We couriered electronic items (Desktop, ps4 and cds) and clothes to dublin, ireland. We were told that the packages will be opened once at delhi customs and will be repacked by garudvega person post which they will not be opened again. The package was properly packed by the courier service at home, however, when it reached dublin, the overall packing was fine but on the inside the packing of desktop was not done properly and hence it broke completely (Photos attached). A lot of cds were also broken. When we asked the courier service to share repacked photos of courier in delhi, they did not have them and claimed that they had packed it properly and that they can do nothing if the desktop broke. We had specially asked them if they can courier electronic item like desktop and they had reassured us that no issue will be caused and they take care of complete packing. Now they are not taking any responsibility for this damage and we are not even being refunded the bare minimum amount.

    We booked a courier to UK on 28.08.2020 under receipt no.[protected]. It has not contained any milk product. The said parcel has now been held in Germany. Kindly forward a mail to German customs stating this. Then only they will send it for delivery

      We sent a parcel from india 19/08/2020 and today its is 01/09/2020 and we have not received the parcel and no response from customer service. Poor courier people please don;t waste your time using Garudavega it is not really a geninune company.

        On tracking it is held up at castle donigton for the last four days.

        No information about reason.
        No contact no. At uk to get any more information

          One of the piece was missing in the package and check list shows it’s in the package
          This package had clothes and accessories as beads jeweallry

          To provide more details about the missing piece, it’s an indian saree blouse. Hot pink color

          When called the actual center, they asked me to raise a complaint here
          I have pictures as proof but it’s not allowing me to upload here

              Expected delivery was 28/1/2020. Dhl tracking says its on hold in clearance because the invoice does not provide the necessary information. Garudavega agent did not give the proper description. I clearly told him to give the proper description. Now he is not picking the call. After calling the customer care, i have sent them the proper description in the email [protected]@garudavega.com still they haven't forwarded my details to dhl.

              Worst service, promising fake delivery time. Very much interested in the money rather than taking full responsibility of deliver.

The parcel was delivered till date, whereas it has been reported damaged and no further information is made available till now.

                      We trusted garudavega parcel service for germany, but they did not delivered the parcel to the receiver who is in germany, and they are sending back the parcel to the sender for some reasons.

                      They are not good enough in following up the parcel, they are irresponsible in delivering the parcel in germany. No one is taking ownership to meet the delivery to the receiver.

                        I took the garudavega courier service from belgaum, karnataka on 23rd october 2019, wednesday, to send home-made diwali sweets to my daughter residing in seattle, usa. I was charged heavily for 20kgs package (Whereas actual weight was 14.5kgs). The person from the said courier company came home for pickup on wed, 23rd oct 2019 and charged rs.300/- for pickup, but he didnt bring any packaging material along with him, neither the company boxes nor any other materials. He collected all the edible items worth rs.12000/-and said he will do the proper packaging at the company office. But he didnt do any proper packing and as a result all the edible items were damaged. Everything was crushed to a mixture and delivered after 8 days. Also the tracking id was not given initially and after constant reminders and phone calls, the person gives us the tracking link after 5days, after the festival was over.
                        My complaint is that the packaging was not done
                        In a professional manner and hence it was a huge loss of time and money. Neither the sender (Me) nor receiver (My daughter) was happy about the whole process. The while point of making the sweets and sending across made no point as no one could eat it nor receive it on time.

                          A parcel was sent by me to usa, dublin california on 21st oct19. Receipt no. Is [protected]. The parcel was sent thru garudavega couries services at delhi.

                          It was informed that the parcel shall be delivered by thursday / friday.

                          On thursday we recd. A mail and message that the parcel is being returned. On enquiry it was informed by delhi person of garudavega that the parcel contained one silver coated item and thus was rejected by customs. We had send the parcel after showing all items to gardavega rep at delhi. Had they informed us we would have remved the item.

                          On repated follwoup a revised tracking no. [protected] was given on saturday, howevr since saturday the site is showing that shipment information recd. On checking with dhl office in mumbai today it was informed that they have only recd. Shipment information. Shipement is yet to be delivered to them.

                          What do a harressed customer do in such case?

The parcel is not delivered even on 28th oct 2019. I have paid ra.9239 as charges. I have not given tracking no. The local agents won't give a proper reply and the customer care number could not be reached. I get a very bad experience from you. Kindly ensure the delivery of the items.

                              Sir,
                              I have booked a parcel at your west mambalam office (Garudavega) on 22nd october 2019 ([protected]). The weight of the parcel was 52.5 kgs and the amount paid for sending the parcel to new jersy usa was 27678/-.. You have given me a receipt but the tracking id was not given.. We repeatedly tried to contact your west mambalam office number but there was no response.. We also tried to contact the branch manager to get the status, but he also didn't pick up the call.. Henceforth i sent my person to the office at 11am, to check the status of the booked parcel.. The person working in the office replied that it will surely be sent at 3pm and the tracking id will be sent by 5pm. But again i didn't receive any id number from your people.. So i sent my person agsin at 7.45pm to check the status.. But to our greatest disappointment, the parcel was still in the office on 25th october 2019.
                              The parcel contains costly sweets, savories, dresses, artificial jewelleries and some things for the upcoming diwali celebration for my brother in law in usa, but no point it is still in the office and it may get perished when it reaches usa..
                              I hereby call upon you to take necessary action to deliver the parcel immediately because the delay in sending the parcel causes mental agony and severe loss due to the wastage of our money and time.. So kindly respond and take necessary steps.. The copy of the parcel's receipt is attached to this letter for your convenience.. If you would like to cantact me, call me at [protected] or to my mail id [protected]@gmail.com.. I look ahead for your reply as soon as possible.

                                Sir, i have sent a parcel to baskar muthulingam on 21.10.2019 via garudavega courier branch at namakkal, tamilnadu to illinois, chicago, usa vide their invoice no [protected]. The tracking no is not provided to me despite my phone calls/personal visit to the branch. The parcel can be got only if we provide the tracking no. My email to garudavega was also not answered.                                     I am from hyderabad and sent my first parcel to SYDNEY AUSTRALIA ON 30th APRIL 2019 with Garuda vega Dilsukhnagar Branch vide invoice no.[protected].Before sending the parcel, i visited the branch and enquired about pickels can be sent or not with agent and inturn he confirmed that picekels can be sent.As such i carried the items along with pickels to the Branch and the packed the items at Branch itself. The total weight of items was 17.5 Kg, and the total courier charges paid was Rs.9292/- and out of which pickels item wight was 4.8Kg and proportionate cost would be Rs2550/. The parcel was not cleared by customs at sydney After givin g consent by my son in law at sydney to deliver remaing items after sisposing 3 packets of pickels. then the delivery affected after 25 days instead of normal 8 days delivery time. Because of wrong assurance given by your agent i am put loss for Rs.8050/-(i.e.courier charges Rs2550/- plus cost of pickels .Rs.5000/- and one item stolen for Rs500/-).apart from this, the purpose of sending item also defeated as delivery was not done before HOUSE WARMING MUHURUTAM DATE..INADDITION TO THIS WE WERE PUT TO MENTAL DISPLEASURE and financial loss amounting to Rs8050/- for which Garudavega has to compensate. with Regards

                                      We send a parcel to our relative in boston, us on 7 th of march. Though the dhl in boston has declared the parcel to be lost and given a no for claiming compensation, the garuda vega in hyderabad refuses to give me any compensation. Moreover they refuse to attend my calls too. The value of my parcel is around rs 8000 and my courier charges isrs3600. The customer care is also not very responsive.

                                        I have shipped 10.5 kg of goods/clothes/eatables through garudavega uppal branch with invoice no [protected] dt 28/12/2018 to sunnyvale california usa, but they wrongly delivered the parcel at kansas city usa. Inspite of several phone calls, also mails to them to rectify the same, no response from the garudavega courier service. Hence i request you to take necessary steps to redeliver the parcel to the address actually booked.
