Booked a parcel to uk on 18 aug.
On tracking it is held up at castle donigton for the last four days.

No information about reason.
No contact no. At uk to get any more information...

One of the piece was missing in the package and check list shows it’s in the package
This package had clothes and accessories as beads jeweallry

To provide more details about the missing piece, it’s an indian saree blouse. Hot pink color

When called the actual center, they asked me to raise a complaint here

I have sent parcel to usa on 15th february. It has not yet been delivered. Tried to connect the customer care but the response is bad. I want to know that status of delivery asap as it is an important parcel.

Expected delivery was 28/1/2020. Dhl tracking says its on hold in clearance because the invoice does not provide the necessary information. Garudavega agent did not give the proper description. I clearly told him to give the proper description. Now he is not picking the call. After calling the customer care, i have sent them the proper description in the email [protected]@garudavega.com still they haven't forwarded my details to dhl.

A compact parcel containing consumables weighing 10 kg was couriered from the bangalore jayanagar office of garudavega on 10.01.2020 to snoqualmie wa 98065. The parcel was delivered till date, whereas it has been reported damaged and no further information is made available till now.

Invoice no-[protected], v sent parcel to condom on 21-Oct-19, some items not sent in parcel & taken out by chennai mambalam branch.but the items are not sent back to us. We called up many times but no response and they are telling searching it.Its long time answer & no proper answer from their end.I need this pbl to be solved and need my items back....

We trusted garudavega parcel service for germany, but they did not delivered the parcel to the receiver who is in germany, and they are sending back the parcel to the sender for some reasons.

They are not good enough in following up the parcel, they are irresponsible in delivering the parcel in germany. No one is taking ownership to meet the delivery to the receiver....

I took the garudavega courier service from belgaum, karnataka on 23rd october 2019, wednesday, to send home-made diwali sweets to my daughter residing in seattle, usa. I was charged heavily for 20kgs package (Whereas actual weight was 14.5kgs). The person from the said courier company came home for pickup on wed, 23rd oct 2019 and charged rs.300/- for pickup, but he didnt bring any packaging material along with him, neither the company boxes...

Online traiking of my package tell delivery on 18th dec 2018, but in reality has not reached my son. Tracking no is[protected]. Please please find it and deliver it correctly. I have been to your bangalore navrang branch twice now but the service is not satisfactory at all. They are rude and not approachable. I requested for a pickup on 18th nov and i got confirmation from garuda that it'll be picked up but the navrang branch denied of any such request from me.
