Foodpanda — refund not refunded | |
Good afternoon i ordered from foodpqnda on september 18 2018, but my order was Declined by the restaurant. When i asked about refund i got an response from foodpanda that it will take time 7 to 10 days to process. But when i contacted again after 10 days i am still getting the same response. Even after 25 days iam getting the same response from foodpanda, their response is not even good they just telling the same story of sorry for the inconveniences you have faced, we will look into very and it will affect after 7 to 10 days. I did not receive my refund .The restaurant directly cancelled my order but I paid money online and I still did not receive my refund.

After 10 days refund is not initated.
I ordered tiramisu by using my coupon 9. The rider did not deliver the food and it is coming that he has delivered. The rider is saying the hotel did not gave him. Please give me ₹149 as my refund. I have to do a police complain as you did not give my delivery as well as my food. You are not at all responsible
Not able to contact delivery boy. Or customer or even cancel the order.. chat is useless. Not even one reply I had
