I applied for a loan of 5 lakh for 5 years but they automatically changed it for 20 years and after several requests they gave me the offer letter which was for 5 years but the emi amount was for 20 years and they said they can't change it now.

So I want my administrative fee of 12000 back.

My self-Shraddha Anandkumar Chintakindi having housing loan with GIC my customer id is[protected], my husband Mr. Anandkumr Chintakindi is co-applicant in said loan.
My husband having another two loan’s with GIC against customer id[protected], Washi branch. We have received said loan with term of new loan will close after previous two loan closure.
But we have missed that term and closed our loan against customer id[protected].
Now we request to GIC, Chinchwad branch to please remove the closure term on loan and issue our original housing documents.

I maintaining housing loan in Gurgoan branch... I made rtgs in favour of my loan acct. It is more than 5 days.i haven't got updated statement till now... So excruciating

I am thota ashok representing SRI SAI PRATHIMA CONSTRUCTIONS, hyderabad, Iam a builder & developer, i have sold one two bed room flat to THOTA RAJESH ( CUSTOMER) & my brother, Mr rajesh thota has applied housing loan TO GIC HOUSING FINANCE, HYDERABAD, LOAN has been approved vide form no 675036, dated 27 the january 2021, with 10.3% rate of interest.for an amount of 38.0 lacs, then Mr rajesh thota ( customer) has requested MR.Anand asst. manager, hayerabad branch, to reduce rater of interest, & he has given the request application also on 27 th jan 2021, but today is 15 th feb 2021, till now there is no progress of my customer loan, when i enquired Mr. RAVI TEJA BRANCH HEAD & Mr, ANAND, about the loan updates, they simply say we are working on reducing the rate of interest, but head office ( MUMBAI) People are not responding to our mails, its delay from head office,
kindly help in this matter.

I have taken a loan from GIC on march 2019 till the date I haven't received a subsidy. Instead, I only got the false promises from the Chinchwad branch.

At the time of loan disbursement they have told me I will get the subsidy even all of the members from my society received their subsidy last year (provided them all the proofs already).

Even some customers from GIC as well received their subsidy but few are left. When we went to chinchwad branch they were giving us unsatisfactory answers.

I Saurabh Dalal, taken an mortgage loan against my residential property.
As i wanna close loan by settling amount during pandemic time, despite reaching out topmost body of GIC, i am unable to contact them both way.
If i go to respective branch, they do treat as a terrorist.

Please help.me out.

From 19th December 2020 mailing GIC ghaziabad branch but the not providing Not issuing my Interest Certificate. even not reply over mail as well.

I applied for a home loan in Jan 2019 . I applied with PMAY provision but the same has not been processed from bank's respective branch .. even if I call so many time they don't provide me the status of my pmay application ..thy don't provide me the tracking is of pmay .. they simply don't cooperate ..below is the details and attachment as needed by you.

Currently I m planning to sale my property and close my current loan.

But today as dated I have received forclosere amount of 24, 94, 373/- .

I don't know after 3 years consistent I m paying my home loan EMI regular basis.

Also considering amount of MOROTORIUM of 3 months the current outstanding amount is too high.

Request you kindly revise and give me the actual amount so that I can close my loan as soon as possible.

We have sent 40+ emails to GIC, corporate office, even their CEO, but we haven't received any clarification on what basis GIC disbursed/sanctioned loan on ready possession flat without checking/having Occupancy certificate of the property.

I have seen many complaints on online portals and even read in news paper that GIC disbursed loan on illegal construction property without checking documents.

Dear ALL,

I had purchase flat/apartment at Neral in 2015, under scheme of 2015/- (booking Amount) & rest in form of loan by GIC Finance almost 90% of the amount has been paid to M/s. Shree Mahalaxmi Developers. The possession was promised in December 2016.

I have visited the office as well as construction site and pursuing progress of our allotted flats. I regret to say that it has been observed that no construction has been taken place on the said location, it was same as shown at the time of booking. I have never been able to understand /know the actual state of construction.

I have received a letter from GIC requesting to pay Pre EMI which suppose to pay by Builder, due to failure of M/s. Shree Mahalaxmi Developers, bank is insisting me to pay the same which is not possible.

I have been receiving such massages from GIC Finance stating
"Pre EMI Installment is due by 4 months please arrange to pay at the earliest". As per agreement builder is supposed to pay PRE EMI. Because of his failure my cibil score has been destroy and now i am into defaulter list.

I have sent a letter to GIC Thane Branch Manager on 19/03/2019 through Indian Post. I have received reply after 5 months that meaningless. I have asked GIC on what basis they have disburse 90% of amount to builder without any construction.

GIC & Builder both are equally responsible for such fraudulent act.

Dear Sir, I have availed loan from GIC. At the time of sanctioning loan they have told you are eligible for PMY subsidy. They have sanctioned loan after scrutiny of all the documents related to building.
I have submitted all the documents for PMY subsidy firstly they have not submitted my application and told me you have not given documents.
After some days they are saying your building is not approved whereas in the same building some person have already received subsidy.

I have taken a home loan of Rs. 26, 49, 000. in GIC HOUSE FINANCE account number: UP[protected]. I took this loan 2016,
4.8 year for the purchase of my new house and have been paying all instalments at the specified dates.

I would also like to mention that Recently, I have been getting offers from other banks for transfer of my current home loan at a lower rate of interest. I found that other reputable banks are also giving home loans at a lower rate of interest in comparison to your bank.

I want you to consider reduction in rate of interest of my current home loan if I must continue my home loan with your bank. The current rate of interest that I am paying is 10.75% while the other banks are offering at 8.45% rate of interest. The difference is huge for an amount as big as the one I have to pay on.
I shall appreciate if you could reach upon a conclusion soon and respond to my statement.

I have not been informed about subsidy status even afted year, they are not responsive on branch as well as on email. Customer service also unable to help. Frustating and worst services. I was told it will be credited within 3-4 months at the time of llan applocation. They are frauds in this case. They might be already received pmay subsidy but not crediting in loan account in sake of interest. Please help!!!
