My shipment no. Is [protected] sent on march 4 from India to usa which went on hold with dhl due to silver ring in the package.I have contacted various people in dhl to release the package for the return and everyone said that it has to be given back to garudavega if they claim back...It's more than a month now...All the executives at Hyd office are rude, unable to reply and even lie to the customers saying your package is with customs and you have to pay the fine...Now when it is clear it is with dhl people they are still taking hell lot of time just to return...So poor service...Please get back my package properly asap.

    On 31 st Jan I booked a box packed with wooden pujamandir, from Nakkavanipalem branch Visakhapatnam, to Minneapolis, USA, paying Rs 29440/-towards transport charges vide invoice no 25689.I was told no other charges like customs be paid, and shipment will be on 4 th Feb from Hyd. Subsequently I was informed another 4025/-rupees have to be paid towards customs clearance and no receipt be given for that.shipment did not take place so far.Now they say the consignment will be returned, if additional amount is not paid..when I ask if it attracts customs duty at other end, they are not sure.Had your agent at VSP told me these implications I would not have purchased the article and shipped it.I was put to un warranted financial drain due to misinformation.Kindly react on the matter and inform me .

      One of the parcel has been sent from machilipatnam to dallas thru garudavega. We kept fossil watch in that parcel. But we didn't receive that one in the parcel. When we gave a complaint, they asked us to provide pictures of parcel. But we did't took much pics of recieved parcel. So we sent those pictures with them. Then they said we will look in to these issue. From then onwards we did't hear anything from them. We emailed several times but we did't recieved any response.

        Hi Guruda team,
        My parents has sent an package from Banglore branch to USA on 23rd June for Ramzan celebration.my shipment was packed politely by the Manager after packaging he said us to write 8000 valuation for which we said that its contains more then 40000 goods he said if we write more value custom will not clear it and any how it will reach destination within 2days so no problem.then sequence of things started to happen after shipping the shipment
        1) we got call from manager telling that the shipment with 25 other package is lost in cyclone.
        [protected] We called Banglore office on this number the person is laughing at us continually at us.we tried to reach online chat they dint have any answer
        3)In USA no one pick coustomer care service call after continues try Hyderabad operater picked call and said only our package is missing and it dint reach from Banglore to Hyderabad .
        4) we called back Manager Jagdish for which he said we are searching we will get back to you, by evening time he called and said he found our shipment and its in transit .
        5) Morning again he called and said we found your shipment but the package is empty as we lossed everything .
        6) I got a mail with apology telling that they will refund my money .
        7) mean time manager called my parents and told to accept the refund after that he will settal it in private or else we will face problem.

        It's unfortunate that Iam trying to reach out Guruda vega team for a proper answer from last week and don't have any clearity.
        If my shipment was lost in some unfortunate event I would politely let it go but the series of event tells me clearly that it's a work of some unfaithful people's.
        Iam least bother about the refund my only question is where and how my shipment disappeared, before giving me thumbs down did the Guruda team checked the cctv footage and spoke with concern people's associated with matter.The package they lost is a emotional gift from mother to daughter, it looks like Guruda vega won't care about it customer emotions.
        My only request to the Guruda business to go to the bottom of problem and remove the roots which will shake the business with higher loss.

          Please be aware and careful, GarudaVega is a big cheating company and steal stuff from the packages and when complaining they request the customer to prove with all pictures to show missing stuff and it is better to take your packages with airlines which is lot safer. I shipped couple of boxes with 39 kgs and delivered both boxes with 37.2 kgs as per the FedEx tracking and we found out that missing 3 items for which we had shipping costs extra loss . Never trust this stupid shipping company. The customer care also bogus staff and never provide proper information and looks like they are part of the batch who steal the stuff from packages.

            Hello

            This is in regard to a parcel sent to Us from India via Garudvega on Feb 1st.

            The parcel was suphosed to be delivered in 5 days but its still not delivered and they dont have track about were exactly it is. Want to sent an email for same.
