Dear sir, Trying to Contact Gallivant International for booking a holiday but none of the numbers are working, I want to book a trip through Gallivant but I guess all the offices are closed. Is there any way that I can contact Gallivant for booking a trip or for refund of my money else will have to go to consumer court for redressal of my complaints.

We have taken membership plan and paid money but disappointed. In membership following commitments where given -
You wil get two event pass in a year
Gift on your Birthdays & Anniversary
Summer camps for two kids
Banquet Hall free of cost
Hotel stay for 7 days / Six nights any wer in India
I regret to say that from above not even single call or message I have received from Gallivant International.
I want my money back. Kindly help me.

We had a meeting with your team and we took interest in your scheme and invested our hard earned money in it. The scheme for 5 years.
We were promised that we will get our membership card in two weeks and till now there is no card.
We were promised that we will get cakes on our birthday but not even an email from you guys.
We were promised two movie tickets every month but when my wife sends you a request no reply. and also some activity class for my daughter for which we send you the receipt but nothing happened.
We were also informed that we will be getting an all expense tour package anywhere in India and when we are trying to contact you there is no reply and customer service keeps changing the number.

We also tried contacting the people with whom we had our meeting but there phones are mostly switched off or they are out of town.

I am greatly disappointed with your service and went and read some reviews and was shocked to see that it is a common practice you guys do, where you promise and fool the common people and then take their money away.

I just have a humble request if you guys are not cheaters please stick to your promises or at least return our money back. I do not have any hope that i will be getting any reply for this email, but still wanted to try.

You may also have changed your office.

This is trupti nalawade, i have agreement with you dated 18/05/2018 for which i have paid the amount required to avail the services provided by gallivant international. Now it is binding on you to provide me with all services which you promised while making the agreement.
Since the agreement, i have contacted you several times for many details but the person on phone didn't respond well. I kept trying and asking my doubts and i was also willing to book a vacation which was your part to provide but you failed. It is very disappointing as i have taken a membership for which you are bound to provide me spa discounts, gym discounts, discounts on vacations etc. But though contacting you many times the person from your side didn't behave well and failed to response properly. Your customer care numbers given to me are always not reachable. I have tried to call you several times since joining as a member but phones are not reachable. Kindly sort out this issue and provide me with exact details and also refund my money at the earliest. It looks like you are deliberately avoiding to provide me your services and you have done breach of trust, so kindly refund my hard earned money.

Gallivant is not responding to any calls or mails.. I have lost the trust on them. They have changed office address but have not intimated any customers. We didnt expect this kind of cheap service. We will not refer this company to any of the friends and families. Such fraud company. Will joining members they speak so polite n nicely now not even attending calls.

We wanted to book a holiday for 5 days.. I tried contacting them on all ways but all in vain. No numbers are working, emails are not responded and there seems to be a complete cut off... I hv a feeling as expected thy hv closed down.. We are going to the consumer court.
Last june we had managed to get a booking in leh aft lots of fights and struggles. We have invested 160000 and we regret for trusting them.
They had promised gym membership, event tickets, summer camp for kids... But nothing has happened. We need help..

I had purchased the holiday package from gallivant international. Last year i had booked holidays from them.

Now i want to book a vacation so called up their given contact numbers, but there is no response. The main person's cell number is no more in service. One of the marketing executive's cell is constantly switched off. The second executive, a lady, does not respond & if she accepts the call, she pretends as if she cannot hear & disconnects the call.

I personally went to their office in pimple nilakh but i got to know that their office has closed down.

I even called up the mumbai office numbers, but the nos. Are incorrect & the 2 cell nos mentioned are not reachable.

I have paid a huge amount and now i feel that i have been cheated. How do i either get the services for the amount and the duration paid or get a refund of the amount paid.

I have bought package in 2018 since then we have not used but in january 2019 we were planning to take complimentary gym facility so since then following up with them but no one responding properly and now we visited to their office so found that they ran away and no one number is connecting.
It is a fraud and they should return the money we invested around lakhs of money.

It is very sad to say that i had taken 1.5 lakh package one year back. This is the fraud company. They closed pune branch, ghatkoper branch.
They shifted to malad west. I followed there. Nothing is there just a room. They issued the cheque which bounced. Nobody is picking up phone. I think i lost hard earned money. Please do something. All people who invested money should come together and we all file a case immediately. Otherwise there cheaters will be scott free. Please suggest

We had purchased a holiday package in november 2017. Mr. Saddam had given us all information abt the company which turned out to be false. They hav cheated us. They gave us all false commitment about the company and its services. We paid rs1, 25, 000 for 5 years nd have lost the hard earned money. I want my money back. If anybody having any contact number of these cheaters plz share it. Legal action should be taken against this fraud company.

We have been misinform about the schemes and that was well communicated to the concern persons and that has been accepted by them. After that i was told we will receive refund within 45 days but since then no communication has been received. Even the office at mumbai is closed down. We are left in lure and this is something very unprofessional. Tried reaching on the contact number provided but no one is answering the call. I am attaching letter signed and stamped by gallivant interanational for refund.

I had sent an email to them on 15 february for booking of holiday to goa from 01 april to 04 april. There was no response from them. Then i called them and they assured me that they will come back to me. I received an email from them that they will send me list of hotels but since then in spite of many emails there is no response from them. Also there is no response on phone as the numbers are switched off. As my holiday dates are approaching and there is still no confirmation of my booking.

I have booked gallivant international in april 2017 and took just one package, they promised lots of events tickets and all, bit there was no contact by them. Also i have tried to book a new hotels with company, no one is responding on email and none of the numbers provided are working. I tried the number from website as well, but no luck. Please help to get money back.

I had purchase plan on 2016 amounted rs. 70, 000. And not abel to go any trip through gallivant. Also there was false commitment done by mr. Saddam executive. He has committed will reverse the extra credit card charges amounted rs. 12, 000. But the same was not done.
Also now in 2019 we plan to go kerala 3 days back but no one can respond in mail and phone. The all ph no are not reachable.
I want all my money return back.

I have paid 1, 25, 000/- of my hard earned money to gullivant international but they have turned out to be a fraud and are not picking up my call nor do they have an address as everything that they addressed is closed.
Please help me and hundreds o[censored]s cheated by them. You can find complaints on google when you search its name.

It’s a fraud company. They have looted many customers by taking money and providing 5 years plan for holiday. I paid ₹140000 and i want my money back. Firstly they did not provide the hotels which they are promised to. Further now there is no one to address the calls. No contacts are available now. All the numbers are coming not in services or they are not picking up. Please help me to get my money back.

Me and my wife bought in december 15 and the guy that talked to us was mr ali., i feel like cheated because they are not picking up my calls. I went to their phoneix mall office and that is closed now. I want my money refund in full. These guys are big fraud.

I had taken membership of gallivant international holidays pvt. Ltd. From their phoenix market city, kurla, mumbai office. Since last one week the office is closed and none of the official of company are reachable on mobile. Also customer service is not responding to calls. The office board has been removed from premises. There is no intimation to members about the closure of office and / or shifting of office. There appears to be complete darkness about the status of our us. It appears that the company has done fraud / cheating with us. I have invested a big amount for the membership. I have lost all faith in the operation of the company as they have failed to deliver the services to me. I want my money to be refunded as do not want to continue with this company.

Agar hum sab sath milkar complaint karenge to hamari takad aur confidence badhega aur paisa jaldi wapas mil sakta he, group banayenge to effect bhi accha rahega,

I registered with gallivant international for holiday package for rs. 60, 000 in mid-year 2016. My number : gi0038. My membership was valid for 4 years.
I planned to go to south india - madurai from pune same year. I requested them to book a hotel for me and my parents. They had booked the hotel which had no internet and no facilities. We somehow managed to stay there for few days inspite of getting a bad service. Later after coming back to pune, i wrote a detailed email complaining about the hotel. They apologized for the bad service and the hotel.
After that i planned few trips and tried calling them on their landline and mobile numbers. Nobody picked up. I tried sending emails to their email ids but nobody responded. I tried contacting again multiple times in this month but still no response. This company looks to be a fraud company.
