Hi Guruda team,
My parents has sent an package from Banglore branch to USA on 23rd June for Ramzan celebration.my shipment was packed politely by the Manager after packaging he said us to write 8000 valuation for which we said that its contains more then 40000 goods he said if we write more value custom will not clear it and any how it will reach destination within 2days so no problem.then sequence of things started to happen after shipping the shipment
1) we got call from manager telling that the shipment with 25 other package is lost in cyclone.

is laughing at us continually at us.we tried to reach online chat they dint have any answer
3)In USA no one pick coustomer care service call after continues try Hyderabad operater picked call and said only our package is missing and it dint reach from Banglore to Hyderabad .
4) we called back Manager Jagdish for which he said we are searching we will get back to you, by evening time he called and said he found our shipment and its in transit .
5) Morning again he called and said we found your shipment but the package is empty as we lossed everything .
6) I got a mail with apology telling that they will refund my money .
7) mean time manager called my parents and told to accept the refund after that he will settal it in private or else we will face problem.
It's unfortunate that Iam trying to reach out Guruda vega team for a proper answer from last week and don't have any clearity.
If my shipment was lost in some unfortunate event I would politely let it go but the series of event tells me clearly that it's a work of some unfaithful people's.
Iam least bother about the refund my only question is where and how my shipment disappeared, before giving me thumbs down did the Guruda team checked the cctv footage and spoke with concern people's associated with matter.The package they lost is a emotional gift from mother to daughter, it looks like Guruda vega won't care about it customer emotions.
My only request to the Guruda business to go to the bottom of problem and remove the roots which will shake the business with higher loss.
