Freecharge Payment Technologies / Freecharge.in — Shows successful recharge but didn't get the amount | |||||
I recharged my airtel karnataka prepaid mobile number ([protected]) with rs.46 (120 mb - 3g - 28 days) on 19th dec, 2016 at around 6:05 pm using freecharge. I got a message from freecharge that my recharge is successful, but unfortunately haven’t got any data balance. The operator ref is[protected]. The order id as shown on freecharge transactions page is fcvw[protected]. When i checked with the airtel customer care, they told me that they haven't received any recharge request from my number; they added that the last data recharge requested from my number was on 14 dec, 2016.
