I want to avail one holiday plan for 3 to 4 days in any of the location given or nearby goa.

Every couple of days i am calling and following up for at least 3 months now. But till date promises are given that we will live up to expectation, will give reply and book your package. Till date no such promises are fulfilled. Due to this all the things are getting postponed/ tickets not able to be booked and no idea or planning being done.

Kindly let know if any of the promises will be fulfilled by gallivant or not. The next step remains with me is to file a complaint or take action. As i have paid above 1 lakh and repaid it to bank with interest, but till date i have not availed any benefit for gallivant. As excuses are given to me or reply doesn't come.

I also had made huge follow-ups for hall booking near bhandup in the past or to redeem essel world passes. But no proper reply/ guidance is given to me till date.

Kindly let know how much time we should have patience.

I had taken gallivant international membership last year. The company is not responding to my emails, phone calls for my booking request..

Even my relationship manager - anuj pandey has stopped picking my phone calls, replying to whatsapp messages despite seeing the messages.

We had paid huge amounts for taking 5 yr membership... But not getting any service at all... Company is just interested in taking money at time of membership and then run away from providing any service...

Gallivant international holidays have shut their office at paragon plaza phoenix mall kurla mumbai n vanished giving us a fake new address by e mail. No contact numbers provided are being answered. Haven't availed any of their benefits being their member for last 1yr. Feel cheated. Lost hard earned money. Plz guide how to get it back or any new contact number will be highly appreciated.

We have taken the membership of above mention company on 6th june 2018. We have paid rs 70000/- as per the member the membership a company suppose to provide us holiday services.
Membership period from june 2018 to may 2023.

We wanted to avail their holiday services for our upcoming holiday in the month of dec'18. As per their rule we have sent a request mail mentioning our holiday requirement (Destination, travel period). This mail was sent on 25th oct 18.

Since then we are doing regular follow up by sending mail, calling (Customer care team, ajit, rohit jadhav, saddam shaikh them and sending messages through whatsapp (To rohit jadhav, saddam shaikh & ajit) but are they are not fulfilling our requirement neither are they replying to our phone call and email.

Kindly help us in this matter to get our member ship fees back and save us from the fraud.

I was called by gallivant international, and was notified that i have won free holiday.
After reaching office they say this is not free but you have to buy a membership and gave us 2 hrs lecture on what services they provide so that we buy membership.

Once we bought their services, they don't answer mails and definitely the phone is switched off.

This is a cheater company who has vanished after taking consumer money.

I joined a plan worth 25000 inr (It was a kind of try and then confirm the membership plan) in 26jan2017 at baner (Pune) office. My contract number is gi00354.

I've been contacting them since around oct2017 for the planning of my trip or for any service, i never received any replies or calls after the first couple of replies. They would never pick up my calls, and recently, the phone numbers are not valid. I think even office is shifted. So basically, i've no means to contact them other than email, to which they never reply.

I just want my money back with the interest.

Undoubtedly, this is the most fraud company ever. Readers, please do not fall prey to their marketing gimmicks. They are not worth giving a single rupee.

I have taken the membership of this company last year in jan 2018 & paid the whole huge amount for 5 year membership. We have not utilized any holiday package yet. The customer service & staff is totally pathetic, they do not respond to you on calls. Hence i personally visited their office on 5th jan 2019 & found that their mumbai based office is completely shut down & no one is aware where they have been shifted. I tried to connect with all the gallivant contact numbers but all numbers were not in use.
I tried to contact their pune office also but that number is also not working.
Hence i am sure now company has cheated with customers & we must take a very strict action against them.

Few days back i. E.in december 2018 we have been to a similar holiday planner named gallivant international n fell into their trap.

I had received following msg:

I had visited many holiday plans before since many years like magic hilidays, priority holidays, sterling hilidays etc. All have same business model as they explain n they say that you have to decide today only, i didn't fell into those as i had read negetive reviews online regarding those companies.
But last year i had also attended the similar seminar of club mahindra which is a well known band n one of my family member also uses that. So that too had a similar business model n similar plans that we had to decide on the spot. But didn't went with that plan as well as we had other commitments.

Now when i got opportunity to look at similar plan at reasonable price i thought i could give a try as all company has same business model. And also searched for the complaints about the company gallivant international but didn't find any (After coming home found one). Now i am tensed that is this also a fraudsters company or a authentic company. I have already paid 90k for a 5 yrs pkg. Kindly suggest how should i go ahead, it has not been 24 hrs yet. Need your suggestion what should i do to get my money back. I called credit card department n they said as you have done it through pin we can't do anything. But as this is a fraudsters case i requested credit card department to stop or revert back my transaction but they said they can't do anything now.

One of the comments in consumer complaints related to priority international mentioned that it might have changed the name n started with new name.

Bit tensed now.

I had taken membership of gallivant international holidays pvt. Ltd. From their phoenix market city, kurla, mumbai office. Since last one week the office is closed and none of the official of company are reachable on mobile. Also customer service is not responding to calls. The office board has been removed from premises. There is no intimation to members about the closure of office and / or shifting of office. There appears to be complete darkness about the status of our us. It appears that the company has done fraud / cheating with us. I have invested a big amount for the membership. I have lost all faith in the operation of the company as they have failed to deliver the services to me. I want my money to be refunded as do not want to continue with this company.

Hi, i have taken a 5 year membership in gallivant international last year, while providing a membership they promised me that i will get a gym membership for 5 years, they also promised me that they will reimburse rs.1500/- if they don't arrange pick up and drop for me. I have used their services for two times and both the times they have not provided me pick and drop. From last six months i am following up with them for the reimbursement of rs.3000/- and for my gym membership, but still i have not received it. From last 15 days they are not accepting my phone calls also, so today i went to their office at phoenix kurla and then i came to know that from last two days, gallivant international office is closed. I think they have shut down this office and ran away. I think we all shall lodge a complaint against them to get our money back. They are running another company at santacruz west with similar holiday plans but with different name - pioneer international.

This company is big fraud, me and my wife both got cheated, i am calling them everyday they never answer my call and they have blocked me on what's app, they even don't care what action you take, they have opened many companies likes this in past and closed, if anybody and to join me in complain please let me know. This people has to shut down and we should get our money back.

Shameless employees and pathetic service this people don’t know how to work as I was expecting the mail today I had already booking the to tickets for my vacation and this people are just harassing me and my husband by not giving us the confirmation on time as per they had only committed

Kindly customers don’t take membership and don’t waste your money because one you take the membership you people just have to beg for each and every booking

This company through their employees shahbaaz sheikh and bharat singh randhawa had offered us vacation packages with all rosy commitment, till date (8 months) they have not kept even a single commitment

They said will get gym membership for two people (Not yet received even after multiple communication)

They said the child enrolled for membership will get summer camp packages (Summer from mushed, winter coming to end but nothing was received)

They promised event passes regularly to big functions and get togethers (None of teh passes arrived in 8 months)

They promised smooth booking of hotels and well organised vacation (Availed one 3 day hotel stay, where i was not allowed to check out since they had not paid in full, was put to shame on front desk, after multiple calls the hotel let me go)

Boss this company is surely run by some unprofessional bunch of people who by mistake have entered the hospitality industry

I just joined this club gallivant international on sunday dt.11.11.18. The worst decision ever made and i feel like i am cheated. All promises n rosy picture s are false and just a fraud.
I asked them that i want to avail the benefits that were promised during registration, inspite of several follow ups through email n phone which are not reachable now. I want to withdraw my membership as soon as possible and get my refund

I am a registered member with gallivant international. Membership number is gimum#241. While offering membership they promised that hotels of 3 to 5 star category will be provided. But when we requested for booking after more than 100 calls and 10 e mails, they are offering substandard hotels which are not worth 0 star. Highly disappointed. We are feeling like cheated.

Gallivant internation was located in baner pune. They have shut there office now and have been shifted to some other place in pune.
I have taken a package of 50000 rs for 5 years.
They have cheated and are not giving any bookings now.
I am about to file a fir against te company.

They are not picking up any calls now. I want them to give my 50000 back orelse either confirm hotel bookings.

We just joined this club on sunday dt.18.11.18. The worst decision and we were cheated. All promises n rosy picture s are false and just a fraud. We asked them to book a flight tickets but not done till date. Inspite of several follow ups through mail n phone not getting any satisfactory reply. We want to withdraw our membership as promised by you, that if you will not give service we can demand withdrawal. So do it as soon as possible and return our money back.

This company named gallivant international promised me that if i take their package i will get gym membership for 2 people for 10 years, monthly event passes, summer camp for children every year. So i took their membership for 10 years.in first year after 2 months of membership they gave me one gym pass and after some days a cheque for gym reimbursement. But the cheque got bounced. Now for second year they are delaying the gym membership passes and say next week everytime i call.

Gallivant international - feel like fraud company

Same thing happened to me as well, i had received following message on my mobile,

Then i had visited there branch located at well-known phoenix paragon plaza in kurla, looking well setup office and almost 20-30 staff members are working. Then they started telling about their holiday plan at very reasonable price for 3-5 star domestic and international hotels including food and accommodation and pick and drop will be cover in membership plan only you have bare air fare tickets and visa in case of international for 35 days and extra 7 days as complimentary for 2 adult and 2 kids. And also, club facility with no cost. And they said this plan is for today only and they can provide on emi with no interest for 3 years and for limited customer we are providing 1000 grocery coupon (Like dmart) for every month and 2 movie pvr tickets and 2 imagica tickets. So, i thought very reasonable price and i took membership plan of 95k on 21st october 2018 for 5 years pkg. When i come home and searched for the company i found lot of negative feedback and now i am very tensed that this is also fraudster company. When i got to know that there pune branch has already been closed long back but still they mentioned pune branch office in their membership agreement paper and even they are not mentioned any hotels/club and holiday location in their website and not even membership/hotels priced are mention anywhere. Kindly suggest how should i go ahead. Need your suggestion what should i do to get my money back. I called credit card department and already requested for dispute for this payment and bank said they will investigate on this but they would require some genuine report stating what merchant has committed for the service is not offering you on basis of they we have to asked for cancellation or log a complaint in police. But to claim this dispute amount we have only 2 months of period. Even i had talked with many members those had taken their membership plans but didn’t get services. Don’t know what to do next to claim refund of my amount.
