My parcel has food product to send rajahmundry - chennai in gsm courier at i will deliver to gsm rajahmundry office at[protected], at same day at 6:30 to forward to vijawada at next morning he received the parcel 6:30 am in vijawada at the same day forward to chennai 7:30 am,[protected], delivery to chennai at 1:50pm delivery to chennai, the gsm parcel worker they not send to deliver to the address, already i sad that gsm office rajahmundry so this is food product please send to fast to delivery to the addres, but the chennai gsm courier is very late the food will damge so the chennai courier delivery is careless, waste gsm courier

    A consignment was booked on 27 aug 2020 assuring of delivered on 28 or 29 aug 2020 positively. We regret to inform that the same has not been delivered till date. The importance is not taken care of. The booking was from kolhapur to belgium with a distance of 110 km and weighing 10 grams was charged 100.00 for urgent delivery. The service is not satisfactory and purpose is not solved by delay. The consignment no is[protected]. Very sorry.

      My parcel was not delivery still now. Parcel booked from bangalore (Peenya branch) to chennai consignment number[protected], but chennai gms delivery office updated parcel was delivery. May month as be deliver as register from your portal, but still now not received the parcel.

          With due respect, I would like to bring it to your knowledge that the parcel from dharwad to athani I have sent through your service has not received yet its been 11 days..Sir this is very unprofessional as we put our trust in you and let our valuables transferred through your service. This behavior is not good for a company like you. I hope you will respect the privacy and time frame of your customers and will never give them a chance to complain again as you have to maintain your name in the market otherwise there are many competitors.                   The worst service in anantapur district we are from dharmavaram pai mobiles we will inform to about courier pickup at 5th aug 2020 but still now courier not picked by courier partner and also we are receiving every courier in delay that was horrible we will think change courier to another service

                    I supposed to receive Herbal product parcel which booked by my friend, on 14 th I received call from GMS service manager Satish and forced me to collect from office and told we won't deliver, I requested send a parcel to main road from there I will collect.
                    Till 48 hrs over I didn't receive an call or parcel from GMS service, today I called Satish and requested to send parcel, his really was worst, I request you change employ Satish, Bellary, Karnataka, to retain your GMS future and deliver the product as earliest.                           I parceled an item through your courier service on 7th of january 2020 from alwar, rajasthan to hyderabad. I ve been told that it d get delivered within 3 days. Today it has been more than a week and still i havnt got my parcel yet.
                          I am not able to understand what kind of courier service is this, you people are sending parcel through train, that too its not getting delivered after a week.

                            I couriered my letter on 6th january 2020 at koppal karnataka to bangalore but it did not reached till now. When i call customer care service they are telling that the parcel has missed out and they are unable to trace that, but the status in their website is showing that it reached to bangalore but did not go to delivery address and showing in transit status. I have been complaining them for 3days they are telling that the issue will be resolve but till now no progress.

                              Sir/madam,

                              Medicines were couriered by hospital of dr. Samir jamadagni, sadashiv pet pune to our address bhalki post, bidar dist.

                              When we received ten medicines which were not in good condition, rats were destroyed the medicines and the received medicines are not in a condition to intake. Which is waste.

                              We have spent 10, 000 rs for purchasing the medicine which has gone waste, unusable.
                              Now who is going to bare the cost of buying medicines due to negligency shown by staff o[censored]r organisation.

                                They took money from us to send a parcel to bangalore within 3 days. But, trust me even after 10 days when i called them they had no answer for my parcel. First they said it will be delivered today then they said it will be delivered tomorrow. Pathetic service. Just took the money from us. I will never ever use this courier service again. My medicines were stuck in my parcel and i was not able to take medicines. Be careful never ever use this company.

If you are unable resolve my complaint than update me. we are unfit for this complaint resolution then I am see another way collect my document and business loss of pay every thing as per court of law.

                                    We are regular customer of gms courier specially for mobile product and we gave 1 parcel for mumbai it was about 7kg and we said it's to pay parcel then he said that we are not accepting to pay parcel because we are not getting payment from our office and also demanded rs. 750 /- so i said that how it's 750 then he said our rate is 750 /- that's it no clarity about charge also.

                                    Consignment number[protected] from jodhpur received in tirupur. Once I opened the parcel I found that the product(glass photo frame) inside was completely damaged.It was broken into 2 pieces. How can u be so careless. I need money to be refunded or I need proper response from authorities..I can't let go like this. Please reply.

                                      My domestic parcel had arrived here in pune in the 1st of december from aizawl northeast india and still not delivered and no one is picking the call am very disappointed, what to do now?                                         My docket no[[protected]] still not delivered to me even if it was out for delivery on 26th nov 2018, as per the tracking details. Unfortunately tracking item shows "out for delivery" while the courier boy did not reached at delivery address. When i call them and ask about delivery, they are telling that they are not responsible for that. I don't know when will i receive my material.. As i need the docked urgently, need your kind intervention in the matter...
