[Resolved]  Flipkart — after sales services

Attention concerned,

Iam writing this to inform you about the problem i faced because of online purchase of your products.

Regret to inform you that it's the worst experience i had in whole life, i should say it's my mistake i choose flipkart for the same.

1) i have brought an sansui 1.5ton inverter a/c delivery was on time, but when it comes to after sale service, installation, when i brought item the installation appointment date was given on 18oct17, i have called your customer service agent they have advised me the technician will be coming on time, when i called your service provider jeeves they also advised me that they will be arranging a technician before 09.30pm. I have waited for whole day until 09.30pm no one turned up and didn't show any courtesy to inform me that technician will not be coming. Only the answer i can hear from your customer service agent is "sorry sir i can understand your problem".

After all this issue technician came next day, who was not professional and rude. Seems like he is paying me to the installation, he made my home a mess by leaving all the dust and all waste leaving in my room, and even the outdoor unit stand was not fixed properly. Please find the attached photos for the same.

Very next day your service provider called me to convey apology for what ever inconvenience caused, it's really appreciated he accepted his mistake, but it's not the solution for what the problem i faced.

2) brought 3 oreient fans, same was delayed for delivery. Flipkart send an mail saying sorry for the inconvenience caused and were compensated by offering inr200/- which is not reflecting in my flipkart aap

3) brought a haier fridge, delivered on time again after sale service, no technician turned up on promised date from flipkart, even after several calls to the customer service agent same was rescheduled to 23rd of october, that too not looking at customer convenience.

4) brought a onida tv. Delivered on time, again one of the worst service... After sales, installation, called your customer service agent well in advance to avoid the problem i faced before, your agent confirm that they will not repeat same, called two days before to confirm my contact number and make sure to avoid the incident and problem i faced on all other orders, the agent confirm will do the needful, again called in the morning to remind them, but still no use.. No agent have taken any initiative to avoid the service discrepancy. When i called again in 1730 i requested to speak to the senior call center agent mr. Viswanath, who advised me to wait till 1900. And said my request is in progress, i don't know why all your staffs are giving false promises, they even don't know who is the technical service agent, and they are not ready to share the contact number of technical services.

When i called again at 1930, i spoke to mr. Sameer who introdused as senior call center agent, who cut the line. Was like no respect to the customer, what ever i asked only word i can hear is, "sorry i can understand your situation" still no solution for my problem.

Again i called at1945 one mr. Gautam call center agent attended the call and he was not ready to transfer my call to the senior was giving reason of all seniors are busy, and particular agent is not sure about the flipkart policy's, as per him warranty of a product brought from flipkart is starts after installation, not from the purchase date or delivery date. He put me on hold online for a long time as i should cut the line and leave.

Sorry to inform you that none of your agent got a solution for my problems, even though it's flipkart or their service agent fault, the customer have take all the inconvenience caused by them.

Because of all this problem, i have wasted my 3 days anticipating a positive reply from flipkart in favour of customer.

Now i realized, flipkart they don't bothered about the customer as long as they receive money. All flipkart service providers are cheater, where giving wrong information/false promises.

I am writing this to escalate this issue to the higher management, at least to make some initiative to make changes.

I know iam not going to get any kind of assistance, but it's my duty to inform you about your services.

Hope you will look in to the issue and come back with a prompt solution.

How you can mark as resolved if you haven't taken any action on that. Until now my TV & Fridge installation process is not done. Have given all details to your customer service agent. Which one you have shown as resolved OD110433931501300000 the compliment was your service provider have kept my home messy. Have kept photos for your reference. He left the duct holes like that.. with out filling it properly.. Tell me what action you have taken on that to mark my complaint as resolved. We have tried reaching customer multiple times to discuss the issue about your concern but couldn't reach you. Installation and demo is done hence closing the case.

Since 3 months onwards I am looking for help from Flipkart and Thomson but no one really cares about consumer complaints . One can Just understand how Ecommerce sites especially Flipkart react to our complaints regarding after sales service .

I am worried whether TV will get repaired or Simply have loss my hard earned money .
