Food Panda — quality and time delay

Totally wasted my money and time. Worst experience ever i ordered for the first time from foodpanda and they informed that i will receive my order in 45 minutes but unlike other online food delivery services who deliverer within the expected time it took them two hours to deliver it to me and no further info provided until i asked then too. Finally, the food got delivered after two hours and it was all cold and disgusting. My order id is u9xhrz58. Hoping to get a refund and never want to use there services again.
