    Subject: regarding faulty supply of force traveler and replacement of the
    Vehicle
    Dear sir
    I have a serious issue for the school vehicle which needs immediate attention and complete replacement of vehicle at an earliest. The detail of the complain and its consequences are as follows
    • i purchased a force tempo traveler 17+1 seater on dated 31.5.2016 for my small private school sri durga public school, naggar (Kullu) due to urgent requirement and assurance of quality by the dealers.
    • it has a chasis no. Mc1eydea7gp023937 with engine no. D67000176 and was purchased from ram hari motors, vpo gutkar, tehsil sadar, distt. Mandi, himachal pradesh.
    • unfortunately this vehicle developed self problem (Vehicle starting problem) on 22.2.2018 and till then this problem could not be resolved by the company authorized stations besides repeated repairs and payment of huge amounts.
    • this vehicle was sent to yours authorized dealers 7 times since 22.02.2018 for correcting its self starting problem. The vehicle remained with the authorized dealers forcing me to make alternative arrangements through hiring of private vehicle for transportation of school children. Sending vehicle to yours authorized dealers is a complicated matter as these are located at a distant place from location of my school. Ram hari motors, vpo gutkar, tehsil sadar, distt. Mandi, himachal pradesh is about 90 kms far away from the school. The nearby ones are too at a distance of more than 20 kms.
    • the local authorized dealer ds motors charged rs 21, 334 during november, 2018 for the same problem and made a plea that engine is sent to ram hari motors, vpo gutkar, tehsil sadar, distt. Mandi, himachal pradesh for repair which took many days putting again a pressure for the engagement of private vehicles.
    • the same story again. Now again vehicle was stranded with ds motors and same plea that engine is sent to ram hari motors, vpo gutkar, tehsil sadar, distt. Mandi, himachal pradesh for repair which took many days putting again a pressure for the engagement of private vehicles.
    • there is serious compromise with work ethics as the representative from ds motors brought the vehicle and just garbage it with a bill of rs 41, 215 and false information that the problem is resolved. With in next 10 minutes of parking the vehicle there was same problem. It was not resolved at all. We immediately made a call to driver to take this vehicle back and correct the fault. The response was pump fuel tank to start the vehicle as he cannot come back.
    • now every day we are pumping the fuel tank before starting so that we can bring our students. No self start at all. Now ds motors is asking for payment of rs 41, 215 without solving the problem. Both the times i was told that the engine is opened and sent for correction to mandi. We have all the bills with us.
    • dear sir, i picked your most advertised vehicle for our school transportation but it has broken down many a times. I have to suffer in different ways. First paying a hired private vehicle to accomplish the commutation task of students till our force tempo traveler gets corrected. Then making payments for force tempo traveler repair and other faults.
    • apart from financial burden we are mentally getting disturbed because as and when it stops working. We, our locality and our parents are all so much surprised to see that how is it possible to have such a serious problem in a brand company vehicle like you that too in such a short time. Personally i feel embarrassed due to this routine problem which our school is facing every now and then.in this year itself
    • kindly help us to find a solution. I am running a very small school and paying such huge amount for it’s a usual starting fault and then break down is giving our school a huge financial burden. Personally i feel that after so much of engine work it should start with key at once. But still it is unable to start at its own. This is such an embarrassment. I paid rs 10, 95000 /- for purchasing it and now how much i have to pay for its self / engine problem.
    • for your kind information the problem initiated in vehicle when it had covered only 22743 mileage. On today the mileage covered is 46601.3 km. I request you to kindly replace this vehicle or its engine as we are under 300, 000 km mileage fixed for warranty. Hoping for a prompt reply.

      I'm owner of force travel repairs your authorised dealer at rohit force. Vehicle got accident on 6 nov 2019 and kept their service centre on 6 nov 2019 for which i am depositing rs request instruct the service centre to complete the repair work at the earliest.

        My complaint is about inefficience in pulling of my traveller. For solving my traveller complaint i have given to the authorised servce center poomkudy located at kochi. Traveller was taken for service on 24th july and till now poomkudy is not able to solve the complaint of my traveller. As service charge i have paid 49000 rupees and vhicle is not ready. Vechile is still there at kochin poomkudy. For last 3 months dues to this issue i am financialy suffering as athe vehicle have a loan amount of 10 lakh. I have given complaint to hr division of poomkudy and they dont responde. Because of that now i have given complaints to transport commissioner kerala, d t c eranakulam, rto eranakulam, human rights commission, consumer court kochi. I request for an solution to my problem soon.

          Dear force team,

          Tirth force service center bharuch, gujarat supervisor mr. Naeem ganchi they don't know how to deal with the customer, on 06/09/2019 he told to "came early on 07/09/2019 for service then your service will done before 4:00 pm'. Instead of these he regret to take our vehicle for service i also have recording that he told to came early and when brother go for service then he told to come some another time and also misbehave.

            I'm owner of force largo king trax purchased from your authorised dealer at imphal, union force. Vehicle got accident on 23 may 2019 and kept their service centre on 24 may 2019. The same vehicle is still lying unrepaired at service centre for want of some replicable items. Photographs of the vehicle and a certificate is enclosed herewith. Due to the in repair, i'm facing a loss of rs 1500/- approximately per day. The said vehicle has been procured on loan through sbi for which i am depositing rs 9900/- per month. Request instruct the service centre to complete the repair work at the earliest.

              I have purchased 3 force vehicle from JUGAL KISHORE COMMERCIAL LUCKNOW U.P.
              Now when I go for servicing of these vehicle they respond very rudely and not ready to listen of customer problem. They are not doing proper servicing.

                I am Manish uttam on behalf of B.R. Education Centre school (Undertaking Manager Mahesh chandra Uttam ). I booked a force tarx cruiser 12+ D vehicle from your dealer B.M.S Motors, Kanpur. I booked this vehicle on 18/05/2019 and our papers are completed and we are given 10-15 days as a waiting time but now after almost a month later they are saying that this vehicle is not available and suggest us for bus.
                As we all know that school will reopen from 1st july onward and we need this vehicle and we don’t have time to go for other company and we already had your Traveller 26 seater bus. So we request you to please contact the concerned department and talk to the dealer. I am attaching the receipt of booking amount and the details of the party is given below.

                  I buy vehicle from pune maharashtra on 02 June 2018 no MH12 QG 3509 last 1 year back i have not received my vehicle tax invoice still and from last 6 days i m chasing for the same they are simply wasted my time (siddharth force motors )
                  Pathetic customer service i had seen no team work no one cooperate to me even i m running to pune rto, showroom even owner told get in two days but not yet received on. 03 June 2019 when i call to owner asked me to come on show room but here not available totally fraud happening and its in behalf of force motors with these experience i want to sale my vehicle i dont want to use force vechile thanks,

                    Dear force team,

                    This is to bring to your notice the irregularities on part of your authorised service centre s. P. Automotive, ghodbunder.

                    Our 15 seater ac tt (Executive model) bearing regn. No. Mh46ah0875 was sent to the service centre for over heating problem on 20th dec'2019, on 24th dec we were asked fro dismantling of engine to which we approved on 02nd jan 2019 dismantling work was undertaken after paying 60% advance payment as per their policy.

                    Our vehicle was released on 10/2/2019 after repairs (Please check the kms), after that we sent the vehicle on trip and driver faces overheating and pickup issues with excess smoke, we sent the vehicle back to sp automotive for repairs. After some minor repairs they sent the vehicle back to us, thereafter again driver faced same issue we sent the vehicle back to them and they detected some injector problems and took approval for injector service for which we had paid a handsome amount. Even after that same problem exist and again we had to sent the vehicle to sp auto.

                    I fail to understand when engine work was done why not injectors were serviced and reinstalled?? As its a common sense and we would have not objected to the same.

                    Finally now since approx 15 days vehicle is lying at sp auto and few days they didn't even inspected the vehicle as due to shortage of technicians / mechanics, when i personally visited the service centre our vehicle was lying as it is.

                    I met and spoke to mr. Vikas, mr. Pandit mr,. Jitu they just assured me it will be done soon and there was no update from their end infact i was the person always following it up with them.

                    Just 2 days back when i fired vikas and spoke to mr. Sachin of force and mr. Ravi they came into action and finally they stated that head needs to be removed and sent for lab testing and it will take another 4-5 days for vehicle to get ready.

                    So now you just calculate from december till may its almost 5 months vehicle is not in proper condition even after spending lacs of rupees as sp mechanics are not well trained or capable to understand. Diagnose the fault and repair the vehicle accordingly.

                    16/1/2019 rs. 50000 /- against engine
                    09/2/2019 rs. 121775 /- against engine
                    16/4/2019 rs. 18243 /- against injectors

                    Now lets come to commercials of our monetary losses during peak season.

                    05 months ac rto tax rs. 65000 /-
                    05 months drivers salary rs. 15000 per month = rs. 75000 /-
                    05 months x 25 days per month = 125 days x rs. 4000 /- savings per day = rs.500000 /-

                    In all rs. 640000 /- is the amount we have incurred loss as our vehicle was not fit to ply on road just because of sp auto.

                    Even after spending a huge amount on repairs still the vehicle is not in roadworthy condition by your auth. Service centre??

                    Now finally we don't know when the vehicle will be ready and will it be in a road worthy conditions??

                    Who is responsible for our losses?? Sp auto or force motors... We need answer.

                    I am finally not getting any revert within 24 hours of this mail, i am sorry to say i am proceeding to the consumer forum and media and will create an issues with all bus owners associations pan india.

                    Enough is enough now its not tolerable anymore.

                    Look forward for an early reply from sp auto and force motors as well.

                      Subject : a fraud/ scam by dealer 'tempo automobiles pvt. Ltd’.

                      I booked one force traveller from ‘tempo automobiles pvt. Ltd’ located in kirti nagar, delhi through his showroom manager nitin sabharwal for commercial purpose for my college. I booked the vehicle in the early in month of january 2019 and was promised to get the delivery by the end of same month & promised date was before 25th january as i had an urgent requirement in the month of february and march for many upcoming events. To manage the outdoor activities & events i also bought 2 other vehicles in the month of january and got delivered within 4 days and 15 days respectively. But unfortunately they wont solve my purpose without the bus (Force traveller). I also hired a team of 6 people including. They all joined from 1st february & i am paying them salaries in the total of 2, 45, 000 (Monthly) since then and i don’t have any other work for them.

                      The force motors pvt. Ltd. Is the manufacturer of the said vehicle. I booked force traveller 18 seater model with the booking amount of rs. 50, 000, dated 8thjanuary 2019 by cheque number ‘631154’ yes bank & it was cleared on 11th january. On 10th january dealer started loan process for the amount of rs 8 lakh, and i paid 3 cheques 651158, 651159 & 651160 yes bank to hdb bank as supported documents for loan. On 25th january evening, i received a call from dealership and was informed that my bus have arrived and i need to do rest of the payment immediately & i was pressurised to do the payment same day (25th january) because on 26th it’s a public holiday and there is one more customer who want to buy same vehicle immediately and they only have 1 in stock. Their representative (Rana) came to my office on same day and collected the cheque amounting rs 5, 32, 867 (Five lakh thirty two thousand eight hundred and sixty seven only) as the total outstanding balance amount. Withdrawal for the same cheque was done from my account on 29th january 2019. My loan was also passed by then & on 1st february bank withdrew rs 45000 from my bank account as the 1st instalment for the vehicle. I also got some accessories package from them (Roof carrier) and paid by cheque which was debited on 20 february. 2 more emi for rs 40, 000 have been debited from my account on 04 march and 4th april respectively.

                      My actual plan was to book a 12 sitting capacity traveller, but the showroom people convinced me to go for 18 sitting capacity and get it registered under the 12 sitting capacity and for that need to pay rs 85000 in cash and i was not provided with any slip/invoice for the same amount. I was told this amount they need to pay with cash to gurgaon authority. After delay by many days; i was informed that there is some issue at gurgaun authority and now they need to send the bus to panipat for registration and i was asked sum of another rs 10, 000 more. As my running cost were already too high i agreed to pay them rs 10, 000 to speedup the process. After a week of follow-ups, i was informed that bus didn’t passed the test in panipat and i need to pay another rs 20, 000 and this time they will send it to charki dadri which i again paid as i was desperate to receive the vehicle. So far the dealership have taken the sum of 1, 15, 000 in cash and still asking rs 10, 000 more to fill their pockets, which i said i will only pay at the time of delivery. But i feel that the dealership is doing a business of harassment and blackmailing to their customers and i am one of the ‘scapegoats’ for them. They take money from its customers by intentionally delaying the delivery them the vehicle.

                      Another incident i forgot to mention earlier but would like to put some light on it. Finally on 22nd february i received a disclaimer from nitin sabharwal on my whatspp that my bus is registered now. 3 days later on 25th february i got a call from rana (Sales team) and i was told that my number plate is also arrived & i can come to collect my force traveller and with excitement; i went there in 3 cars in expectation that few team members will go to some event from dealership only for some shooting. But when we reached there, bus was dirty, seats were not installed and they took 3 hrs to clean it install the seats. While over 15 people waited. When i asked them to put the number plate they looked for it and 30 minutes later, i was informed that i was called accidentally and my number have not arrived yet. After spending 4 hrs in showroom, i went to see nitin (Manager) and i was there for approximately 45 minutes in his cabin so i can have a word with him. I was sitting in his office on another side of table while he was intentionally busy with his phone calls so he could avoid me and i must say i have never been insulted and humiliated upto this extent before.

                      As i mentioned earlier, the delivery of the said vehicle was promised on by the end of january. However, till now the vehicle, bill, service, book trc etc of the vehicle were not delivered to me despite the said promise and assurances. Reason for the delay was explained as problem with arranging registration certificate. I was assured multiple times that the documents are being prepared even consulted company and spoke to agnevesh and jatin and assured that it will be done by 9th april 2019 and now the dealerships are not responding to my calls anymore and i am advised by them to deal with the dealership directly.

                      I have been promised multiple times that vehicle will be delivered on another day. However, till now i haven’t received it. Moreover, the insurance for the vehicle has been paid. Hence 3 months of insurance has already been wasted for me. As vehicle was booked for commercial purpose, there has been a estimated loss for my company of rs.7, 35, 000 in salaries and at least 20 lakh of business loss.

                      There is a delay of four months in delivering vehicle and registration certificate. Which i cant take it anymore, i don’t have any future interest in buying such an unreliable vehicle, at least that’s the impression i received from your dealership.

                      Hence this complaint, alleging the aforesaid acts of the dealer amount to deficiency in service and unfair trade practice as per consumer protection act.

                      Dealer is continuously ignoring requests to deliver the vehicle. None of the promised service has been provided till date. I request force motors to immediately look into the matter and reconsider warranty of this dealer. This is the case of cheating. As i purchased the vehicle for commercial purpose, it has been a significant loss of profit for my company.

                      Delivery of vehicle within the specified period is a part of service to be performed by the dealer. The dealer withholds delivery intentionally to take an extra cost from me. (Cash payments)

                      According to indian legal practice, it cannot be disputed that if trader delays the delivery of any goods to the consumer, because of which the consumer suffers, it shall amount to an unfair method or unfair practice adopted by trader (Om prakash vs assistant engineer, m/s maruti udyog ltd vs bhuvana vishwanathan and ors ii; mahinder pratap dass vs. Moderm automobiles and another).

                      The dealer mentioned above fails to provide acceptable infrastructure and organization for sales and service. I request your respected company to terminate this dealership as soon as possible.

                      I have tried enough and put many efforts to solve the problem through agnivesh singh [protected] and jatin [protected]. But unfortunately i couldn’t wait any longer and i am looking either to postpone this project till next year. Or start fresh with new bus and new team as i cant even afford to salaries to 4 people for even a single.

                      I also request you to kindly transfer an order booked by me together with advances and deposit collected by this dealer. I would like to receive my full money back with the compensation of lasses i have incurred. And i believe dealership should bear all those cost. I hope ‘force motor’ will take some serious action against my complaint and take some action against this dealership so no other customer will go through this kind of harassment and mental pressure and business loss again.

                        I buy 2 times force motor tempo traveller 26 seater from faridabad rohit motors. There was very dull service. Two times they delivered vehicle very late. One time my ac is not working properly then i told him that it is is not working properly please resolve the query but resolving the problem it take too much time and there is no facility of ac repairing in their delhi showroomm, they send me another place to repair ac
                        It has only one month to buy this vehicle and now it is creating problem

                            I want to draw your kind attention to problem of vehicle bought by my school (Force traveller t2 school bus – bsiv) on[protected] by broadway auto engineers plot no. 75 industrial area phase-1 chandigarh 160001, india. Since the date of purchasing this van is continuously giving us problem in engine. It has been run only 7, 455 km. (Seven thousand four hundred fifty five kilo meters). It had been sent for servicing to workshop[protected] and[protected] to broadway auto engineers plot no. 75 industrial area phase-1 chandigarh 160001. But the workshop engineers did not solve the problem neither they have pointed out technical defects no they made any follow up to our vehicle. We have made lots of calls and sent messages but they did not turn up. On[protected] i sent a complaint to your customer care then on 1st dec. 2018 they towed the vehicle to bhambra motors mohali and after 10 days[protected] they have sent us estimate of expenditure for repairing it which is nearly rs. 26, 161 with gst. Estimate is attached with the mail. It is totally the breach of faith and harassment to us. From very beginning the vehicle is giving us so much problems instead of satisfying us they are loading more loss (By charging so much amount). Earlier we have 14 tata buses and all are performing upto mark and company’s services are par excellence but for the first time we have dealt with force motors and facing lots of problems technically as well as poor follow up. You are requested to pay proper attention and do the needful otherwise we shall have to go for legal formalities.

                              I have purchased tempo traveller 17+D for school on 23 april 2018. On 17 th nov.2018 vehicle stoped working.
                              Traveller sent to your workshop m/s Rajo motors pvt. Ltd. Alwar (Raj.). I have complained so many time on toll number. I brought in your notice through service engineer Mr. Vijayant khanna by email. Nobody listen. I am bearing rs 4000/- per day loss to arrange the vehicle for school staff and children. Where should I go and whom should I complain don't know. Niether service engineer Mr. Vijayant khanna nor your dealer m/s Rajo motors pvt.ltd replied my email till date.                                   A very bad experience as always, 26 seater tt school bus an 26 str tt ac bus non availability of parts at authorised service centres as well as in local market. No response from their local service centres. They dont care for their customers my both buses stranded for a long time school bus is now almost 50 days stranded due to non availability of spares as well ac bus was stranded for near about 30 days.

                                  On ordering the parts they say pay 100% amount in advance they will indent the requirement to manufacturer and we will get the parts only after 10 days that's the system they have.
                                  Why to manufacture such vehicles which are not road worthy or if you cannot supply / cater the demands of your customers.

                                  I am approaching consumer court for the same and will take it up legally as enough is enough now, we cannot tolerate such nonsense force motors are not going to pay our emis and other expenses due to failure of vehicles for a long period.
                                  They have a attitude of "what goes of thy father" now the time have come to show them what happens when you take your customers for granted.

                                    I already complaint about some problem with my Car . Now What happen when i am going for servicing to the service provider said there is no Engine Oil right now and also some other issue they also not resolving . This is happening from last 2 months whenever we visit service center get manipulated by their men and because of this we are facing many problems .

                                      Force motor has very low service quality. When you are going for servicing, there is no educated service manager. Most are road side mechanic.
                                      Pramod motor patna and almost all dealer are very cheap in service.
                                      I have 4 vehicle only one i have of force company, which never gave me satisfactory service. My all mahindra vechile is running smooth but from when i bought force vehicle i am in difficulties.
                                      Again i will never buy force motor vehicle

                                        I am facing problem with the force trax which i have bought from force motors, jaipur dealer m/s pratap automobiles, and facing a speed censor problem with the car bought, i have sent the vehicle for getting the same checked and they have said that we have to change the censor, but you have to pay for it, when we said that that the car is under warranty they said we provide only 6 month warranty on the cars instead of 1 year, you are requested to get the same resolved and arrange me for the payment of the amount paid for the censor replaced. The cars was bought on 09/10/2017.in the name of delhi public world school, kotputli from the said dealer itself
