracking #:[protected] I have ordered a pendrive (Strontium 16GB Jet USB 3.0) form amazon on 28th September, 2015 on cash on delivery. the expected delivery date was 6th October. the product was shipped from bhiwandi to tarapur(local facility) by 30th September. but the courier service(FedEx) is not delivering my product. they sent me emails and msgs that my product is out for delivery but they never brought the product at my home. and gave the reason that the customer was not available, but my parents are always available at home. i even complainted about it on amazon customer service 3 times but nothing happened. i am posting this compliant against Amazon India as well as FedEx. against Amazon for its carelessness againt the customer and against FedEx for its bad courier service i have attached the copy of invoice, fedex tracking record and amazon tracking.

      I have booked a product through Paytm and it mailed through Fedex, but it reaches Coimbatore Center by 15th Aug 2015, still they are not delivering it. It is now over the limit of given estimated date and they giving same reply. I am really disappointed with this courier service. Please help to receive my product at the earliest. (Customer Service people talking like irresponsible and I don't know how long they take). Paytm also not taking any responsibility for timing delivery. Kindly note, I raised complaint 3 times with Fedex but no use. Tracking Number[protected] & My Contact number to reach is [protected].

      No Actions taken by Fedex but the Product Received with little damage also on Yesterday evening. Very worst delivery service.

          Hi, The shipment was booked on 22nd July, 2015 from Mumbai to Hyderabad and the estimated delivery was at 8 PM, 23rd July, 2015. However today it's 27th July and still when I check the status, it shows the status is in-transit (attached the image). When I called to customer care they says they are not able to track the status and the product has already been reached to Hyderabad on 24th but may be lost somewhere. One complaint was raised on 24th but it's only on name sake and no one really bother to deliver the product. Every time I call them they say the same thing and says they have no updates. I don't understand whom do I need to speak now. Finally I had to compromise from every aspect because of FedEx poor service.

            HI, I am Ashok, my number is 91-[protected], I came from vizag to hyd to collect courier to submit in hydeabad bank.

            My relative have choosen speed delivery for fedex from U.S. to Hyd and I came to hyd from vizag city to collect the documents regrading bank work but have to stay in hyderabad for 2 days in hotel because only this worst so called service fedex where the courier is recd in hyd on sat and max delivery date is mentioned monday but till tuesday 1pm not recieved what kind of fedex staff in india,

            worst delivery service by fedex in india (hyderabad) courier is in hyd for 4 days without delivery till given complaint by calling them on monday which is last expected date for delivery

            delivered on sat in hyd. but to receive at shipment place in same city 4 days, request to take serious action aganist this negligence courier service and refund the full amount, and for next courier neither i wil do nor i will ask from US. to not use fedex service

              Hello, I ordered a Studds Helmet from Snapdeal.com they sent Product via FedEx courier service. FedEx make this nightmare for me. Here i facing many problems without helmet. I paid fine for Police station due to India's new law. And whenever i called FedEx courier they are not responsive. I sent mail to [protected]@fedex.com too. That is also not use. You can look at the attachment. So i requested snapdeal.com or other online sellers please don't use FedEx courier to send products. If you do then you can easily lose your reputation.

              If you can't deliver to my pin code. Then why you picked the product?

              By next time just refuse the shipment. Other courier service can take over and handled best.

              I can get any product within 2.5 days by other service.
              Just now i got mail. I attached the screenshot.

              They said "Product is out for delivery and will be delivered by 2000 hours." So they need 83 days to reach 35 kms? Hahahaha

                This parcel was booked on 18jun2015, from mumbai to go to delhi, and there is my costly ipad in it that i bought, fedex person took the parcel from the sender and i was hoping to get it in one - two days, , when i traced there was nothing shown on web site even after 2 days, only shown that the parcel was booked, nothing else,
                I called the customer care they said, due to heavy rain the parcel still not been sent, and i waited
                After another 3 - 4 days i called, i was told there is some parer work issue, they will call back, i waited, no body called, ,
                After that i talked daily to their cc, but no positive feedback they dont even know, where is that parcel, ,
                What kind of company is that???They pick up costly things and miss place them?? Or i guess some one of there person stole it, , whatever the reason,

                I will never ever use fedex courier again in future, , i need some help on it from this forum pls help,

                  Hello, I ordered one product from Amazon.in and i paid that too. They sent product via FedEx courier. Fedex courier still not deliver my product ( the product is received in my nearest city. Only 35 Km from my city. I am wondering is they deliver the product by walking? Haha ) I contact the Fedex customer service they are also not responsible for that. Please don't use FedEx courier for your product shipping... Here i needed to wait more time even i paid to the seller.

                    I went to receive my parcel of 279 rs from snap deal to fedex office at thoraipakkam chennai... I paid 280 rs and received the package ... the seal is tampered and the product is not available inside the package.. I showed to them rite there in fedex office itself they refused to give my money back... and the people (MOHAN AND ANOTHER STAFF) used improper language (too much bad words) and they were totally drunk and out of control... They treated me like ... I spoke to the team leader and manager of fedex over phone of tat place and no proper response from them at all.. that too MR.VINCENT AROKIARAJ never gave proper response at all. place : thoraipakkam fedex center date: 30/5/15 time:9 pm

                      The package was supposed to be delivered by 30th April, 8 pm. The document are necessary for an interview which I had booked accordingly. Now, the field says N/A while the tracking also shows that the package is at FedEx destination facility. When will my package get delivered? The customer care offices are "closed" today even though its a working day. I am ready to pick up the, package myself too, if the address of the local FedEx office is provided. Please reply back as soon as possible.

                          I have had the worst nightmare dealing with Fedex in sorting my courier shipment. My shipment was sent to Fedex on April 14 to be couriered to Chennai and the promised delivery time was max 2-3 days. I have been repeatedly tracking and following up on the status but Fedex has not been able to provide any status update. The shipment is lying in their godown for 3 days without action. Finally, I had to escalate to ensure they do their job and am now still waiting for the final despatch. Terrible service.
                          I got also the same problem. There is no updates on the status. Each time I call them, they say they have no idea on the status.

But they have putted wrong commitment date and delivered parcel after 2 days.                                 My name is Anish. I had scheduled a pick up for 18th march, 2015. The pick up was suppose to happened latest by 7.00 P.M. IST. At 8.00 P.M i was promised the pick up will happend by 8.30. At 9:00 i call them again just to hear "sorry pick up wont happend today". They could have asked me to go drop off the parcel at their store, but they didn't. They promised service but didn't give one. Its annoying and extremely unprofessional that my parcel will not be picked up as promised. The pick up number is HYDSM/73. The complaint number is [protected]. My courier had to reach Canada by 20th of march and i had scheduled the pick up accordingly. In case the courier doesn't reach Canada by 20th i will face serious consequences but FedEx doesn't care. They dont respect my time. They don't understand how serious the situation is. The fedex representatives from customer service desk have nothing to say about this expect "we are checking with the operations team" Worst part they arent willing to do anything to make up for the unprofessional behavior.                                     I couriered to u.S. From fedex courier.On 14/01/2015 track number :[protected], i given parcel through fedex courier agent ramkumar jayanagar, tilak nagar branch. I have sent 10.8 kgs parcel with packed to u.S.A (Ca) but delivered 5.76 kgs with difference of nearly 5 kgs. Online complaint was also registered with fedex on 24/01/2015. With lost cost for us around 48, 340.00. It is almost a month over till now. It is not been claimed to me with a great loss of amount. Fedex courier company have sent me mail on 25th feb 2015 that can be claimed in bangalore to meet consult agent that is balaji international express no.3 4th main, 7th cross sampagi ramnagar bangalore - 27 mob : [protected]. It already said on 3rd feb 2015, as i got to know on 25th feb 2015. I met bangalore fedex courier agent of s.R.Nagar, again he mailed to fedex courier main head office, till now no reply. And no response from fedex courier.

                                        I am informing that I have not yet received my Bio-Metric Smart Card against my Insurance no.[protected] (SUNIL KUMAR) At first our picture captured on February, 2013.But due to not receive the smart card. but still today I have not received any smart card.
