I would like to purchase a domain in godaddy. First i saw a some amount (Ex.500). Then i continue the purchasing the domain, i shocked. Because of the amount is increased. (Ex.700). Its really fake. Price is different from display & finally payment page. I also attached screenshot images. The images such as the continues process. First i saw a.com domain name rs.149 per one year (Image name : 1. Jpg). Then the fourth process (Image name : 4. Jpg) rs.649 per one year.

My account number 45601500. I was promised website in 10 days but now it is almost 2 months. I have been coordinating with barkha and supriya mandal in designweb department. Everytime i should come with complaint later once in 10 days one of them will come online and give false commitments later again they become silent. This is the frustration i am being harrassed with. Complete neglegence to reply my mails except giving commitments. Mr krishna is the one who encouraged me to go ahead with the order now when i bring this situation to him he day he will try to refund. Godaddy employees may be comfortable to refund as you are rich but i am not comfortable. Who will compensate my agony and previous time of two months. I have given my account above please investigate the mails and false commitments given by your staff and total neglegence showing against me. I have requested for reseller programs bit no one is conceened. Anyway my experience certificate with godaddy is rediculous, horrible. As a doctor i never expected godaddy harrasment with anyone in the world.
You should go to my account and investigate instead you are asking me to write a lengthy mail. This is not at all fair from godaddy!

On 3rd March 2018 I had paid total amount of Rs 1036 for renewal of GoCentral Business and Website security and backup. The payment went through however these products were not renewed from your end. The agent on call said the money can not be refunded and neither this money can be adjusted in next month. Its shameful for go daddy to that to customers. I need a refund as I will port out my domain to a different company now. I have the recept from cc avenues and Order Number is: [protected]

I have booked a domain on 18.03.2018. I have got receipt of the same from godaddy.

We have built all creatives and marketing people got the domain name for further action and invested huge money based on it. On 20.03.2018 i received a mail saying booking is cancelled.

How can one trust this company? How they booked a domain already registered with them? They have not bothered to send a sms or give a call. Who is responsible for losses and damages made because of this blunder?

We have purchase and independent web domain www.zeptomicrowave.com.
The mail delivery has been failed 4-5 times in a span of 6 months of purchase.
The customer care takes initiative in 72 hours after registering a complaint and the matter is resolved week or even more after complaint registration.

Want refund of the deposited amount.
Impossible for a corporstae firm like us to survive with your services.

The filesystem mounted at / on this server is running out of disk space. Cpanel operations have been temporarily suspended to prevent something bad from happening. Please ask your system admin to remove any files not in use on that partition.

Its show diskspace warning but i allocate 58gb to my 21 accounts and its used only 27gb and i bought 120 gb so how can it possible..

I rang a chatted to a person called taylor about a minor issue which was easily and well resolved.

Since then i have received three unsolicited emails ostensibly from godaddy, but the email name is jason ogena. It mentions taylor in the body of each email.

As i am in compliance myself, i just wonder... (I) whether email is legitimate; (Ii) why the name of taylor is listed in the email, and jason as the sender; (Iii) is it godaddy's policy to employ people who run aliases; (Iv) is it a way of extorting additional money from customers by individuals; and (V) it seems an unusual email address. I have other questions, but on the other hand it could be legitimate. I do not see why i need to renew with taylor when it is set to auto renew.

I got cheated by a developer and he changed all the details of my account. So for that i called the customer service first at 11 pm on[protected]. The customer executive took my call and told that report on changetheupdate.com. I did the same thing and got a reply that we cannot assist you as the domain is in transfer process. I again called the godaddy support and the after narrating the whole story again that my account had been hacked and details have been changed and i have reported to the the change the update also and wont be able to recover that so it would be great i[censored] pass the call to the supervisor. He told me that at that time because it was midnight there was no supervisor available so i should call back tomorrow morning and will be able to talk to the manager. I did the same and called the executive again named balashan kumar (I might be not pronouncing it wrong) and again wasted 30 mins and again narrated the whole incident to the him and he said he will see for the manager and said the manager is on another call right now and give me your number the manager will revert back to you within an hour. After not getting a call from manager i again called after almost 1 and half hour and customer executive name subramanium picked the call and third time i again narrated the story and at last he told he cant transfer the call to the manager and didnt supported me. Again i called and this time mohammed picked the call and again 4th time i narrated the whole incident to the him and firstly he said the manager is not available then he is on luch and afte ran hour of talking i asked him to provide me his and his manger email. He gave only his email id that was ([protected]@godaddy.com) but refused to give the manager email only i was able to get his name. The manager name is sujay kumar who refused to talk to me. Is this the customer executive team people have to talk with who are not guiding you the right way. I want t=my account to be recovered at the earliest possible otherwise i have the call recording of the executives refusing me to talk to the manager and i am going to file a defamation case and a rti that is that the service you are providing to a customer. I have wasted my 5 hours talking with these executives and each ones tell me different thing to follow. Is there no coordination between the executives or they are fooling the people and take no responsibility after you purchase from them. After being a loyal customer to Godaddy for long time, my websites was attacked and I called Godaddy for technical advice as my Website & emails were hosted by them. The representative advise me to purchase an anti-malicious, site cleaner/protection system and SSL to my websites. But the thing is they are responsible for our hosting security. When I asked them to provide me with the backup of my entire data so they are demanding me to pay them 4999.00 INR as it is not their responsibility. Please ask them then why did they take annual charges from us ? If we have to take care of our own hosting then y should I go with Godaddy's hosting ? So its my request please take action against this and let us know asap.

My have a account in godaddy, id - customer #:[protected], i have purchase vps server, i am follow all interaction of vps server updating. But still not updating my name server, they are not help me, they are telling it should be take time 24 to 48 hours, but i am still waiting, it is not update. They are doing cheating with customer. My have a business site, still 24 to 48 hours shutdown.

When i am updating new nameserver, it is not update, it is again again showing my old name server. When i am call customer care they are saying i am not updating new nameserver, i am also update again & again, after 5 min it is showing old name.

How can i resolve this issues, please some one help me.

I think i am choose wrong hosting service providers.

All my friend, i am aware you, please don't choose this hosting service provider, otherwise you can harassment, like me.

I purchased a domain few days back and now m not able to sign up on it and not able to edit my website. When I complaint regarding this. They are blaming me that issue is in my internet connection and there is no issue from their end. While I checked it many times and my net is working properly. Even customer care staff is also rude and refused my request to transfer the domain.

Hi all, who ever in this globe a kind request don't buy hosting and domain service from godaddy because they are useless. The hosting service work for only specific ip address not all (Globally) i bought a 1 year hosting plan, but my hosting some error found (Resource level), after that i resource level upgrade, but they are not upgrading my resource level. Its really waste of money no customer support they have, if you tell about your complaint they dont bother, they are good in collecting money and cheating public. Thank you

On jan 3rd my hosting was suspended, and they locked my godaddy account for no reasons at all, even if i agree, that okay they suspended my hosting but they have no rights lock my domain, as per there terms and condtions which i have read it all from last 10 days i am trying to contact on call (Ever day 5+ hours and by mail (Over 26 mails) no reply from them. What would a customer do... They take the money and lock anyone they want. Proper fraud company these guyz are running.
Spent around 5000 rs. Till now and domain is worth over 100000 rs.
Complete looters these guyz are.
Even on hold on call with them from last 49 minutes during filing this complaint.

I am pradeep kumar a customer at godaddy having one problem since long time, still not resolved of "refund of my amount for domain purchase"

Condition of this problem:

I liked a domain named: thinkin.com from godaddy and added to my cart but it was unavailable. Later i got a call from customer support named "kondempudi tejaswi" and she said that this domain is already allotted to some body else but once you pay amount 4, 446.63 then we will provide you the same domain, and after that i made the payment. Later i tried to connect that support person and she replied that its depend on another customer, if he leaves this domain then only you can avail. Finally i said that please refund my amount and they agreed and said to send an email which i already sent but still its not refunded.

So i would like to request you to refund my amount = inr 4, 446.63 to my account.

Godaddy shared hosting is just a fraud, you do not know what is happening in their serves, why your website is not accessible, sometimes very slow and once it just got deleted as well.

Go daddy has the poorest customer service due to its monopolistic nature of business. Once you have bought the domain from them and hosted the websites with godaddy, you are struck with them, because you will keep revolving around the customer care phone numbers without proper support and there is no escalation mechanism - no email support to log your case, no appellate authority to help you

I have bought www.facebookwebcam.com from godaddy and suddenly after one week i have got an email that my domain has been suspended without any valid reason. I even did't host any website from that domain. My money also didn't return back and no one is replying on [protected]@godaddy.com. I have decided to complain about it in consumer forum.

After upgrading the hosting to deluxe hosting and then to the business hosting, my website, hosting account, cpanel, webmail, etc. Is not working. Logging in is a far away thing, but these are not even getting opened in the browser. I have raised this issue many time on the chat support as well as phone support.
I have spent around 4 hours a day on phone support of godaddy still, their technical team is not able to find the issue and give me a proper reasoning and validations about the issue. I have suffered with around inr 50, 000/- of business loss. No email notification, no warnings, nothing. The team of godaddy is just fooling around and making me lose my business. They even drop my phone calls and do not respond to my queries. I demand a strict action to be take and give me the reimbursement for the losses i have suffered. I hope this complaint/application reaches the right authority and takes the right action.

I have placed request for restoring one domain which was running in plesk account and customer care in india by name madhuri demanded a ransum of rs4999.00 to recover the back up deleted an account of migration to wp backed website. (This is again purely an account of inefficient service of godaddy in plesk) after asking to transfer money she informed to wait for 7-10 days to get back my back-up which was never communicated to me before collecting money. Before collecting money she told it will be up in 10 mins you can cross check in call voice record.

As there is no contract specifying the same i dont need any backup. I need full refund of my money.

I called you guyz 3 times first i was talking to a lady and them i talked to varun for my tech problem. But rather them solving my problem your technical support excutive start disconneting my call. And i m very upset to your service.

Now due to ur technical errors we were not able to host and we have to pay to other vendors and get it done
Now it is running smoothly there
Your people are asking money to rectify errors
I had purchased 100 and more domains paid lacs of rs and many other
Products also. The support is now frustrating us by disconnecting line and are arrogant.

I m requesting you last time whether u will fix my problem or i will go ahead with my things to see what i can do to make people aware to stay away from go daddy.

You may be a big company but i will get support from big rocks and others to see how you ill treat your clients
