Today, to my bad, i unfortunately ordered my lunch through foodpanda from rajasthan restaurant, madhapur, hyderabad.
My order included 5 items, of which, 4 items were according to the order and 5th item was replaced by other dish,
Which the restaurant didn't bother to inform or ask for my consent. It was food express delivery, extra bucks charged by foodpanda, which
Promises to deliver within 45 minutes, to which foodpanda didn't adhere.
Finally, when i received the food package after an hour, i came to know about the # spilled by the rajasthan restaurant #. So, i contacted the foodpanda costumer
Service, unaware of the fact that bunch of # were hired for this. To say, worst served at its best, i was connected to a # mayuri, who was mentally # which i later found.
I asked the dumb costumer care employee to arrange a pick up of the food package as i didn't consume any item and refund my whole money, to which the # tried to advice me to adjust and have that replacement
Dish. Even after repeatedly putting forward my concern, the dumb didn't initiate my total refund
