Food Panda — blacklisted account without any reason | |
Foodpanda has blocked my account without any reason. This is really unprofessional and they are not even replying to the mails. Really disappointed worst experience ever. I have mailed them multiple times but they don't even bother to reply or even acknowledge mails. Whenever i try to order something it gets added to the cart but when i try to pay for my order it shows 'sorry there is some problem with your account'. When i shared screenshot with foodpanda on mail i just received a mail that my account has been blacklisted for usage under wrong means. I mean what kind of reason is this then they send a link of terms and conditions. After that my mails have not been answered. Now i'm not able to order anything nor i'm able to apply any coupons or discount promotions. Really pathetic Was this information helpful? | |

No customer support and order always delay...
My food panda account is blocked since last one month and also I have not anything wrong. Due to blockage of my account I am not able to apply my coupons. Please unblock my account so that I can order food by applying coupons. My no is [protected]. Please do it as soon as possible.
My order is showing as delivered without being delivered.
I tried to take help from e mail and chat support but no help. Th phone numbers are not working. Please help me in getting my money back.
My whole family was hungry and waiting for food but foodpanda not helped at all.

FoodPanda cheating customers . I've placed my order (Palak restaurant, Bangalore ) . I've paid the bill and foodpanda confirmed my order but after 20 minutes my order is marked as delivered.
I want to file a consumer case against FoodPanda in local consumer court. Please let me know procedure.

I am food panda rider . I deliver food orders of food panda but from two weeks my payment is not credited in my account soo please help me soon . Thank you
Every time I am facing the same problem with food panda. After payment the order also confirmed by restaurant and then the order was automatically cancelled. I face same problem by 7 times. And refund also not generate.
