Food Panda — foodpanda blocked account without any reason

Foodpanda blocked my account without any specific reason and now no response from them. Receiving the only system generated emails and messages.

The order was undelivered so i used the coupon again and they are sending the note o[censored]nfair and misuse of the coupon which actually is not done.

A company is not willing to unblock my account it feels like. Please help me unblock and resolve my issue.

I have never used foodpanda and when I logged in first time and applied coupon it shows me account banned.

I want a valid reason for doing so

I had an account with my JIO number with FoodPanda.
As sometimes JIO is not rechable, I changed my number and stayed with same email ID.
Now they have blocked my account without giving me a notice.
At least they should have noticed me before blocking my account and that too I haven't done anything suspicious using my FoodPanda account.

Order placed money deducted but no one came to deliver the order.. I want a compensation for this or I'm going to place a complaint at consumer court.
