Foodpanda — multiple cancellations of my order | |||||
This is extremely unprofessional on behalf of foodpanda that my order got cancelled twice after waiying for an hour and finaally foodpanda itself chose the restaurant for a replacement order about whivh i wasnt even aware...i ordered malai tikka as wasnt in a position to have spicy as was having blister in my mouth but it was plain tikka delivered that too pf not my taste.. i was fine with chaela kitchen when i recd a call from foofpanda regarding replacement of order but m not aware as to whrn it got changed to rupalli kitchen... highly pissed off .. as after approx 2 hrs got the deliveru that too of a bad tastr... i want full refund of my amount and compensaation for the harassment suffered.. as tried talking on chat support but was kept whole time in queue.. there were cust exec joining and leaving the chat without even addressjng.. is this the way fodpanda handles irate customers.. is this the training given to ur customer care execuyives... every yime i ordered i m asked to give stars on the same.. now where to complain abt ehat happened yesterday... i have ubereats swiggy too in my phne .. and havent faced such issue ever with any food ordering app .. the redolution iss given asap .. tgere is no.
