I had booked a flight on the mumbai-kolkata sector for etd on 13th dec, 2019 at 06:55hrs by vistara flight uk771. While booking on the app, at first i got a message that the flight has not been confirmed, hence i ignored and thought would try later but i got a message from my bank that i have been charged, i spoke with my bank they said if the tickets are not confirmed they would refund the amount to my account, but to my utter dismay when i checked my tickets in the evening on the mail received by flipkart, i had been booked on another flight with uk773 etd at 17:30 hrs, this i think has been done deliberately by flipkart to levy rescheduling charges from me. One of my friends also has informed me that this is the modus operandi, by giving discounts and then charge rescheduling charges. I want my booking restored as per my schedule which is uk771 vistara, etd 06.55am on 13th december without any rescheduling charges.

Hello l team

This is to inform you that i booked a ticket for a flight I5 592, PNR NO N2DI2J for 2nd July 2020 from flipkart travel but i could not board this flight. I would like to bring your attention that i made flight cancellation request accidentally on 25th July but i called flipkart travel team helpline no[protected] immediately and requested the advisor to stop this ticket cancellation request. The Advisor who assisted me did assure that my booking would not get cancelled. I checked booking status in flipkart application after 24 hrs and it was showing scheduled. It never showed cancelled. I again contacted flipkart to ensure that my booking should exist and i was confirmed that booking was not cancelled. No one told me that my ticket booked was cancelled. I was not sent any cancellation message neither by flipkart nor by Air Asia. I was under an impression that my ticket was booked but on the day of the Journey when i reached the Air port and tried to board the flight there i was denied and confirmed that my ticket got cancelled by Air asia. I was bemused and did not know what to do as the flight was super urgent for me. I want flipkart to justify these below points-

1) Why i was mislead by the advisor about the booked ticket?
2) When the ticket got cancelled then why i was not notified by an e mail, msg or phone call?
3) When the ticket got cancelled then how come the status of the ticket showing scheduled rather then cancelled in flipkart application. I have shared the screen shot as well?
4) After calling repeatedly every time i was given wrong information why?
5)Even the ticket was cancelled then why still i did not get the refund of the remaining rest of the amount?

This is the first time i booked a journey ticket from flipkart and my first impression was very disappointing. I want to know how flipkart is going to compensate this?

Please refer Flipkart Travel id FF[protected] under Indigo PNR WH5TTC. Indigo cancelled this flight in March 2020 due to Covid 19 pandemic and refunded Rs 5814/- to Ixigo/Flipkart on 21.03.2020. After continues follow up of 3/4 months with Flipkart Travel, the flight ticket was cancelled and initiated refund of Rs 5814/- on 24.7.2020 by Flipkart travel, but failed online settlement to the original mode of payment. Flipkart travel asked for my bank details for an offline settlement by NEFT/RTGS on 21.08.2020. Bank details along with scan copy of cheque was provided to Flipkart Travel on 21.08.2020 via email.
Till today I have not received refund.
How Flipkart can use my hard earned money for such a long period !?
Why their 'escalation' for refund always fail ? Is it done intentionally to use the funds of common people.!

Group tickets were booked on 10th July 2021 from Cochin to Mumbai. When we were trying to book the tickets the page got refreshed multiple times and tickets got booked from Mumbai to cochin. The issue was highlighted with the Flipkart team and the executive agreed that this was a technical issue. We did had a word with airlines to which they said for technical issues get back to the travel agents. We did cancel the tickets on 10th July 2021 However the cancellation was failed from their end multiple times.
On 11th July the customer executive also cancelled the tickets for us from their end and even that got failed after sometime. It was more than 24hrs and cancellation was failed more than 5times from their end.
For almost 3 days we were having multiple calls with the customer support team and we were being assured by them that we will get the full refund since this was technical issue. Post that we received a response on the email we sent that they have cancelled the tickets and refund is initiated. After a week we received a partial refund. When we raised our concern with them they said they working on it
It's been a month now no action has been taken so far even they are not providing any response to the email I sent. Everytime a call is initiated a new incident ticket is being raised and and they are asking us to wait for another 48hrs. why would I bear a loss for their technical issue. And this is not the first time it had happened I can see reviews from my other customers that such incidents happened with them as well.
FLIPKART's technical team is not qualified enough to resolve this issue since the executive team keeps on saying they haven't got a response from technical team.
It's a humble request to take a strict action against them
since it could be a small amount for Flipkart but for me it's a huge amount of 8k

I booked a flight from Delhi to Kuwait on 17 Oct from flipkart travel I received confirmed ticket in email. The flight was connecting flight from Delhi to doha and doha to kuwait.
6 days before the flight I got an email from trijack that my flight 1086 from doha to kuwait remain cancelled. I didn't know triojack as I booked ticket through flipkart and flipkart is associated with ixigo. Anyways I checked qatar airways website using PNR the connecting flight was changed with 15 hour layover at doha. Surprised I enquired qatar airways and to my dismay qatar airways says that the connecting flight booking is not ticketed and its an incomplete ticket I can't fly with. They say as I booked through agent I'll have to ask agent to issue the ticket. But calling flipkart multiple times was of no use. Flipkart CS says they escalated to other team will contact you withing 8 hours your issu will get resolved till 16 Oct my issue is still not resolved by flipkart. This is terrible experience buying ticket from flipkart.
I've to fly on 19 Oct and still there is still no resolution.
I think going legal would be only option for such frauds. And people should refrain buying tickets from such unscrupulous agencies.
