Hello my name is navin, i have already purchased a domain on godaddy.com, but when i was buying another domain, this error shows up even if i try to correct it everyway.. - "please use the latin alphabet (A ~ z).
At this time, whois only accepts registrant information in latin characters. This information is publicly available using the whois service."

When i purchased my first domain on godaddy it cost me rs 99 for 1 year with no additional features. Now when i want to purchase any domain name on godaddy it show rs 99 and when i add it to cart it billed something around rs 700 or rs 800 for 1 year with no additional features. I already purcahsed 1 domain name for rs 800 by mistake and its all .com doamain names which company add for rs 99 for 1 year with no additional features. I think godaddy is robbing. Now i stop purchasing the doamains from godaddy and i am purchasing it from others sites...

Godaddy is not providing information of support email address. I need to delete a domain. I am unable to do it when i login to my account. The delete link is visible but not working.

I need to delete it and need the support email address.

The website does not have an email address. Only telephone number is given.

Neither in the mail which i receive do they have a reply email address. Kindly provide email address and make digital india a reality.

Recently I tried to renew a domain for one year and I have tried with Godaddy. My Transaction was cancelled. And I considered it as cancelled transaction so did it once again. But after few hours I got an SMS and my cancelled transaction success. I have two time billed and domain renew for 2year. I tried to call Godaddy support for this and no help.

I think Godaddy has tie-up with CCAvenue to do this kind of billing fraud so that they will force customer to renew domain for more years.

I spoke with Mahendra today. I asked him if I could change the primary account in my cPanel to one of my websites without losing any information. He said YES. I also wanted to change some information on another website owned by me. Mahendra said that he would help me. After spending 1 hour on the phone, Mahendra guided me through step by step processes. At the end, he said that my food blog (which was earlier my primary account) would be down for 24-48 hours. AFter I took about 1.5 hours break for meetings and lunch, I was shocked to check that my cPanel showed misinformation on my blog and one of my domains. I had lost 1.5 years of information on my food blog.I called customer care and Varun said that I just needed to rstore my files. WHen he couldn't give me a resolution after 1 hour, I was passed on to his supervisor (Chauhan) who was by far one of the most rude people that I had spoken to on any customer service line. It SEEMED LIKE A BLACKMAIL, when he said that he could restore my website if I paid $50. Is this how you treat your customers You blackmail them?

My Customer id is[protected] and pin is 1313, Today I want to renew my domain and for this regard I call to your customer care number and Mr Ganesh was one of your representative who offers me 3 year domain renewal and one year web site development in about Rs. 5000/- approximately, but after restring I found only one year domain, and after calling again and again no solutions found, so I am requesting you to please talk to Mr Ganesh and solve my query as soon as possible and also guide me why I was not to be appear in front of consumer court against you and your representative Mr Ganesh.

Its really bad support and service from Godaddy, I have purchased godaddy domain and hosting plan worth INR 13000 for 3 years, some hosting file deleted from my side my mistake, When i called to godadyy for restore my file executive said you have to paid 5700 for restore your file,

I have purchased a new domain on godaddy. Everything is fresh including hosting and domain. No files on the hosting.
Getting this error from starting.

Tried contact the godaddy suport and i think this is the worst suport service i have ever seen. They can't solve my problem, they can't transfer my call to their sr executive/manager, even they can't give me their complaint email address.

The only thing they repeat is "sir we can't tell you the malware detail you have to check it at your end" wtf this is.

I called to customer support one of your executive disconnect my call. Again i called and talked to an executive for 2 hours still no solution. Executive name was akhila martha. Call disconected after 2 hours. Strange

I will purchase domain and personal.
Website builder. Selct the theme and design my website. Then publish my website. When i will saw website not working 24 th of april 2017 11 pm i call the customer care and request to resolve my problem. Executive said sir problem will be resolve ur website will be live in 2 hrs. Next after 12 hrs my website will not working same problem. 25th april 2017 5 pm i am also call again to customer care and request plz resolve my problem. She said sir i will talk my seniour customer service team. Ur website problem is resolving in 10 minuts otherwise we refund ur full money. She said after 10 minuts i am call back to u. After 8 hrs she dont call me. I am facing same problem. Godaddy is no company in india. We r customers. We blindly trust godaddy but some customer executives fake cheatly behave with customer.
Plz resolve my problem.

Sir i have purchase a domain esbankerspoint.com at 18.4.2017, and i call in godady customer care no at 21.04.2017 and request the agent to cancel this domain and refund the amount to my in store credit account, but the agent say that is not possible. He say me i can cancel it but the amount will be transfer to your account then i agree. Then he say me your cancellation is done and the amount will be transfer to your account within 7 days. And today i was called to go dady customer care no but the agent say the domain is in your a/c. It is not possible to cancel now. What i am doing now?

One of the domain names was removed without any email confirmation. The domain was bought just 2 months back for 3 years and GoDaddy asked us to pay for it again. No clear reason was given nor email response from godaddy.
It's been more than 2weeks now and I still didn't get a call or an email confirmation.
Very poor customer support from Godaddy.

I am reaching out to you to inform about my email accounts and other data being deleted from my account. I have been in touch with your team since yesterday when my account got hacked. This happened early morning, I restored the files at 10.00 am and when one of the Wordpress websites was not working I opened a ticket asking to look into it. After which I got an email that the PHP version was toggled and some files were deleted, after this all my email accounts were deleted. I spoke to your team and they mention that they dont have the authority to delete the files. No one from my side has deleted the accounts, I can assure you that since I have the access to my GoDaddy account.

I want to know why this has happened, so I would want you to provide me the logs of who account activity on my account. Please dont give a canned reply saying this is not possible. I run a business and this is affecting my credibility now, my clients had important emails in their accounts. Also I would like my account to be restored as it was with immediate effect. As I am in no ways at fault of the email accounts getting deleted. I am guessing when the PHP version was updated my account was reset from your side. Please treat this as very urgent as if my account is not restored or I am provided the logs which show that it was me who deleted the account, I would be posting this entire ordeal on the leading web hosting forums. I have also initiated talks with my lawyer to take this matter to the local consumer court.

Worst of all I have also paid Rs 5000 as charges for restoring my backup. Your customer executive had informed that my account will be restored as soon as I make the payment. And now he is informing that it will take 8-10 days for the data to be restored.

I trust you will not let this matter escalate any further and return the charges of 5000 and restore my account with immediate effect.

I am very dissatisfied with the domain name and want to change it. Apparently, this is not allowed but the fact is that i was not informed about this sanctity of the domain name and consider the support service to have misrepresented the facts and collected the annual amount through falsehood.
I suggest you ask for other details from your executives who handled the complaint and never came back to me. In fact, the lady executive i spoke to last, refused to give me the companies postal address and said i would have to search on google.

I am complaining about unwanted calls and messages from unknown people talking all about dating, friendship and marriage since I have purchased a website
This is something not acceptable and really disgusting from the godaddy.
I want to cancel my purchased site and wat the refund
This is not at all secure and there is no privacy at all left
I am getting disturbed by all such messages and calls.

After receiving so many calls from Godaddy to buy a Virtual Private Server I agreed and bought. At the time of Sales call they were very polite once I purchased and needed help to configure their behaviour suddenly changed. They started extra pricing for any kind of help in technical support.

Every day my website stopped working I don't know why when you go to raise your concern to Godaddy Support team they put your on hold for at least 1 hours and after wasting your hours and hours they will say we can't support in this, you have to do it yourself.

I am very disappointed with the Godaddy Support service. Government should fine for this kind of service.

Worst Service Ever Face.

I have purchased SEV for my website. Its already a week still our website is not visible with any key words in any of the search engines. For every thing you people are simply charging money. we are hosting a non profit society for scientific fraternity. Very poor response from Godaddy.

I have purchased the Business Plus website builder plan on 24th Feb 17 of Rs. 9497.85/-.
At the time of purchase, the representative told me that the plan includes SEO with unlimited keywords but now, it has limitation. I have requested for the call back on 20th March 17 but no response from your side.

Today, 30th Mar 17, one of your executive confirmed me that the plan has limitation of keywords i.e. one keyword for one page. Also, additional SEO cannot support the website builder.

Due to this misleading information, I am unable to use the website. My business requires multiple keywords which your plan doesnt allow.
