Dear sir,

I have lake a loan no up[protected] in month of january 2018 from gic housing finance ltd, ghaziabad. I have applied in your branch for subsidy under pmay with all required documents. But still not receive subsidy in my loan a/c.

Till the date i have not received any reply against the subsidy and full emi amount deducted every month from my account.

Would request you to please check the status and process the accordingly my request asap.

I'm waiting for your response.

    But still monthly installment is same
    Noone responded yet
    Sir i have tried every mean but all in vain
    People of gic home finance r not responding, plz do needful asap
    Sir when i have a words with the gig people on phone they told me that we
    Have submitted my cheque at 4th of february, when i have completed all
    Formality 26th of january why they have submitted cheque at 4th, and why should
    I pay same installment, plz do needful asap

      Gic has wrongly debited an amount of rs.149.00 in my loan account as cheque return charges which were actually due to presentation of cheque before due date i. E. Presented on[protected] where the actual date of presentation of cheque was[protected].

      Please look into the matter and help me in resolution of the same.

          Sir i have given home loan of 2400000
          At june 2018, till now i m paying my monthly installment correctly, recently at dated 28th of january 2019, i have paid 500000, against loan no : up[protected], for reducing my monthly installment, but after receiving amount of 500000, they r not responding. Again i suppose to pay same installment
          I have tried every mean but all in vain, they r not responding, i have words with their employees mr vikash and mr subhash
          Both r making excuses and ignore my mail my phone and my sms, plz do needful asap

              At the time of home loan offering bank promised that i will get subsidy of home loan, during issuance of loan bank charged double charges compare to other bank but from long followups and bank visited finally bank denied to process our subsidy, bank is saying it's not possible now. Each concern person were just giving excused from last 6 months.

                  I have applied for home loan 2 months ago in noida, sector 18 branch. The staff is so irresponsible and rude. They even do not let me know that what is the status of my loan application after 2 months. Every day i asked for the same and they replied - call us tomorrow evening and call us tomorrow morning.

                  They are so unprofessional and while talking to them you realized that this is the biggest mistake of your life to apply for a loan from this damn gic.

                  The most rude and miss behave man is mr sunil chaudhary
                  Most irresponsible and unprofessional person is mr bhanu.

                    Due to some issues my emi form was not submitted by gic team to citibank (Later they informed there is signature mismatch however when i queried to citibank and they denied any such form received).

                    But anyway when i contacted gic they gave me below details:

                    until the emi form issue solved emi can be paid via neft or check.
                    gic team greater noida sent me neft details at my gmail account

                    I confirmed them that i will submit the emi via neft and do not submit the check and they agreed.

                    On dated 13 dec 2018 i have neft rs 30744/- emi on their account shared by them and confirmed the same via email on same day.

                    However they did not responded as well as they submitted "citibank cheque" instead.

                      In spite of best efforts and too many follow-ups i am yet to receive my assessment id for pmay submission which was done way back in november'17.
                      I have submitted all the required documents/photographs to gic housing finance, borivali branch, chandavarkar road address and the same was collected by ms. Nivedita there. Post submitting all the documents, i have been following up regarding my submission number however people sitting there are teached to say only 1 sentence, "need to check with head office and will get back to you."
                      Where the hell is gics head office i need to know what people there are doing if they cannot resolve a simple query of sharing assessment id of pmay submission.
                      I need to know the status and id at the earliest.

                          Dear mr abhilash

                          I had received an sms from your company to my registered mobile number stating that i am eligible for a home improvement loan on 23.07.2018.

                          Based on the same i had contacted you. You had send me an email on 25.07.2018.

                          Processing fees was paid on 30.07.2018 via cheque no 956209 for rs.2950.00

                          You had entrusted the file to your subordinate mr. Aswath.

                          It was kept nagging and no clear written communication was given to me till date whether the file is processed or rejected.

                          Its only due to the pleasant earlier experience that i had taken the offer forward.

                          The officer aswath was only communicating vaguely over phone at all times.

                          Emails with requested details were send on 25.10.18, 26.10.2018, 27.10.2018, 29.10.2018 & 31.10.2018.

                          Information was always asked in piece meal.

                          He even requested me over phone to send my income tax filing password on 27.10.2018. I refused to give the same. He requested again and told me that if i give the same he can process the loan by

                          31.10.2018. Finally i asked him to drop me an email and he obliged. I had send him the details immediately.

                          Another processing fee for rs.3000.00 was demanded on 24.10.2018. Which was paid.

                          Query & resolution requested.

                          1. What is the status of my loan
                          2. Is this way a financial institution treat their existing customers.
                          3. I need the loan to be sanctioned and disbursed by 28.11.2018.
                          4. If the same is rejected please give me a reason for the delay of 120+ days
                          5. Return the processing fees and documents collected.

                          Awaiting to hear from you soon. Looking forward for a long standing mutually beneficial association.

                          I have the copy and proof of all the communication till date.

                            This is to bring you in notice that Greater noida authority has issued the Illegal construction notice for SBI residency 11 being a building of 5 floors.Not sure why the site was not verified before sanctioning of loan .We are living in very bad conditions here and may result in damage/loss of our life anytime .There is no way out for drainage in the area we do see water logging around the buildings base .There is no proper planning of sewage as a result we do see the manholes filled up every time .Attaching the snapshots/video taken for your reference and please be-aware that i won't be paying any further emi as the materials being used is of low quality the iron rods which is being used for pillars & ceiling can be molded easily .Our whole family is living in fear of loss of property and loss of life .I will be escalating this matter to the top most level as we being a resident of SBI residency has now feeling of a fraud victim.

                            I have taken loan from your bank in July 2018, but I have ask many time to file my Pradhan mantri awas yojna, but no one is responding last 4 month, so many times ask for that, all staff is taking brokerage for loan approval and all .
                            All are asking only money for any work .

                              Hi, my name is Shakeel Shaikh, I'm holding a loan account number MH[protected] for past 10 years. I have received pathetic services in last 10 years I'm not a happy customer.
                              I have not received my insurance documents I have been chasing for. I don't know how many letters I have given to them but no one is able to give me my insurance documents in past 10 years.
                              Now another problem is that my ECS got rejected on 13th Aug as they have changed the method from ECS to NACH without any prior information. I have called Citibank and come to know about it.

                              Now they will charge me a bounce charges for which I have to travel from Mira Rd to Fort to find the new office which took 1 hour to found last time I have visited the office.

                              For any reason we have to visit the main office from where I have got the loan. Borivali office is very close to the station and from my location but they can't help.

                              Being working for BPO it is very difficult to travel so long to get your basic issues sorted out I'm unable to find any phone banking or online solutions which I can use to get these kind of issue sorted out.

                              The staff at the office are not at all helpful and I feel trapped under the burden of the loan I have taken from GIC.

                              I won't to get the lower conversion rate but that is also very difficult without going to the main office it can't be done.

                              I'm very sad about the services provided by GIC.

                              Hoping to get better services in future until I close the loan.

                              Very very sad and upset customer of GIC Housing Finance.

                                Few day, back I visited in the branch for taking information about Pradhan mantri credit link susidy scheme for urban for middle class people.My gic customer id is[protected].                                   This is in regards to one of the Rude and unprofessional behavior i have faced on call while talking to one of your employee from fort branch today. my name is Nitesh Ramchandra Bagul Loan Number- MH[protected].

                                  I have been calling since last 2-3 weeks for the inquiry of Insurance cerificate and Pradhan Mantri Aawas Yojana details but i have not received any proper and accurate response on the same. whenever i call on reception landline number of GIC housing finance phone always goes on ringing.

                                  Today i spoke to one of your employee Aparna From Fort Branch and she was very rude and unprofessional on the call. when i asked her about incomplete details which she had given in the past for Aawas yojana then she started arguing and said she has other works to do also. she said she doesnt have that much time to entertain people and if i dont keep the phone then she will hang up on me or she will disconnect the line and finally she disconnected the call.

                                  I am really unhappy with the service which is being provided to all the customers and i am sure there must be other customers also who must be going through same situation but they may not be able to highlight the same thinking there would be nothing that can happen and things cant be changed.

                                  i have recorded all the conversation with employee (Aparna - Fort Branch)
                                  i wish i could put this on social media and make people aware that how they are being cheated and treated. GIC need to understand that they are here because of customers. so treat customers well they will treat you better.

                                  Hope some can action can be taken for the same and get these issue highlighted. hope to get a reply from you soon.

                                      I mukesh kr mishra n my pan no is APOPM4750L. Mu customer id is [protected]. You people charge me double amount of 11918 on date 25 jun and 5 july 18. Your barakhamabha branch employee are total useless n good for nothing. They never willing to respond specially mr praveen . The current suitation is worst now they avoid to pic my call. Please refund the amount with interest or deduct the amount from principal. Now I m fedd up with issue, resolve or i have only option to go sebi complain cell and along with consumer court.                                         I have been with GIC for 5 years and have never defaulted on my payments the rate of interest i have been paying is 10.75% where in we have banks offering 8 % and even below then that still i have been patiently paying off all my emi on time.. now in the month of june i received text stating my Rate of interest has been revised and from emi of 20305INR i will be charged 22369INR which has tried my patience. I have sent them emails but no response i tried calling them they keep on transferring from one to another and after they are done playing around they disconnect the call.. i feel harassed and tortured.. i hope someone looks into this.. i have sent several emails for LOD no reply am not sure what i should be doing..i personallly suggest not to take any loans from GIC... i hope i get response through this...thank you
                                        GIC Housing Finance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        In have a loan in GIC Housing finance Pune, for foreclosure/takeover of my loan they ate asking me Rs.41000/- which was nit mention on mh sanction letter. Perhaps it is written on their website that there is no any charges for floating type of rate of interest, still they are demanding the same.
