Fedex chennai branch has terribly bad service. My item (Shipment number[protected] is with them since sunday and everyday when i call they keep on saying that it will be delivered, but they are not delivering. They are rather misbehaving in my phone calls. Please take action against fedex chennai soon.

    I got an admit from Arizona State University, US and I was eagerly waiting for the I-20 form as I needed it to apply for US Visa which was sent by the university by FedEx (AWB :[protected]. I paid 45$ (~INR 3060/-) for this document to the university so that it can be sent to me in India(Bengaluru). It was clearly mentioned by the University to arrange a weekday delivery as it was an office address. Now as a consumer I was expecting it to be delivered on a weekday to my office(Cerner Health Care) in Manyata Tech Park(Nagawara, Bengaluru).

    They delivered it on a Saturday, 16th April(weekend) at a wrong address which the courier guy(Mr Dakshina Murthy) does not remember. It was signed by some random person named B Barakes ( there is no B Barakes in my Office) and signed by some other person. The concerned delivery person did not even care to give me a call before handing it over to some other person. I was following up with FedEx Consumer Care team since Monday(18th April) without any proper response. I even visited their Nagwara Office, Near Elements Mall on Thursday(21st April) and met with one Ms Indu and Mr Sreenath. They told the delivery was done by a new employee who does not have much idea about how the process works and they are sending a new person to retrieve the same. On Friday(22nd April) when i called the Nagawara office Ms Indu informed me that it was lost and cannot be retrieved and when I complained about how my document was important for my career she put down the phone shamelessly. Also the consumer support person Mr Hamza Khan dropped a mail saying that it cannot be retrieved and is lost by the FedEx delivery team and asked me to inform the sender to claim the amount for the same,

    Here I am left clueless with out an option, astonished and seething at the attitude of the employees of supposedly "reputed" organisation like FedEx.

        I have paid more to get the package to be delivered precisely on monday the 4th of april, i could have paid far cheaper price and got it delivered, but it is stuck at bangalore for customs clearance. The consignee has provided the required kyc on monday and the customer care people promised to be delivered on tuesday the latest but the people in bangalore are not responding properly as to the scheduled delivery date. Why the hell do they promise one day delivery when you guys can't handle the customs, and ask us to pay more!! Very very disappointed by the way the delivery and customers are treated. I would request for a refund if it is going to take longer than tuesday the 5th of april for delivery as it is very inportant to be delivered by that date. This would be the last time i trust and send packages through fedex.

          Our shipment had come on 26th Feb. 2016, they sent mail on 29th Feb for submission of KYC documents. We have sent all the KYC documents by mail on same day and talked in their customer care, they told me no need of submission of hard copy, soft copy is sufficient for KYC updation but we had also sent hard copy by courier and it has been delivered on 01st march 2016.

          When we call for shipment on 08th march 2016 the KYC team said that your documents hasn't come till now neither by mail nor courier. then we sent mail to [protected]@fedex.com and after complaining they updated KYC and sent our shipment on 10th March 2016. In the invoice they have charged amount for delay charges (Warehouse charges) but delay had been made due to not updation of documents by KYC team . We had clearly written in mail that we will not bear any warehouse charges due to the delay made by your team.

          So, please take action and solve this issues, we want to reverse this warehouse charges and will pay this amount and receive our shipment. Due to the delay of this goods our production has been delayed and facing lot of difficulties. We write mail every day but they are saying that investigation is running and you will get conclusion. This shipment has been delayed 20days due to the fault of KYC team.

              We imported a shipment from a company in France. By mistake the shipper mentioned the wrong address & company name as consignee. Now they have mailed the correct invoice at [protected]@fedex.com and we have submitted all kyc documents of our company many times. We daily talk to customer care regarding this but nothing positive is coming out and that shipment is very urgent for us.

                Hi,

                I got a gift from one of my friend through Fedex from USA It has reached successfully till Hyderabad .But there one of the official from Fedex stopped the Courier and requested for documents as he is stating that it is companies product . So i need to provide the documents related to that .He also appointed one third party company Jeena and Co to clear the baggage.

                I called that guy enquired about my package. He said that third party charges would be 6500 rupees,
                And he said that i need to pay Godown charges, Custom charges of more than 15, 000 rupees.
                The actual cost of the play station is not more than 18, 000rupees
                In total they asked me for more than 25, 000 rupees which is lot higher than the actual price of the play-station.

                I told them that is just a gift from one of my friend which sent to my company address .Still he dint listened to me . I provided the documents what all i have with me like Invoice, my identity proof as in voter id and all . But still he is asking for some import and export bills, Tin number copies and the documents related to which i never even heard. If not i need to pay amount which much higher than the play station cost . This is my International shipment courier Id :[protected].

                Can someone please take some action against to it and please clear the baggage for me .

                  FedEx is a big cheater and irresponsible company. They make fool. They give wrong status updates. They don’t even provide notifications for the status of our shipment via email or phone. Since 6 days parcel was in my town and in spite of my several emails and calls to FedEx they did not took any action or delivered the product to me. Parcel contains personal Photographs which I ordered from Zoomin online and Zoomin must have given courier service to FedEx.

                  Product is in Ahmedabad only in my area but FedEx did not bother to call me or contact me to arrange the delivery in spite stating wrong tracking status like incorrect address. I live in midst of town and receive many couriers from online shopping webs and these people update wrong details. When I called them they did just took the tracking number and kept my call on-hold and later on disconnected the call without answering me. This type of rude attitude they show to customer even when it’s their mistake.

                  Again next day I tried calling them and had conversation with one of their Mumbai executive and he replied that I will look into the matter but we insisted him to get parcel delivered next day itself.
                  Next day I received call from some other Executive from Mumbai Head office saying, “Sorry to say but we have lost your package however, we are trying to make searches and if we get it then we will deliver to your address by evening and will inform you by evening.” But I did not received any call till next day afternoon hence I again send emails to fedex (even to their CEO’s) but there was reverts of my mails too. After that I received call around 4 pm of that man who called me on prior day saying that “Mam, we tried our leve to search the parcel but we could not locate it and sorry to inform you that its lost.” I said how you people can give such a irresponsible answer. I asked them for the details of delivery boy and the office where it was lost which he refused to give initially but when later on I asked him in strong voice he told me story. He said parcel after reaching Ashram road office was taken by delivery boy and as he could not find the address he came back giving parcel to ashram road office and after that somehow parcel was not traceable. He added, “We did sweeping of entire office, searched it everywhere but could not find it, don’t know why.” Such a feckless answer I received from that executive. How he could say that in office itself it was not traceable. So then I asked him for the name of delivery boy which he refused to disclosed stating it as internal matter. Therefore, I told him that this is my case then I must know the name of that boy and later on he said he would let me know. After sometime I received call from him and he told me first name of that delivery boy which was incomplete answer and I asked for the name of Courier Company to which he belongs and for that also he did not answered. Over this call he changed the entire story. He said, sorry but I made mistake in reading the mail I received regarding your issue and actually the thing was that the parcel was taken by delivery boy and in transit he lost it somehow for which he is also unaware. Therefore, the above story of searching in office, sweeping the office was a fake story made by him. These people lied to me to this extent which was unbearable.

                  Now I felt it was unless to talk with him anymore and so I tried calling Ashram Road, Ahmadabad branch where one of the person took the call and when I told him to transfer the call to senior person he literally refused but then I aggressive force him to transfer the call therefore he gave me the number of his Team Leader. I called many times on his Team Leader’s number but he did not receive my calls.

                  With such a big network and brand how this company can respond so fecklessly and disregard the matter.

                  I request you to take a strict against this company and persons who are responsible on this matter. It is a very important and personal thing which they have lost. If they can handle things of the customer careful and manage things well then they get penalize for their mistake.

                    My FedEx Tracking or Airway Bill No. is[protected] China to Cochin, India) was arrived for delivery after 40 Days ! They keep it in Bangalore ware house so long ! I had given KYC and all the required details; still they delayed in the name of Customs clearance. And whenever I made call, their customer care executives said it will clear today evening tomorrow... like that! (Very very poor and rude practice !). I almost confirmed that it is not because of Customs and Me either but, Fedex itself. When it comes to delivery, I understand the truth that they do this for WAREHOUSE charges they billed it as Rs.3030 + local charge 300 + tax 42 + etc. ! (File attached). Even worse is that the warehouse charge is not according to the calculation! (I calculated it and got way less than Rs.2, 000 !) When I asked about it, at first they do not agreed and then after calculating they said will forward it to somebody (still not agreed!). A friend of mine in Customs office Cochin said that warehouse charge will not exceed more than 300 per month and they may trying to CHEAT me! Anyway I am going to take legal action action against the same (As they wasted my time 40 days time which was psychologically affected in my other works too!). Also Yesterday (30 January 2016) I made a 30 minute long call and confirmed many thing they are talking are just LIES only to get money.

                        I order 1 product through online website called Zoomin. the product was shipped through Fedex with the tracking ID FedEX[protected]. The product scheduled delivery is last Friday. But still I have not received my product yet. This problem I am facing since 5 times. Whenever I ordered items through Zoomin every times the products are shipped through Fedex and Fedex all times it delivers late. I hate the service provided by Fedex. This mistake should not repeat to other customers. Hell with the service provided by Fedex. I needs an explanation regarding this.

                          We were recently shipped few samples of small personal healthcare devices from Marblehead, USA to Pune through Fedex tracking no.[protected]. Once the package arrived at Mumbai Customs Courier Terminal, we were asked by Fedex for Invoice copy from shipper and price list of the products. We provided an Invoice from the shipper declaring that the articles were merely samples for evaluation and did not hold any commercial value. We did not pay anything to the shipper for the articles as they were free samples of a new product the purchase price had not been decided. Even after providing all the required documents and information, Fedex told us that customs has arrived at a arbitrary assessable value of Rs.45000.00 and slapped a custom duty demand of Rs.11900.00 + Cess on us. Since the package was urgently required as our consequent process was stuck due to the delay, we agreed to pay the custom duty demand even though the amount had no practical basis. We collected the package but Fedex has not provided any proof that Customs had actually demanded the amount and that they have paid the said amount Rs.12270.00. We doubt that Fedex has paid anything to the customs.

                            Fedex is unable to deliver packages even though the address is correct. The reason they give is incorrect address or zipcode. They have done this with two different sellers. The courier never calls to verify the address so don't even know if they really made attempt to deliver package. The seller tells me they do not even pick up packages on time.

                              I return an TV brought through Amazon(Amazon Order ID:#[protected]) back to Nodia through FedEx. FedEx Tracking ID:[protected], while taking the pickup they didn't ask for any documents other than invoice. But after that they kept the transit hold on Gurgaon, IN, when enquired they mentioned they need Form 38/39 and return the TV back to me(shipper) without proper notice. Again i got the Form 38 from Amazon and done the transit through the FedEx tracking ID :[protected], which i had to pay again. This time also they are holding the item in Gurgaon, IN, stating the invoice date mismatch, but to my knowledge all the dates are valid. When checked with customer care they too not much aware what date mismatch is it. When we hand over the pickup item, they could have checked all the details and inform us if there is a mismatch rather than in the last minute of the transit and i doubt whether they will complete the transit on time. I have my 24000 Rs blocked in this transit for 2 months, because once the item is returned successfully only Amazon can provided the refund.

                                We have sent a couple of parcel on COD through FedEx I have booked it through system but when they picked up they picked it without cod. There executive did not inform us that you have to handover the Bil when you booked parcel on cod so we were not aware of it the story does not end here when we did not receive money for the first parcel and when i talked to customer he told me that he has given the money to the person who has come to deliver the parcel at that time the second parcel did not deliver so i wrote an email to their executive and told her to stop the second parcel their executive assured me that your second parcel will not be delivered without cod which also got delivered without cod I have a proof that I wrote an email on 13th October and their parcel got delivered on 15th October. Even more interesting they have sent me the claim form 4 times and agreed to pay against the loss and after 3 months fight they sent me an email that we can not give you the claims they have harassed me for the last 4 months and wasted my precious 4 months I also argued with them that this is the mistake of their stupid executive who did not inform us in the first parcel and did not stop the second parcel which could easily be stopped and they should punish her instead they wrote me email from our side case has been ended we can not do any thing now you tell me where should i go that their whole system is faulty.

                                  I had to receive a prepaid parcel from a seller on ebay. The est. Delivery date was 30 Nov. Today it has been 10 days and I have not received my parcel till now even though it is in the local facility. I called your customer service and was told that I would get a call back. On Friday I got a call from ur office and he said he'll get it delivered by Saturday. NO DELIVERY TOOK PLACE. I will also be lodging more complaints on online forums about your unprofessional behavior. My AWB no. Is[protected].

                                    I've given one packet which is very urgent for shipment on 2nd dec2015 and I've been promised delivery on Friday 4th dec 2015, same was shown in system.but to my surprise till date packet is not received. It was very urgent. Uve charged a big fat amount of rs.2971/-. When ur unable to delivery on time uve to make delivery free of cost and refund my money.

                                      HI, My Courier No with fedex is[protected], my courier is lying at fedex local office since last three days but every morning i got response in that it will be delivered by today, that office is just 15 min far from my home. and in evening I got a response that courier will be delivered by tomorrow. Today I got a response from senior customer support officer that "Today we thought that your courier is not important for delivery and also tomorrow if we found any vehicle to get it deliver then only it will get delivered to my place. Else you have to wait" please help to get my courier get deliver.

                                        Hi there, I would like to file a complaint against FedEx India. for following reason 1. They are never on time for their pick ups 2.
