The GMS branch at Jaipur is not delivering my consignment. It's been so long now. Every other day they have some excuse. The staff's behaviour is pathetic. They just don't care about the customers.

Please get rid for such people.

Also. Please deliver my consignment ASAP

I have been using your courier service for more than a year. Almost once in every two months, I receive a courier. But never they deliver it on time. When I call them they ask me only to come and collect. What is the point in courier service if I go and collect it?

Mysore BO is doing this again and again to me. I Will never use your service again after I receive my consignment. I am going to write a review in social media on what I went through.

I have posted the courier at dewas madhyapradesh to chennai òn 16th jan 2021. But 15 days over but they didn't received the courier upto now. I have contacting the dewas office for 4 to 5 days. But they are telling it will reach but yet they didn't received the courier till today. Kindly enquire regarding this

System pickup is initiated three weeks back and they called me two weeks back that they will pick up my system and it should be handover to organization within prescribed time, but till now no one came to pickup, daily I will be calling them and asking them when they will pick up my order, they will tell they will come today to pick up, but no one came till now .its really worst service I have ever faced.worst courier services...

I had booked an courier through GMS on 17th Dec 2020 from Bangalore to Delhi and today is 11 Jan 2021 and still my courier hasn't been delivered! I have googled a lot of contact numbers & the contact numbers provided in their website are outdated & Invalid numbers. While I did find a number or two of GMS courier those numbers have not recieved a single call of mine. I've been trying those numbers for 50- 60th time and it keeps ringing and yet no one answers! I want the courier delivered or my money back!! Worst courier service ever & I'm sure I'll never repeat this mistake o[censored]sing their services in future! But right now the courier is damn important and I want it delivered.

I have couriered my parcel from chamarajpet branch on 23rd December 2020. its 8 days for local delivery still my parcel has not reached.

Updated wronly " Door locked ", Infact the office will be open 24/7 with security.

Your delivery boy as given wrong information to your ( GMS ) company.

and we have checked in chamarajpet branch, they are telling they will delivery today tommorrow as excuses. and still not delevered.

Please take action on the delivery boy .
1. for wrong information,
2. for not delivered still date, 8 days over.

We have booked a courier vide your consignment number [protected]

Now your delivery agent in Jaipur is not ready to deliver this consignment stating that the pin code is non deliverable location

I would like to know why this was not informed to us while accepting this consignment

Also when I asked them to send via speed post they refused to do so and returning the parcel which clearly a breach of service from your end

I have booked the courier on 20th october at khordha. but it was released on 28 from bhubaneswar. and reached at pune on 6th november.
the packed damaged by rats. half of the material gone damaged due to rat. they have patched a sticker at the hole and made the delivery.

Delivery person had not delivered the courier to me but in tracking it is showing as delivered and also there is a fake signature updated by the delivery person. Ensure that I will receive my courier soon or I will be going to file a consumer complaint towards the issue.

i booked a consignment from Raipur to Ahmedabad on 12/10/2020.
consignment contains Cashew nuts(21kg), product value 10, 600 rupees. when product reached to customer almost 90% of product damaged, My client is not able to resell that product now because it is horribly damaged. i claim full amount of the product.

My parcel has food product to send rajahmundry - chennai in gsm courier at i will deliver to gsm rajahmundry office at[protected], at same day at 6:30 to forward to vijawada at next morning he received the parcel 6:30 am in vijawada at the same day forward to chennai 7:30 am, [protected], delivery to chennai at 1:50pm delivery to chennai, the gsm parcel worker they not send to deliver to the address, already i sad that gsm office rajahmundry so this is food product please send to fast to delivery to the addres, but the chennai gsm courier is very late the food will damge so the chennai courier delivery is careless, waste gsm courier courier no[protected]
