    I bought a 17-seater Travller from Betala Motor indore (m.p.) last year.
    I have problem in gear box from the beginning.
    I am complaining about the gear on every service, they also removed the gear box 2 times and repaired it, but the gear problem is not getting right.
    Right now the car has run only 50000 km and has opened the gear box twice but the problem is not getting solvent.
    Please help me, I am tired now, I will have to go to consumer forums and take legal action Against dealer and force company.
    I hope you will understand my problem and overcome it with hope.

      We purchased a traveller 13+1 seater on November 2018, it runs well till Nov-19 but then showed various problems regards of starting, then pickup problem . We moved the vehicle to the service center again and again but they also couldn't find the problem, in trial and error method they change different parts which increased our cost, then with the help of outside mechanic we solve the starting problem upto some extent, but the pickup problem is still there, when you start the vehicle in the morning it is taking 3 to 4 km for gaining it's pickup, . With this problem it is difficult to rent the vehicle for picnic, marriage use etc. We are just keeping the vehicle with us ang giving EMI to bank. After corona situation is really bad, if we purchase the force vehicle to generate money by using it, but instead o[censored]sing we keep it and pay EMI, then you can feel the aggression, sorrow, and other negetive thing feeling, generating with in us. But don't know how to and where to show the aggression. I found this platform and thought it might be help me upto certain extent. Let's see what will be then?mob-[protected], [protected]

        This is to inform you that yesterday around 12.30 pm We had called to force Customecare regarding break down of our force Trax Cruser and asked help from Kamat automobile. Your customer care executive has make conferences call with Kamat Automobile and they agree to take care of my vehicle. After 30 min we received call from Kamat automobile and we told them the matters of the vehicle breakdown. The vehicle is not in running condition so we told them to send vehicle to collect our trax at your showroom for repairs but instead of helping us they refuse our request and told us that you send your vehicle at our workshop then only we will see. I am disappointed with this talk bcz if the vehicle is in running condition then why should we call them . Therefore I am requesting you to look into this and help me asap

            I have purchased a vehicle Shakthiman 200 in the month of April 2020 from Chandrapur showroom... Same day started it's trouble with the engine .. Thrice shown in the service centre. They have charged 18000 rs from me.. But still the complaint is there with the vehicle... I have finance of 9500rs every month and it's lock down most of the days.. And vehicle has engine complaint... Show Room people are not responding properly... I'm trouble with purchase of your company product... Now noice is coming and vehicle has no pick up... Your company has cheated me by providing damaged vehicle to me. You should replace the vehicle or repay the amount to cancel the purchase... Otherwise I will (suicide) hang mysel[censored]nfriend your show at Chandrapur by writing a clear chit against your showroom and company... The service at Chandrapur showroom is very bad... Please do urgent action...

              जुलाई 2017 में t2 ट्रेवलर 26ac लखनऊ फ़ोर्स मोटर्स से खरीदता हूँ। शुरुवाती सर्विस से ही गाड़ी में अल्लाइमेन्ट की दिक्कत आती है। हर बार सर्विस स्टेशन पर सही किया जाता है पर सही न होता है इस तरह लगभग 8 टायर मेरे एक एक कर खराब होते जाते है। जो कि lockdown के पहले तक समस्या सॉल्व न हुई। लेटेस्ट समस्या यह है कि 04 jan 2020 को सीतापुर सर्विस स्टेशन पर बोला जाता है आपकी क्लच प्लेट चली गई है।तब लगभग 58000km गाड़ी चल चुकी थी। हम उंसको वही डलवा देते है। फरवरी में लगभग 61000km पर सर्विस होती है। 13 मार्च 2020 से लॉक डाउन के कारण गाड़ी खड़ी रहती है। कहीं कोई यात्रा न करती है। अब 01 oct से पुनः चलाने हेतु गाड़ी की सर्विस को ले जाते है तो पुनः बताया जा रहा आपकी क्लच प्लेट, पेसर प्लेट आदि आदि चली गई है। जबकि क्लच प्लेट पड़ने (Jan2020) के बाद मात्र 7700 km गाड़ी चली है एवम पिछली सर्विस (Feb2020) के बाद 4000 km मात्र गाड़ी चली है। यदि इनमें पहले से दिक्कत थी तो पिछली सर्विस पर बताया क्यो नही..? और सर्विस स्टेशन वालो का कहना ड्राइवर की गड़बड़ी रही होगी तो आपको अवगत कराना चाहूंगा अमुक गाड़ी केवल एक ड्राइवर अंशुल वर्मा के हाथ चली है जो कि 2011 से मेरे पास काम कर रहा है और इस ट्रेवलर की खरीद के दिन से वही मात्र चलाया है जब शुरुवाती 58000 km वह गलत न चलाया तो यही 7000 km में वह गलत ड्राइव कर लेगा क्या..?

                now force dealership cancelled . Now wen asked for original rc book ettukkudi motors asking to pay - 8000/- to get rc book
                check this issue and get the original rc asap...

                  The ambulance had a starting trouble. We took vehicle to force motors mysore, khatriya motors. They said batteries are bad. We have given both batteries to them one month before. They have not replaced it till date. The ambulance is unserviceable in covid situation. Airforce is regularly contacting [protected] and there is no responce. We are planning to get support from consumer court.

                      First this is my second complaint about the same issue. I had complained about my force furkha extreme being at vishal force motors in dibrugarh, assam since november 2019, today 21/03/2020. Guess what, it's still there. Reason no parts according to the dealer.
                      Personally this is frustrating that our home brand force motors is being lazy, i support our country made products in every way possible, but it's sad that the are not up to the mark as far as service is concerned.
                      Furthermore, i also own a force kargo king, but the face the same problem regarding parts availability.
                      It's such a nice home grown brand, please pull up your socks and provide prompt service

                        I brought FORCE ONE SX (Four wheel, SUV) from RANCHI, JHARKHAND in 2017 financed by SBI about 15 lakh. At present i'm facing lot of problem regarding PARTS & SERVICING. I called so many Times to service centers JAMSHEDPUR & RANCHI they told me, "HUMLOG KEWAL COMMERCIAL GADDI KA SERVICING KARTE HAI PERSONAL GADDI KA NAHI". Now i become "CHUTIYA" by bless of Mr. A. Firodiya, 24000/- INSTALLMENT per Month for next 04 year will be debit from my salary.
                        You take your vehicle and return my money with compassion or fine, why you should sale personal vehicle when you unable to provide parts & service in JHARKHAND.

                          This is to bring to your notice the absolutely abysmal service that we are getting from the force traveller omni-bus that we purchased in september 2018 (Details of bus, registration and purchase given below).
                          The relatively new bus, which has run just about 5, 281 kms so far and has gone through each of the eight services provided by you, is refusing ignition the second time in the last one week. The last day when this happened, a technician visited us and apparently resolved the issue. However, the same has happened today, again. Last october, there was an issue of the bus not starting as well. Is it usual of force cars/buses to break down so soon after hitting the road?
                          Ours is an educational institution. The bus is used to carry students and faculty members to different locations within and outside the city. Since we are responsible for the safety of these people, especially of the students, we are extra-careful to make sure that the bus is up-to-date with servicing and properly maintained. When, despite regular servicing and check-ups, the bus tends to break down and your technicians are unable to fix the problem, how do you suggest we send the bus out with our students? And, in case of a mishap or break-down of the vehicle mid-way, who should be responsible?
                          We request you to look into the matter at the earliest and make sure to resolve these issues once and for all. Treat this as a priority and save us from recurring breakdowns. Any more hassle will leave us with no choice but to take this matter to higher authorities and with other forum.

                            Respected sir/madam,
                            I have purchased a force traveller 18seater vehicle on nov 2nd 2019. I still didn’t receive the warranty book and service book yet. I asked them many numbers of time but the response from them was really bad and used vulgar language too. There was a complaint in speedometer cluster and asked them to repair it but they fixed other vehicles speedometer which ran 10000kms whereas my vehicle was 4500kms. I asked them to claim for insurance for that complaint but the neglected it and said pay the amount and take the vehicle. And used vulgar language which hurted me a lot. Awaiting for a positive response.

                              I have purchased force one car in 2013 and no parts are available. A service centre what was in bihar in patna closed. For the parts even i contacted the zonal manager. No use till now and not able to open driving side door. For at least 15 years they are suppose to give parts but not available within 6 years. So kindly solve my problem by providing parts or return my money and ask them to take back their vehicle

                                I was purchase your force-1 suv in apr-2016.

                                As per industry norms and vehicle standard service support from any automobile manufacturers suppose to supply spare parts for next ten years.

                                But we're not getting any service or spare parts since last two year by force motors.

                                Our vehicles are not running properly.

                                Request to look into the above mentioned grievances immediately.

                                  No spare parts available in any nearest state authorised dealer force motors now my car is stuck what i do without spare parts. Force motor needs to provide all spare parts to customers it is responsibility of force motors company if they don't do that then compensate all the force one customer as soon as possible this is like 420 case. I second hand purchase force one 2012 model in 2019 november my nearest authorised dealer told me that all parts they provide me but now they told me that unable to provide my spare parts needs

                                    I have planned to buy a traveller 25d from force motor kharagpur (Fortune motors) but unfortunately one of my relationship brother got serious accident and admitted in hospital and fighting with death.
                                    Now i have changed my planning and want to get refund money from fortune motors.
                                    But the representatives behaved very badly and gave threatening that 30000 will be deducted from my money as i booked the vehicle via rtgs of rs 48000.
                                    Now i am hopeless about the situation and want to get refund money as required for medical emergencies.
                                    Kindly help and do need full.

                                      We have 17 seater force school bus. We have done servicing of our vehicle on[protected] at sushil motors, nanded (Ms) which is force authorized service center. After servicing today our bus getting break down due to back side wheel jam and now our bus break down in route when it has on board students. The authorized service center have done very poor work. We need assistance for same as early as possible.

                                        I am a punnam chander of raghunathpally village, zafargadh mandal, telangana 506143, write to inform you that even after continuous follow up with avani motors, warangal there is no proper response from the showroom and upon getting vexed with the response i am raising a complaint on the said.

                                        I purchased force toofan trax deluxe 2.6 (Ts 27 t 1407) on 25-dec-2017 from avani motors, warangal and the present mileage is 70k kms, and from the initial days of my purchase at around 40k kms of mileage, i have been in continuous touch with the service centre for "replacement" only and not repair.
