    Hi Team,

    I work for IBM and one of my official consignment from Bangalore to Palakkad was sent using GMS Woldwide express. The shipment reached Cochin on 23-Oct and it has been stuck there for last 2 days. I have tried to talk to GMS Cochin office an I am not able to get a response by phone or email.

    Can you please assist to get the consignment delivered as per the delivery address. The delay in transit is affecting my work.

            I could see my package has been picked up on 9th September. Yet it is not delivered from Chennai. consignment[protected]
            Also, unable to reach to any base or regional offices. All the provided numbers are either wrong or not in use. Very much disappointed with the service

                I have placed an order on 27th August from gulbarga to bangalore and the product reached here on bangalore on 28 th August itself at 1.30 pm, still we have not received the product yet, called up them many times, bot responding on calls and even not updating on current status. This is really nit accepted as it is required in the base at utmost urgent and no resolution from this company

Partial office workers, delivery people are very ill cultured and very dominating .No fear of even complaint being lodged, use of faulty proofs, just utter filth and piece of crap, collect only fee but no service just crap, crap, crap.filthy people.foul usage.only talking below the belts.If this continues even we know the same way of talking. Showing double standards will lead u to ditch...

                      This is the worst courier service ever taken. No on time delivery and also the delivery people who come are ill mannered, doesn't know how to talk to CUSTOMERs and the delivery is to dogs. Unsatisfied with GMS .biased arguments from office people. Totally hopeless and ###...

                          I tried reaching out to the offices but there's no response for the calls or the numbers provided on GMS website are incorrect.
                          Can someone from GMS please explain why its taking so much time to deliver the courier within city that too not even a difference of 50km.

                                MY Herbalife product was couriered on 22nd June 2021 from Bangalore and yet it is not received. The last tracking update shown is 24th June 2021 and no update after that. There is no proper response also. You have a pathetic service and not customer friendly. You people are testing patience of customers. THE WORST COURIER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN. My order is 3I6052814

                                  I have ordered Herbalife products which is shipped through gms courier on 21 June and after that there is no update available and there is no tracking history in your gms website and today its 29th June so I don't know what is the problem with your company but seriously worst experience.
