I had purchased professional email service but what beauty of this service is the mail having no incoming mailing service. And your service repesentative had told me on 11.11.2017 but still not activated again on 13.11.2017 i had called your representative but still she is telling me still 24 - 48 hours require to correct. Now issue is that my client is not leaving any stone unaltered to accuse me. And i suppose to lose my business in such case, you think how will i continue business with you.

    Dear sir,

    I have booked rsmdesignstudio.com from godaddy at[protected] and this domain has expired in[protected], then i had not renew it that time i had no money, after 10 days when i had try to renew then domain name nosent show in my account, then i have called to godaddy support then they reply your domain is moved in expired domain if you want to renew then you have to pay extra charge, otherwise it will be free in after 1 month means[protected], then you can pay, then i have waited 1 month, after the date will[protected] then i checked then also it show expirey system but not show free, and again i have contact to godaddy support then the saying you have to pay extra charge or you have to wait again more days untill it not free,

    Godaddy is very clever he pay domain after expiree and they force client to pay extra charge of this domain.

    This company must adopt certain special classes in order to behave with there customers.

    while making the payment it seemed they could just go to any extent to help there customers but once it is done they are neglecting their official duty in order to provide any assistance.

      I am running wordpress website, on windows plesk. Its really a very painful experience. I have wasted my 3 hours and representatives not supporting moe. They asking money for suppssort and i am a technical person i know isesue and they wanted to conceal me. They put my call on hold ynd mute theyoumselve after i asked them to connect me to your senior division. What the a bad support team,

          Hi,

          I have purchased the web hosting account with godaddy in feb'17.in october they kept my account on hold for some copyright content issue on single page, the effected domain has been completely removed immediately, also the required changes has been performed accordingly.

          But imagine when you have paid for 3yrs and before completing the first year all your hard effects of creating a web pages, designing, domain everything shut down. Without any warning or request to make necessary changes.

          Moreover, its almost 20+days, they are not re-activation the account, nor they are refunding the balance/un-used tenure of web hosting. Furthermore, they are being rude and unapproachable for customer support. Not responding well over calls or even not responding over emails, also.

          Feel like why the hell one can trust a company, who betray and destroy your business, just like that. Moreover the hard earned money is also waste. A complete waste of time in follow-ups etc.

          I have been really an old customer, have quit a alot domain registered with them. But unfortunately digitally who stays with you grow with you. Will not at all recommend godaddy to anyone. Atlest who is passionate and love staying live & connected with customers.

            I made a purchase of ₹7, 954.38 on date: oct 19, 2017 11:03 pm. They said if i don't like the product, will refund all my money. I canceled my product on date:oct 22, 2017. And asked for complete refund to the same mode of payment, they said it was not possible and return it back in form of check, instead they gave me in-store credit of only ₹ 7, 179.17... Kindly help me get my full amount as promised by godaddy to my account... My receipt of purchase invoice / receipt #: [protected].

              We are migrated our website from bigrock to godaddy because of expect the good service. From the beginning itself the website admin not working. That issues in godaddy server like config set. We are trying with godaddy past one month. They didn't giving any solution regarding this issue. We never seems like the service worst. We are fed up on their service.

                I had a website hosting with them. I was on a monthly plan. I forgot to pay my bill whose due date was 13th october. I paid it on november 1. Now they tell me that i can only use it till 13th november. But think about it! My site went down on 14th october so if they didn't keep it alive for this duration then why should they charge me for that. They should give me till november 30th. I am not on a yearly plan but monthly! Anyway, i contacted their support and they just kept saying sorry according to our policy, you just have 13 days till your next payment. Had they kept my site alive from 14th october to 31st october, i would have accepted it as i would received the full service of 1 month. But since they took down my site, they have no right to strip away 15 days from my subscription. I am closing my accounts and filing a legal complaint against godaddy. I request all of you to please consider other hosting services. Also, their tech support sucks, i diagnosed the problem and i fixed it myself whenever there was a problem in their server. Both sales and tech support sucks!

                    On 22nd october 2017 at around 1 pm (Ist), i was trying to log in, my valid pass word did not work. After 3 failed attempts, i tried to renew the password. This time, as usual, i was advised that a link had been sent to my e-mail id. This link never arrived. I an struggling for nearly an hour now. Please resolve my problem asap. Make sure i can access godaddy for domain registration and creation of a website.

                      I have visited your website for purchasing domain name but after purchase domain name there is no payment option of debit card net banking etc. Than i call your call centre on 13/10/2017 on the time 11:45 pm then they reply me that do not accept debit card for small payment we have to give payment through credit card other wise you have to take it for 5 year, i think you people are making fool to us like this kind of reply or conversion with customers please resolve it for me and other customer also other wise i have to take some serious step towords this issue

                        Everytime i call the customer service, they give me the same suggestion to fix the issue and asks me to call back if not fixed. I do that and then it is not fixed.

                        Spent about 4 hours on the phone with 5 different people who give me the same solution. I explain it's done but they just don't listen. They say "try this if not call us back".

                        This just seems to happen everytime. The worst part is for not able to send emails, they blame the receivers domains which are @gmail.com, @yahoo.com, @outlook.com and the tech support people, csr claim that godaddy cannot do anything for this

                          I suggested all my friends, please don't buy godaddy server (Products), they are not solve your problem, when you are facing some problem in your server (Hosting & other).

                          Like i am facing issues in my website, when i click on my website, it is open new tab (Windows) another website. I have telling godaddy tech dept, but they are not solve on my problem before 25 days.

                          This is not my site.

                          I think they are not required client servicing, they are required only make money.

                          So, plz plz all my friend i requested, don't buy this company product.

                            Had a domain officesetup-com.com with godaddy which i had purchased with them till 2020, plus hosting. Now they have suspended my domain without any prior notice. The reason they give is spam which i'm sure there wasn't any in it. I wasn't notified before and as per them i cant get it back now or transfer it. Plus haven't got any response on mail. I emailed at their abuse department got no response at all. Called them multiple times and now finally i got an answer on call with them and they're saying the domain will remain suspended. I have already made the payment to them till 2020 it's supposed to be my domain and i was supposed to be notified. I have spent tens of thousands on that domain to get it ranked in seo. Who's gonna pay for that. I currently am in a pretty bad situation. If it's not resolved i might as well commit suicide because i can't bear the expenses i had on it.

                                I am very sad with your customer service and server facility which are being provided by godaddy & team.

                                Five days gone no one is willing to solve my issue
                                Customer service team : disconnecting my call.

                                  As discussed, it was understood that its a rare technical problem but shall be resolved under 48 hours. Also this was clear by the system that it was only website builder online store package of top one, where no upgrade request was made by user side as seen and cleared from system too.

                                  Due to this fault activity, i lost my inventory data and online shopping cart and raised big business problem to me.

                                  Today at 5 am, i got a problem and i lost my "website online store" and itself shifted to "gocentrel business", which is useless for me.

                                  My question is, how that can be upgraded with out asking to pay for package change. While i extended renewal date for online store package till 05 april 2018 just yesterday. Also you know that upgrade is not possible until customer agree for payment and fulfill pay process, also no mail order generated and sent from godaddy. By luck, i observed this early morning and shocked with this kind of major error.

                                  Kindly solve this on urgent basis as i called 10 times to technical team since todays morning. I want only my previous product back in working, better for data also, if possible.

                                  But, i shall not agree to upgrade any product suggestions. I shall quit from godaddy user for ever if thigs would happen like this, as i got worried with my business loss and no prompt action to resolve the issue from technical team of godaddy. While my friends suggested this to me and said godaddy is betterone platform to use.

                                  *note: my website online store package was top one under which features were as i. E. Responsive mobile design, website hosting, ssl security, seo,
                                  Email marketing, globally optimised speed, built in shop cart with fast check out, debit and credit card netbanking wallet, manage inventory and products, shipping configurations, abandoned cart recovery.

                                    I purchased domain tubebytes.com and paid the amount for the same and the ownership of this domain was given to me, i paid for 1 year within 5 months the ownership was given to some other person, when i login into my dodaddy account this domain is not showing and someone has put this domain under premium and the cost is showing more than 1 lakh, please help me to get the domain back. I have proof of payment and confirmation mail for purchasing the above mentioned domain. I want to sue godaddy company for doing illegal act like this.

                                      I have called godaddy numerous times but no one has given me any solution to my issue. I was put on hold by you from past 30 minutes & you never came back so i am explaining my issue again.

                                      I have a plesk hosting for domain isupply.co.in

                                      To import the database file into my local pc i have remotely access your database server provided to me & i am able to connect.
                                      But when i am trying to import the file it shows me error that the user has not proper credentials
                                      When i am trying to update the user roles it again gives me error
                                      Now when i am trying to restore the database i am getting a different error.
                                      So as you can see i cannot perform any action on my database then what is the use of it? I have been using this application (Management studio) from more than 3 years now & i have how to restore or import the database & what is the difference between them so you just get away with the comment that these errors can be resolved by customer end godaddy will not entertain these kinds of issues. If you are not able to resolve this issue then you should forward my request to your seniors (As requested by me on call) but you never it or you should give me a proper technical reason why this issue is not related to your server/credentials because if i perform these above-mentioned actions on my local database & not your database then this is surely related to your end & not ours.

                                      So i am requesting again to kindly give me a solution or i will have to escalate this issue to higher authorities.

                                        I have registered domain ‘sanjaykhanna.in’ through ‘ godaddy and made the required payment - receipt no.: [protected]. I also received its confirmation via email.

                                        And later on i am being informed that the domain name registration was unsuccessful. I request you to honour you order delivery commitment by arranging the said domain (Rather than refund process) the failing of what will be a question mark on the reliability and credibility of godaddy.com. Llc.
