As such, Free Fire has adopted a zero-tolerance policy, and any account found guilty will be permanently suspended and is final.

My free fire ID has been suspended. I only use config file. I only used for fun but I didn’t know why my free fire account suspended. I request you to unsuspended my ID and I will not make such mistake in future sir.
