Food Panda — blocked my account | |||
Im not able to use voucher codes at food panda. I contacted the customer support who informed me that they have black listed my nos due to some suspicious activity. I hv requested various times to unblock my no but there is no response. Im using food panda since last 3 years. I ordered food yesterday at 2:44 pm from food panda, the delivery person said he won't deliver the food as he did not get his salary. From that time I have been asking in chat support to refund the money as it is showing delivered where as I did not receive the food till now. It shows delivered at 5 pm but it was not.

Twice i have order food through food panda, but due to some reason my order got cancel, and its being a two months for my order but no refund receive till date, pathetic service and wrong promises, its my humble request, don't eat customer's money otherwise it will be harm for you.
I've been facing the same problem . more than 2months but no refund has been initiated. They literally are looting money.
Its a fraud company they just know how earn the money and don't care about customer satisfaction and simply advertise them as we are here for serving people better.
I am not using my Foodpanda account properly When i order something and applied code so they show us your account is blocked no other coupons you used . So resolve this problem i don't know why you treat me like this .I am very dissappointed from your services.If you can't blocked me so i used many times foodpanda but i must think i cancel my account and one more thing you can't rply when customer ask any query!!👎👎

Hi I am checking bank offer cancelling payment request, but in between my account blocked and no coupon available. Please unblock my account, so that I can able to use the app with offer.
