Freshmenu — double payment made, refund not yet received | |||||
I had placed an order with freshmenu for rs. 177.00 on 18.08.2019. I had to make the payment twice through google pay payment gateway due to technical issues. Order got placed only once but payment got debited twice from my account. Since then i have been following up with freshmenu for the refund of rs. 177.00 but not receiving any response from freshmenu. My banker hdfc bank has confirmed remitting both the amounts to freshmenu on 18.08.2019. I have even asked freshmenu to share their bank account detail with me from 18.08.2019 till date so that my banker can investigate this matter but freshmenu has not responded to me for that as well.
