Flush water leakage

Flush tank water overflows

Address:101 gruhalakshmi lay out, ii stage, 5th cross, kamala nagar, bangalore - 560079.

Geberit flush tank water is not stopping after it is filled up i.e., water overflows forcing me to turn off the water to flush tank. Kindly send a service engineer and fix it immediately....

Service Request not registered

I am trying to register a service request for leaking flush tanks and the customer care is asking for the Dealer code from whom I purchased.

I have purchased 6 + years back and dont have the details from whom the purchase was made during construction.

This service is not even within warranty and paid for, however Gerberit is not taking the service request and insisting on Dealer information....
