I had added 500 in wallet using some code, which give me 50 flat cashback in UBER and McDonalds on 15th December. I also got the voucher in my mail which give me all the information/t&c and voucher code. Now i tried that voucher in McDonald, they said they are not aware of it. So i mailed the freecharge team about this. Now the reply i got from freecharge is saying that there was no such offer from their side. I replied to that mail, but now freecharge team is not responding to any of my mail or anything. I thought freecharge is reliable company but after this i am not going to believe thif fake company which doesn't even provide a single contact phone number. In this demonitisation, i had spend more then 8000 through freecharge but now i am not going to a single rupee through it. Fake customer care. Yes my ticket number is 510033. I have booked a ticket in redbus thru freecharge payment gateway.. Money deducted twice but ticket was not booked.after deducting money it ended in oops error..email ID used is [protected]@gmail.com.. Order id[protected]...another transaction is with same mailid and it's order id[protected]..still money is not refunded..it's pathetic..
