[Resolved] Flipkart — order delayed | |||
Dear sir/madam, I am a customer of flipkart regularly. My order no is OD[protected] was places on[protected] and it was supposed to be delivery date is[protected] and next day I got another message that seller require some more time expected delivery date is updated [protected] which happens to be yesterday.but till now I haven't received my order yet. When I tracked my order it is only PROCESSING and when I contact your customer support associate they said it take 9 more days. Was this information helpful? | |||

I purchased 3 items from flipkart on 6-oct (OD[protected], I got the delivery for 2 items before the promised delivery date mentioned in site but I haven't received one item (for which delivery date showed is 13-oct). I tried CS theier response is very poor.
Response: "I’ve notified our courier partner regarding this delay and we’ll ensure that your order for ‘Mi3’ is delivered to you in the next 4 business days on priority."
What the hell next 4 business days
I checked the site it days item in Bhiwandi Sort Facility from "Sun, 12th Oct", you guys need 4 days to deliver the item from Bhiwandi to Thane ?
This is very frustrating and unacceptable.

What the hell next 4 business days
I checked the site it days item in Bhiwandi Sort Facility from "Sun, 12th Oct", you guys need 4 days to deliver the item from Bhiwandi to Thane ?
This is very frustrating and unacceptable.
An order placed on 17th Oct is still not delivered on 29th.
First commitment was on 27th Oct considering the festive season.
Getting standard answers from the call centre which don't help at all.

I had ordered a Redmi 1S phone online on Flipkart on 14th October and did the complete payment by my debit card. I got the confirmation from Flipkart that the phone will be delivered by 24th of October 2014. I work in Europe and based upon their delivery date I booked my ticket to India so that I can collect the phone and can start using it in Europe as this phone is not available in Europe. On 24th when I did not get my phone I called Flipkart and they said that their courier partner did some mistake and hence the phone will be delivered on or before 26th Oct. On 26th again I did not get the phone and so I called them again, and again I got the same answer and they gave me another delivery date which was 28th of October. On 28th I again did not get the phone and Flipkart mailed me and said that the phone will be delivered on or before 3rd November and they credited Rs 200 in my shopping basket as a token of apology. On 3rd November I still did not receive the delivery and now they have stopped answering to my email. I cannot call them as I have returned back to Europe. I have ordered Moto-G2 in last week Tuesday, I was planning to gift this Mobile to my brother on his b'day yesterday.I ordered it because the delivery date was before yesterday, i.e. 31st March 2015.But i havent received my mobile yet. Its totaly useless now because the b'day on which it should be received by me is not happend.So I am very dissappointed with this service so that raising this complaint here.

My order OD[protected]. I had ordered mi4i on 25th may on seeing flipkart's advertising its big electronics sale. My intial delivery date was 28th may but after repeated mails they changed the delivery date to 1st june but yet again my phone was dispatched but not shipped then after my repeated mails they updated the shipment status then yesterday 31st may the phone reached nearest hub but till today 1st june still my phone is not out for delivery. Today i sent them a mail to know the problem but all they sayvis wait upto 3rd june. Now does it take two days to delivery phone from borivali, mumbai to dahisar, mumbai and all they say is keep patience and we will update u what kind of service is this! Very disappointed and highly dissatisfied.

I placed my order for samsung smart watch on 20th Oct, 2020 after looking at your expected delivery date. After contacting them several times, there was no response and gave an assurance that my order will be delivered on time i.e., 5th Nov, 2020 which Flipkart failed to do so without even informing me. And that this very moment, Flipkart is sorry for failing to deliver and they are so called trying to get hold with service providers. This is ridiculous. Please show some respect to your customers.
