I am writing to file a complaint against your FedExr Priority Worldwide service personnel. I had sent two packages from Halifax (Canada) to my mother on Nov 19 2016. I delivered the packages to a local Canada post office on Nov 19 2016, and was provided with the following tracking numbers:

Package #1 (Tracking number:[protected]
Package #2 (CC[protected]CA)

My mother informed me that she got a phone call from a FedEx office somewhere in Gurgaon/Delhi, and the person on the phone asked my mom to send them an electronic copy of her Aadhar ID card and a letter of authorization in which she stated that she was, indeed, the recipient named in the package. The agent told my mom to send these documents as an email response to an email that they sent to her account. To date, no email has been sent to my mom’s email account. Regardless, my mom sent the required documentation to a FedEx email address ([protected]@cogentservices.in).

She has since then, not heard back from the FedEx people.

In one of their earlier phone calls, they told her that they had opened the packages even though the contents of the packages was mentioned explicitly on the documents/address slips that are pasted on the outer side of the package.

I could still excuse the opening of the packages if they had then gone on to deliver them to my mom’s place in Haldwani (Uttrakhand). My mom does not have a staff to run errands for her and has injured her knee which is partly why I had used your Priority Worldwide service to ship her some homeopathic/ayurvedic/herbal medicines.

But clearly, I should not have placed my trust or my money on your company. I cannot tell you how infuriating and stressful it is for me to keep hearing from my mom about how she either gets no response from your company (when she calls them at the number she was given in an earlier phone message), or she is subjected to rude phone calls from your agents who refuse to believe her when she tells them that she has indeed submitted all the required documentation from her end.

Can you now blame me for being so distraught and flabbergasted at the level of corruption at your end? I mean it is pretty clear and believable to me that your agents are in no mood to ship my mom’s package to her and are likely looking to unlawfully take over the contents of that package for themselves. I used to scoff at such stories of the blatant corruption within private courier companies in India but with this one experience, I can really believe that.

    Hi there,
    This is regards to my order number[protected]. I knew initially my address wasn't updated correctly, however i have called fedex customer service agent on tuesday evening and given my correct address.
    On wednesday morning, i have received a call from the delivery person asking me the address again as he was claiming that the address was not updated at all. I gave him the address again as well as the alternate contact number to call before delivery.
    He called me around 03:07 p. M., however i couldn’t pick up his call as i was in a meeting, within 05 minutes i’ve called him back but he told that he will not be able to deliver the product because i did not answer his call instantly. Then i’ve called the customer service agents in chennai around 04:00 p. M. And again around 06:00 p. M. Asking them to deliver the product wednesday itself as i had an emergency situation of sending the product with someone who is flying to us today early morning.
    Today morning around 09:30 a. M. I’ve called the customer service agents again and they were telling me the same story as my address wasn’t updated correctly, i have asked the person to transfer to her supervisor but she told no one was available and she wasn’t able to transfer. I'm not quite sure whether i will be able to get my product at least today or not.
    The service was ridiculous and all customer service agents were trying to start query from the initial stage and they were not aware of any prev. Calls made or complaints initiated. The delivery person was claiming that he doesn’t know how to locate the address details and i believe that is there primary job and this excuses cannot be accepted at all.
    I have received many online orders from other courier services but never experienced such a ridiculous service from anyone in the world. Kindly action my action my case immediately or else please compensate the amount to send the good to us again plus for the poor customer service.

      My hard disk was not working which i purchased from western digital through flipkart.
      I had raised the request and they said they will replace new one (As it was under warranty period).
      As per the instruction given by wd support, i have given my hard disk for replacement to fedex (Sent by wd support).

      But after a month i checked the status with wd support, they said product did'nt arrive to their place, then i checked with fedex, the product was delivered to jaipur and has been signed by a person named 'manu'.

      God alone knows why it was delivered to jaipur, wd support said it has to be delivered to bangalore address.

      Now, since then i chasing through email asking fedex to deliver to bangalore address.
      It's been three months now, neither wd support responding nor fedex people despite sending multiple emails.

      Please help me to get my hard disk replaced or money back.

      The tracking no[protected] is under clearance since 09.10.18 & still problem not resolved . No commitments & irresponsible response from team members . Customers insisting to black list fedex from our logistics moments . As fedex is the reason for the delay, the freight charge for the same should be borne by fedex & we are not going to pay freight for the said shipment . Worst ever experience with FEDEX

        I booked a parcel to portugal in the month september to lisbon, portugal. Even after two months, they still have not delivered the parcel. Fedex customer care gives me different details. The enterprises in which i booked my parcel gives me some other information. He is telling that customs has been cleared. He tells me that non-fedex broker has cleared the customs, but gives me the fedex office phone number to contact.

          Recently I purchased prestige gas stove from Snapdeal paying through internet banking on 3rd November. Delivery address is Name-ANISUR RAHAMAN, C/O-ABDUR RAHAMAN MASTER, VILL- NOAPARA, PO-KULIAGARH, DIST-NORTH 24 PGS, PIN-743166, Halisahar, OPPOSITE NOAPARA IDGAH. I have given this address as Snapdeal was showing delivery is possible. Last few days I was checking status of parcel but 12 th November it was showing product was delivered.But fact is that the product has not been delivered.             Had a opinion that FEDEX maintains International standards but sorry to say that not more than cart puller

            Case 1 – Details

            Tracking number –[protected] dated 5th Nov 2016 – Chandigarh to Jamshedpur

            Couriered a mobile set to my cousin at Jharkand but since I was not aware of Government norms so that package struck Delhi, when I called at customer care 8th Nov 2016 at 10.30
            first the lady doesn’t have politeness to talk instead of giving solution she was making me understand that it my fault to don’t know the documents . YES it was fault that it trusted FEDEX and try to utilize services .
            The Fed ex instead of calling and telling me the improper document, returned the package that too with some small courier service online which I myself went and took, The entire day took me for this

            I want refund for this as without notice the company retuned and it spoiled both my time and money ( already had request number for this [protected]) but NO RESULT .

            Case 2 – details

            Tracking number –[protected]dated 8th nov – Chandigarh to Jamshedpur

            Again paid money for the same that was fault on your end but due to support from Mrs Ritu Sehgal ( fed ex shop at sector -23, Chandigarh ), she was supportive that though instead of new courier service let me send again with fedex BUT IT WAS WROUNG TRUST TO a cart puller

            The team in Delhi customer is having flaws

            Again was struck due to improper document this time was tracking on net so myself called while there was no call from your side while the packet was lying for day .

            This time customer person told me document is required on recipient part thanks God helped through this helpline made a request that too hold packet till WE ARRANGE DOCUMENTS but this time also they send without notice than called fedex office at sector 23 Mr ritu helped me trace package which was difficult to get .

            I JUST WANT TO ASK WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS MESS UP THE PEOPLE SITTING IN DELHI ARE USELESS AND DON’T KNOW THEIR JOB

            IS this kind of service fedex provides sorry to say

            HOPELESS< USELESS

            PLES REFUDN MY MONEY AND AGRRANE FREE SHIPMENT FOR THE SAME THIS TIME

              With reference to the mentioned AWB number, the parcel was arrived 'At local FedEx facility' on 09/11/2016 and the same was sent for delivery on 10/11/2016 and we have waited for the parcel without going for any other work and simply the delivery person had updated the status as "Customer not available" even we are at home. Again on the next day 11/11/2016 i have made a complaint to fedex with CTRL# [protected] regarding the issue and the same was raised at 12:00:21 PM on the same day. After that, again the parcel was sent for delivery at 1:46 pm on 11/11/2016 and again the delivery person had taken the feedback as we are not at home and it was updated at 5:35 pm on the same day. and today i made several calls to the fedex customer service and i have not received any response. Because of the fedex i have wasted the time and the effort for their inefficiency of the service by updating with the wrong details as we are not available even we are at home for the parcel.
              I request the forum to kindly take necessary action on this issue as cheating the customers with wrong updates and for inefficiency of the service by fedex

                This is regarding my Missing Parcel with Waybill No[protected].

                I have called your local agents, offices in blore, called your call center atleast 7 times.But nobody has any updates and still say they are tracking the package. This is after 4-5days after my initial complaint.

                I have not received one callback or update from Fedex local offices or Call center. Do let me know what is a User supposed to do with such UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE?

                  I have bought a new Micromax 109 cm (43 inches) 43T7670FHD/43T3940FHD Full HD LED TV (Black) from Amazon, later i made an return request. I got all the necessary details for return. Now, The Courier company was supposed to pick up my product from the registered address, on 3rd Nov 2016, today is 5th Nov but till now they people have not came for the pickup. Later on, Amazon may claim that they will not accept the product. So what will i do then? I am helpless over there, It's my sincere request to the concerned authority to take as much of as strict action against FEDEx so that they wont do any kind of such activity in future.

                      I am Tanima Padhee.I had approached FED EX office on 21st Oct'16 in JP Nagar bengaluru to deliver 20 kg parcel of wedding card to my hometown sambalpur in Odisha.The parcel costed me Rs 5380 & the courier services charged me Rs 900 for the shipment service .

                      It was sent to Chennai from Bengaluru to be further transported to Odisha.The parcel reached Chennai on 23rd Oct'16 and i was promised that it will reach my Hometown maximum by 1st November by 8p.m
                      but when i contacted to there customer care toll free number given on there website the which is [protected] they are keeping us on hold for more then 30 min & still no response. After multiple followup with the local Fedex center & customer care still the issue is persisting & we are not getting any update from there side.I m really in serious stress and that parcel was quite important for me and required to be delivered on time. time was very valuable for me which has already been over.now the parcel also useless for me due to inappropriate Carelessness of Fedex . i want my complete money back because right now the parcel whether delivered or not does not matter but right now i need my whole money back i.e Rs5380+Rs900.Kindly take necessary action.

                        My Shipment tracking number is[protected]. Shipment was tried to deliver on Oct 31, Nov2, Nov3. Called customer care on Nov1, Nov 2, Nov3. Complained multiple times that no one has come to deliver to the addreess nor called my mobile number. Address and mobile number are correct. I have confirmed them with customer care. Today i was provided local number but nobody lifts the call. Even customer care people r putting my call on hold and cutting calls. Worst experience ever i faced. When Bluedart and other courier services are able to deliver to my address why cant fedex! If they can provide local deliver boy's number i would have called him and get my shipment delivered. But fedex dont provide number. Hence the problem

                        Zero morals and manners of replying to the customers.

                            My courier was supposed to reach on 17 October. But they are not getting it cleared . All the support team are saying that they will get it cleared soon . But none of them seems to do the work as they say. its more than 20 days shipment is in customs.

                            Seriously I won't use the service again . Never recommend to anyone to use Fedex for international shipment...

                            I have never been so disappointed with any service provider till date. My awb package[protected] shows delivered in your tracker but has never been delivered. Someone names singh has signed for the package which was never received. This is absolutely horrendous on part of a company that calls itself a global leader in shipping.

                            That package contains my wedding cards which thanks to you are now delayed i have been trying to reach to fedex offices but they are not being responsive.

                                Hi FedEx,

                                It's already 8 PM and it's second day that you couldn't deliver the consignment[protected]. Perhaps, hazardous condition in southeast US is reason that you couldn't deliver to local Bangalore address in two days. Your service is so lousy and the last customer care guy I talked was so rude...

                                I don't know whether your other customers have faced problem with FedEx. But I have (atleast with FedEx unit that caters to 560037). As a customer, I can only say that you give a thought to this arrangement. Perhaps, there are better courier partners out there and then there always is Amazon.

                                  I ordered otter box case for my iPhone7 . i started tracking my parcel and it was fine till it reached delhi. where the status was "package
                                  available for clearance"

                                  then i started getting calls from fedex authorities to fill the KYC and the authorization letter. i duly filled them and sent it to their email.

                                  but after a day after i filled the form, i track my status and it says "A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient."...
                                  They are not picking up the phone.

                                    I have received an e-mail stating Fedex could not deliver the said order because customer was not available at 17.20 hrs on 20th Oct 2016 at 31, Ushodaya Enclave, Madinaguda, Miyapur, Hyderabad, 500049, which is my address. People were present both on Ground floor & upstairs. There is no missed call either on my registered Mobile No. Please follow up and effect delivery ASAP.

                                      I ordered electronics components(ic, capcitor etc 0.95grm) 10'st of this month and wanted it to get delivered faster so went with fedex. i started tracking my parcel and it was fine till it reached delhi. where the status was "package
                                      available for clearance"

                                      then i started getting calls from fedex authorities to fill the KYC and the authorization letter. i duly filled them and sent it to the required fedex authorities.

                                      but after a day after i filled the form, i track my status and it says "A specialized form/statement is required for clearance from recipient." so i call the fedex authorities again, and they tell me i have not sent the form at all and ask me to mail it to another mail id. i did that too. 8' days left

                                      again today when i checked my status, i see the status has changed to "Goods are subject to regulatory review"

                                      So i have two questions in mind :

                                      1) what does this "Goods are subject to regulatory review" mean?
                                      2) will i get my package safely delivered to my house or not?
                                      Update: PS: 1) I have tried calling them many times, they told me they would get back but they never did. so that is not an answer to my question 2) This is the first time i m shipping through fedex and i have no idea about anything. i know this delay is because of customs. and all i want to know is what is going to... show to happen when the status has changed to "Goods are subject to regulatory review"
