My toilets flush tank is leaking since 2 days and your customer service provider akash patel first confirmed our appointment but since then he is cancelling my calls and keep ignoring customer
Plz take some action against him and send reinforcements

                                        I am trying to register a service request for leaking flush tanks and the customer care is asking for the Dealer code from whom I purchased.

                                        I have purchased 6 + years back and dont have the details from whom the purchase was made during construction.

                                        This service is not even within warranty and paid for, however Gerberit is not taking the service request and insisting on Dealer information.
