I submitted my resignation on 30/06/2020 and I also served my notice period till 29/07/2020, it's been more than 90 days I still haven't received my FnF amount and relieving letter.
I already spoke to my Team leader Arbaaz on September 15th, he said there was a delay in submission from his end and he said by October 31st I should receive my FnF amount. I was supposed
to get my Fnf amount and relieving letter on September 15th and I also waited for another 45 days.
I also sent a email to [protected]@firstsource.com they sent me a link to portal for approval of salary but I still havent received it and when I asked about relieving letter they didn't respond

Please kindly help me receive my FnF amount and relieving letter.

For me salary didn't credited and remain my team member got salary its been 4 days they got salary but for me still not yet credited i mailed to everyone but still bow there is no response for my request

Hiring process is not good for gandhinagar gujarat priyanka mam hr person taken my interview and said you have experienced with 17000 salary "you cant do this job for 10-20 k for post csa actually due to personal issue i lost my previous job but i want to do that job and they are saying like this we can't hire you as your salary was 17000 previous. Hr also say that" you will not able to come from 25 km distance "- for boys. That's not the way to reject they have to give a valid reason. I request you to please take action against this management.

Due to covid-19 situation, i was unable to go to office but i was in contact with team lead however they have done layoff and asking me to pay for relieving letter.. This is not my fault, how i can pay this much larger amt. This is not fair. Please help asap.

I am a employee of First Source Solutions, Mumbai. My salary is not yet credited to my bank account. Everyone else has been paid and I doubt if they will pay me today as it's the end of business for the day...

Date of leaving is 30th december 2019.
I was asked to contact genie team 45 days for f & f but as i am out of station, i had been repeatedly requesting genie team to transfer to my bank account. I sent many emails but they did not bothered to reply. I was given contact number of genie, which i kept trying for many days. It just kept ringing without any response. Finally i got connected & tht guy asked me mail my bank details to [protected]@firstsource.com which i immediately did but till date i never got any receipt acknowlegement. Again i called tht number & same guy assured me tht within 10 days amt will be transferred to my account. I reconfirmed with him and cancelled my flight ticket. It was loss for me as they charged me cacellation charges also lost ticket amt as no refund was made. Till now no amt transferred nor any email acknowledgemet so that we are aware of status. I doubt if [protected]@firstsource.com email is is fake or real.

I had already given a complaint for my daughter divya rawat 's pf death claim. She was an employee of icici one source now it is first source solutions ltd. From february 28, 2005 to january 21st 2008 she was in that organization as a senior executive. She had already submitted pf withdrawal form on may23rd 2008. I complete 1st assignment. First source solution person told application fees rs.1030 + gst charges rs.30250 the charges they compel to make payment. They told all the charges are refundable to you along with your salary. After all the payment then only we release the payments. So i paid the charges. After made all payment i send several email and phone call but there is no reply.

I completed my first assignment and submitted on 3rd april, 2019. But firstsource did not release my salary. Rather, they asked me to pay documentation charges, gst, imps charges and say that only if you pay these charges we will release the salary. I called to office land-line number many times but no one is responding. When i asked to refund the amount i paid they say it will take 120 days for refunding. I took assignment and completed the work with the trust on firstsource. But they are cheating. They have looted my money. I want my salary along with refunds.
