I tried to recharge my videocon d2h but unfortunately transaction failed (Recharge failed). I apologizes that i made mistake in recharge. Videocon dth id :[protected] Order id : fcdw[protected] (Recharge thru freecharge.in) Recharged date :[protected] Recharge amount : rs. 750 U have debited my recharge amount of rs. 750 from my bank account... I tried so many ways by sending email to ur customer id and making calls. Please refund my money its been almost 5months but still u didnt revert my money rs.750 either into my bank account or into videocon dth balance. Now ur doing the same mistake i made... Verified Support Aug 15, 2017 Freecharge Payment Technologies / FreeCharge.in Customer Care's response Hi Team, We would like to inform you that, we have double checked this transaction FCDW[protected] with our internal team and they have confirmed that the transaction was successfully processed on the wrong number. This seems to be the reason for your recharge not reflecting on customer's account and though the number entered is a wrong number, the transaction was successful against the Operator Id: [protected] We are sorry but we cannot reverse a transaction once it is successfully processed by the operator.
