Recently I purchased prestige gas stove from Snapdeal paying through internet banking on 3rd November. Delivery address is Name-ANISUR RAHAMAN, C/O-ABDUR RAHAMAN MASTER, VILL- NOAPARA, PO-KULIAGARH, DIST-NORTH 24 PGS, PIN-743166, Halisahar, OPPOSITE NOAPARA IDGAH. I have given this address as Snapdeal was showing delivery is possible. Last few days I was checking status of parcel but 12 th November it was showing product was delivered.But fact is that the product has not been delivered. Even no phone call was made on behalf of your courier company.If they told me that delivery is not possible in this address than I would have collected the parcel from their address.Tracking ID is[protected] and mail id is anis.[protected]@gmail.com. I am very much upset as I have already paid the money through net banking.plz help me.

Updated by anis.nsec FedEx delivered my parcel yesterday. Thank you.
My shipment is under custom clearance and after submitting all required doc fedex team not responding or giving any status update about when i will receive the shipment.
I called FedEx customer care also but from there also i am not getting any answer.
