Worst hospitality

My cousin Sakshi Kataria attended the OPD of DR Sonam Gupta Neurologist at Shalimar Bagh and her coordinator Himani tortured us deliberately by making us waiting outside just to show report...we make our card at 11:05 and she made us to show our report to Dr Sonam at 5 pm...she was such a annoying lady so rough and rude...she said 10 logo ko alag alag information nhi dungi...she said next time without report discussion hi aapko medicine likhwa...

Excessive waiting time and misguided policy for the same

My 81 year old grandmother had to wait for more than two hours in the opd of dr. Hs pannu even though we sought an early appointment leading her tở getting worn out at such an age. Plus, the staff was excessively rude and ignored our requests....

Doctor

I cosulted to dr js bhogal on may 10 2023 for liver problem of my wife.
1 he talked unmannerfully
Asked some tests
When I tried meeting him he ignored twice
He was unwilling to see reports

Totally unapproachable and refuse to talk.

Refused to accept referral from ECHS by gastroenterologist.

I was undergoing gastro treatment through ECHS by referral, for last two years . During recent visit, the doctor refused to accept the ECHS referral form by saying, " मेरी मर्जी, " and I got to pay Rs. 2000 as the consultation fee. Rude Behaviour and Bias

"The nurse, Preeti, in the procedure room was extremely rude and biased towards us. She kept us waiting for three hours and attended to local patients first, just because we are not from Chandigarh. She used bad language. We have paid bills for the treatment at Fortis and they are not treating us for free. Doctor has not attended Video Call confirmed Appointment without information

Not admitting a emergency patient

Mis behaviour of staff

As Today I was having an appointment for Fortis sector 62 for ENT department and after waiting for 1.5 hrs staff was very rude and talking in very non sense manner if patients are there in hospital and there is no management of handling patients...
