This is inform at highy priority i have purchased a property flat in virar e manvelpada this property was itself directed by your GIC home loan agent in virar e. He promised to give 100% loan on property as i am employed and my papers were complete.. I have been paying 15k emi every month since 3 years and that property was declared illegal by vvmc and they had came to demloish itself. And then we were told builder is getting ready with gharpatti and making it legal which didnt turn out well. My question is why was the loan sanctioned by GIC to the property which doesnt hold any proper documents and how was the loan done. And how come your GIC agent of virar are directing customers for fake property and doin loan for the customer just to turn their EMI.. Its now high time and i cannot afford to pay more of emis of 15K for such property..

I need ur quick and instant action on thiz u til that i am not goin to pay EMI further now onwards and investigate the matter how loan was sanctioned.. Why should i pay emis for this.. I need a quick action and revert. Otherwise my next step would be Media and Social media and finally court.

But still I receive a call from virar branch that u have not paid installment of Jan & Dec. I visited branch and showed the bank details to them. But still it's showing unpaid.       I have applied for 'Aavas Pradhan Matri Yojana' and It's has been 4 months crossed that i have submitted all documents for process but didn't receive any response.
      I have called the branch(Shivaji Nagar pune)several times and taking regular follow up with them but executive don't aware about the processing did not give proper clarity.
      I am sure there is must be some processing timeline for this facility but they are not responding well.
      GIC is the worst company to have any kind of loans, they keep on harassing their customers.

        GIC charge interest for full month even though close on 07/05/2018 and EMI date was 10/05/2018.

          And the general person is not getting the loan.

            GIC company intrest rate is not maintaning RBI rules. I ask other banks about loan but they told me your project is not authorised for that reson i ask gic about serch report but they not responding me.They tell that its banks dacument we can not give you.I thought GIC given loan on wrong project because of I cant register my flat after 4 years now & i also cant sell my flat so i thought Because of GIC I Bulf. I thought about RTI.

              I Sarath Varma P with customer id[protected] have sent an email requesting for foreclosure of my home loan dated 16th April to [protected]@gichfindia.com. I didn't receive any response over it so far. I have called the branch several times at different timings of the day. But it was picked only once and responded that the concerned person went for lunch and I would get reply within sometime. But I didnt receive any response and the call isn't picked again. I also tried calling on customer care number at different timings today and no one picks the call.

                Greetings to you!

                Earlier was sanction to home owner rajiv londhe for kanish apartment, diva west. For rs 488500, when i want to purchase the same flat it was told that construction is legal and reject. Then how come loan was sanctioned first case.

                Then i took mortgage loan from pune branch loan no[protected], initial emi was rs. 7422/- when i took the loan. Then i started getting instalment increased due to change in repo rate. Please explain to me when repo rate is changed the how come the emi increased.

                Please let me know why should i take this matter to consumer court. Please provide me proper explanation for the same

                  I have taken housing loan from gic housing finance ltd, chennai branch on 2007 january rs.5, 00, 000/- loan number tn[protected] and renovation loan taken on 2010 september rs.2, 46, 000/-loan number tn[protected] only.

                  But in paisabazaar cibil credit report show additionally two loan accounts as below on gic housing finance ltd with my name with same property address. I have sent much more mail to gic housing finance ltd and paisabazaar cibil report for past 3months. But till january 2018 report also show the same wrong report. Kindly i request to you reverse the same immediately.

                    Complaint: gic does not disclose the charges upfront and do not issue bill receipt upfront while doing card transactions. Charges 2% of the outstanding balance while performing home loan transfer to another bank.

                    Background:
                    On nov 22, 2017 i requested for foreclosure statement for transferring my home loan from gic hf to sbi. They asked me to come again after 15 days to collect the document. On dec 11, 2017 when i went to collect the foreclosure document the ms radhika charged me rs 600 just for giving the foreclosure document.

                    On jan 3, 2018 i went to the gic office again with the approved outstanding balance cheque issued by sbi to settle the loan. The charged me 2% of the outstanding loan amount and also jan month interest. Earlier when i went to collect the foreclosure document they informed me that the current foreclosure letter is valid till next emi date i. E. 10 jan, 2018. However on jan 3, 2018 when i went to submit foreclosure check, i have been charged for the interest rate of jan.in total gic charged me excess of 46251 rupees for opting to transfer loan from their entity to different organization.

                    When no other bank charges excess amount for balance transfer gic is still practicing this. Also during my entire conversation they have not even proposed to reduce the interest rate to retain the customer. Extremely unfriendly staff.

                    I request help in getting the excess amount paid to be refunded.

                        Dear sir,

                        Most humbly & respectfully, i wish to inform you as under:-

                        1. I have applied for balance transfer/top up of loan from your institution to nkgsb, jogeshwari (East) mumbai in the end of july’2017 from gic borivali (West);

                        2. I have visited the gic bvi branch with branch head mr. Vasanth of nkgsb, jogeshwari, who wanted to inspect the original documents on 1st or 2nd of august’2017. The original documents of property mortgaged were very much there in the gic bvi branch and were shown to branch head nkgsb with the permission of branch head of gic/bvi mr. Nayan ghagh. The branch head of nkgsb had handed over a letter in which nkgsb bank had given its consent for taking over the mortgage loan by balance transfer from gic to nkgsb;

                        3. As per statement given by bic bvi for rebate in income tax the opening balance as on 01.08.2017 rs. 11, 15, 914/-. The same is shown gic bvi detailed statement (Copy of statement and receipt dated 10.08.2017 is being enclosed herewith for your kind perusal and ready reference please);

                        4. Ironically, my bank (Nkgsb) was told to pay rs.11, 29, 998/- (Without informing me) paid by nkgsb’s banker’s vide gic/bvi receipt no. Borivali 58 dated 10.08.2017 with a bifurcation of emi rs.11, 14, 974/-+rs.600/- towards borrower adjustments+ emi of aug, 2017 rs.14424= rs.11, 29, 998/- (Whereas the payment was made on 10.08.2017). Why advance emi of august 2017 was charged when the payment was made on 10.08.2017 by banker’s cheque. Despite my best efforts i am failed to understand why advance emi was charged as due date was 14/15-08.2017 and i have paid my instalments up to july’2017. Apart from that the original documents which were very much there in gic bvi branch on 1st and/or 2nd august’2017 were not handed over to branch head nkgsb jogeshwari for custody on 10.08.2017 the pretext that same have been sent to their some office in rajasthan and/or belapur (As they themselves were not sure of as to where the documents has been sent) and finally the custody of same has been given on 01.09.2017;

                        5. To my utmost dismay, it is submitted that gic/bvi were aware of fact of closure of account by balance transfer on 1st & 2nd august’2017 as also told by branch head nkgsb jogeshwari to branch head gic on 1st or 2nd august’2017. Moreover, there were lots of holidays between 1st & 10th august, therefore gic/bvi claim that the original documents were sent to rajasthan and/or to belapur does not seem justified and looks like fabricated and fictitious so as to starve me in the similar manner as on one saturday (If you want details i can provide) i was called to come personally only to collect the documents viz. Statements for claiming rebate in income tax and list of documents with gic, as the neither the soft nor hard copy of the same (Duly authenticated on letter head with seal) can be sent by email & post. Since i had no option, so i visited gic/bvi office with my wife despite the fact that i was recuperating from “paralysis, seizure and convulsion”. Since, i was unable to climb bridges etc so it was not possible for me to come by train so i took cab and reached gic office by cab by spending rs.1600/- only to return empty handed. Please check with gic staff ms. Devaki who was in office & no authorize signatory was available. Gic/bvi also tormented me in the matter of foreclosure and interpolated 4% as foreclosure charges (I have record of it). Gic/bvi has only released the sealed and authenticated documents and agreed not to charge foreclosure charges only after i approached your nodal officer and general manager gic. Their act has particularly taken place despite the fact that gic was aware of my ailments and tormented me a lot in this matter too continuously causing me mental agony, stresses and strains. Although my doctors had advised me to refrain from mental stresses & strains, anger & tensions to keep my blood pressure and mental stature in control,

                        6. Now once again you are tormenting me (1) my bank paid you overcharged amounts and you have over charged me (2) released my documents on 01.09.2017 i. E after 21 days of payment was made (3) one instalment was charged extra (4) plus i had to pay the interest to nkgsb for no use as i had applied for balance transfer loan with top up which i could not avail till custody of mortgaged documents were handed over to nkgsb;

                        7. The amount i was supposed to pay on 10.08.2017 was rs.11, 15, 974+3976=1119950 plus rs.600/- g. Total rs.11, 20, 550/-

                        8. Plus i have paid an interest of no use as top up was not given till the documents were handed over on 01.09.2017 and i paid an interest of rs.11, 29, 998 for 21 days rs.7, 801/-

                        9. Therefore, total extra amount paid by me is :-
                        Amount payable to gic up to 10.08.2017 rs.11, 20, 550/-
                        Amount pad by nkgsb on 10.08.2017 rs.11, 29, 998/-
                        Overcharging by gic rs. 9448/-
                        Plusamount paid as interest to nkgsb (21 days) rs. 7801/-
                        Taxi fare for useless visit to bank rs. 1600/-
                        Amount due from gic rs. 17409/-

                        While informing you the above facts & truths with documentary evidence, i request your honourable selves to kindly help me in retrieval of above amount with interest plus impose a penalty on gic for causing me “mental stresses & strains, anger & tensions to keep my blood pressure uncontrolled and mental stature was also disturbed by gic.

                        I have also asked about one dsa, his role and how far he been instrumental in my captioned loan of one mental stresses & strains, anger & tensions to keep my blood pressure and mental stature who was introduced to me by the gic employee. Gic has never replied on that issue.

                        You are requested to kindly look into the matter with a humble request to kindly intervene and sort out keeping in view that i am recuperating from “paralysis, seizure and convulsion”.

Therefore, I want a compensation equal to 10 times of my "original claim of refund" for causing me mental agony tormenting me and for having tried to dis-balance my medical conditions continuously. I am ready to contest this case anywhere in India in the presence of Regulatory Authority provided RUD's of the case are provided to me and role of Mr. Kishan Bhai Rajpoot is defined. As he knows every one if you want name/s of your officials that can be revealed. And if he was not the appropriate perso then why he was allowed to deal my case. Why I was not cautioned in this case.

                        At the cost of repetitions, I lodge a compensation equal to 10 times of my claim of refund. The proper notice is being prepared and will be served to to all concerns either today or by tomorrow by Post & Email.

                        My Special request to Regulatory Authority is that is BT is a crime. If not then why GIC/BVI should not be reprimanded and/or are not liable for appropriate action.

                          I am taking loan of rs. 16 lac from gic hfl to purchase a readymade flat in chipiyana buzurg, graeter noida (W). I am a central govt employee and my grsoss salary is 50000/- (Full salary not in hand)
                          The finance company is saying that you are not eligible for pradhanmantri aawas yojna.

                              Respected sir,
                              This to bring to your attention that mr. Vijay ramesh, branch manager of mg road, bangalore and his staff is involved in all corrupt ways of dealing with the home loan customers by joining their hands with buiders, one of my findings are wrt above customer id, home loan was sanctioned for 67 lacs approx (In april 2017) but later i noticed there was no proper protocol followed by bank officials in verifying the documents submitted by builder related to property and based on the legal advice obtained from external agent i requested to cancel home loan (Within one month) for which there is no response from gic or concerned person till today and same was communicated over phone to branch manager. After failing to produce all the requested documents, recently builder made partial settlement of my down-payment amount (In sept, 2017) and for rest stated he has cleared my preemis without my consent and on contacting branch manager he states he has charged for 4 preemis which is not true, in-fact i am responsible for one preemi but still based on the agreement, party breaching the clause is liable.

                              Questions: no response from branch manager for six months
                              No response for any of the e-mails sent
                              No action against buider, why?
                              On customer's request, failed to produce relevant documents by both the parties (Buider and branch manager)
                              Why home loan was closed without informing the applicant and co-applicant?
                              When cancellation of loan was sent within a month then why there are additional preemis got added?

                              Requet you to review thoroughly and i need your response immediately on this

                                As per advice given mail trail, i had visited to your barakhamba road branch on dt.12th july 2017 and had duly submitted the cheque no. 998371 for an amount of rs.16, 287/- and had given the bank details from emi’s has been deducted for home loan no. Dl[protected] along with cancelled cheque no. 998372.

                                Till date i have not seen the deduction made for august 2017 emi in my bank account. Request you to kindly share the details of deduction of emi from my operative bank account and also request you to not deducted any penalty from my account as i had already submitted the requisite document with you on dt.12th july 2017.

                                On dated 5th september 2017 i have received a message from your end reproduced here in “sir/madam, your account no. Dl[protected], emi installment is due by 2 months, please arrange to pay at the earliest”.

                                Kindly acknowledge that bank details have been submitted before you on dated 12th july 2017, also as told by you in meeting between us that i will received acknowledgement message for updated bank account details despite that i have not received any message for updation of my account.

                                In addition to the above kindly also confirm that any penalty in respect to emi payment has been levied upon me. If yes kindly share the details.

                                Also i want to clearance on below message received on dt.25th august 2017 as below: -
                                “sir/madam, your nach mandate for hsg loan account customer id: dl[protected], submitted via delhi gicf is registered successfully”

                                Also team for your information, no body pick the call and mr. Muneshwer, designated as manager also not responding.

                                Now i am totally disappointed from end of gic.

                                Kindly help me, because still i have not received any reply from side of GIC regarding above said complaint.

                                  I am very much pitched off with a terribly poor service from GIC, Bangalore (MG road) branch. Staffs there are highly unqualified with poor communication skills. Their phones are most of the time not reachable, if connected, staff does not have any details to assist, they are totally dependent on single person whose unavailability to answer is more than 100%. VP and senior manager of the branch never comes to office and listen to customer grievances. I have been trying to reduce my interest rate as per current market condition but unable to receive any response even after writing more than 20 emails in last couple of month. Escalated the matter to corporate office but no progress. Apart I am also unable to receive any response on PMAY subsidy. Can some one please help resolve my issue.

                                    I have taken a housing loan. The problem is the agent did not give proper clarity on when they will present the cheque against processing fee.
                                    As a customer i should know when i am supposed to pay.
                                    Also without my confirmation and they prepared the cheque and collected interest amount of 6534 without my knowledge. Though i had told them to hold the cheque, they presented the cheque in the bank. I feel looted by gic as no proper communication/ clarifications given what going to happen next.
                                    Now thw guy is claiming that he has got an email from me as per date to prepare cheque.
                                    I have no email been sent from my side neither property builder. The agent is claiming fake things which i was never been informed.
                                    Is this a way customer will be treated by gic. I am controlling not to use abusive words. But i am definitely going to demote all your products and approach people not to buy.

                                    Surprised package is that the agent not even provided any clarification of loan amounts of interest and installment just they started deducting amount.

                                    Requests you please advise
                                    I am trying for customer care for contact for clarification but i saw website also not draft properly it seem like fake housing finance companies websites...

                                    There was no response about this complaint from GIC. Neither they contacted me.
                                    Dear concern,
                                    I have taken a home loan from you but you have not deducted EMI for the month of September 2017, my loan account no. Is UP[protected].

                                    Requesting you kindly check it in your and and do it deduct immediately or if any discrepancy kindly let me know for further solution.

                                      I am mr. S. Bala muthan, my customer id[protected] and my file no.[protected]. I took 8 lac rs. Home loan on floating rate from your bank, but my rate of interest is still same as previous and it is quite higher than today's market rate, my current rate of interest is 10.95%. So i want to reduce my rate of interest.
                                      Previously i complaint this matter in consumer court on 31/08/2017, its docket no-411300.
                                      Kindly take action on my complaint.
