I am running a organisation, abaeen.com. we use to provide many opensource service. and name was api.ababeen.com. from last 1 month server is down. it will open, if you connected through godaddy internet network and if you connect to 3G or any network then not loading.(using ssh connection getting content.) Today by mistake i deleted my all domain/subdomain and recreated. now also same problem and my die situation is i have lost my all the date. backup folder also got deleted . CLOSED my business and dream

My web page was not loading. its working within godaddy network. I am running behind customer support . all are making fun .

customer support not giving value to customer . now more than 10, still my problem not solved, just playing with customer, please help me to resolve my issue

Godaddy is fraud company, they dont have any kind of security for there clients.
They have stolen my money.
they have looted there clients.
They must be shut down.
I will file an Legal FIR very soon against them.

Worse email service for the last 5+ months!

We are unable to send any emails from our mobile phones.. And the smtp options regularly require changes on pc and mac devices. Right now i have spent over 60 minutes talking to go daddy's customer support in india, person named m mujeebuddin.. And the technical team failed to resolve the issue.

We waited for 15 minutes for go daddy's email servers to respond and we received the "the connection has timed out" issue on all domains held with go daddy.

How does go daddy expect its customers to use their service and continue to renew / repay for such poor experience?? Go daddy is hurting our business as we fail to connect internally and externally with our stakeholders and clients.

Upgraded my hosting plan form Economy to Ultimate, the email facility still the same. Looking at the details on the website of godaddy planned to buy Ultimate windows hosting.
This hosting feature enables us to have 1000 email is with 1Gb space.
When called up the customer care - Ramond L, shared a shocking reply that we were using some other plan which cannot be upgraded. He adviced us to pay and obtain the email facility

Our website was hacked a month ago. The hacker has used our email id to send numerous promotional emails. Due to this our emails have stopped working since 25th August2016. Ever since Im talking to Godaddy customer care on daily basis. Each call time estimates upto 1 to 1.5 hours. Still the issue is not resolved.
After a long attempt I raised a ticket 30226669 on Sep 8 at 12.20 pm. It should have been resolved in 72 hrs ( as per their committment). Till Sep13 there was no reply. I called them to find out. They dont have a solid reply, but to convince me again saying that ' Our Technical team is working on top priority, but the exact time cant be told'.

Had recently purchased a hosting (Deluxe package) from Godaddy for 3 years and along with it got a free Domain. After configuring the hosting as well as Emails, I sent a test message to few of my other business IDs and one ID of @outlook.com. I'm able to receive mail on @gmail.com. Tried through Webmail as well as through Mail client using their SSL configuration as well as unsecured configuration.

None were received at the receipient's end. Neither have received any bounce message at the sending ID.

Contacted the "Award winning support team" 's landline.. [protected]. The person at the other end couldn't provide any solution or a logical answer to the issue (they put me on hold for 10mins... then further 20mins) neither they issued any ticket to me. Nor they have any Support email ID for communicated. They did said that they do have a chat link, but its not working / couldn't find the link even after googling it.

I bough the delux linux plan which shows unlimited websites, unlimited storage, unlimited bandwidth, 500 email addresses free domain with annual plan. But it do not shows that it has the max limit of number of files of 250000. They must show this in the list of features. They are hiding the important information which is totally wrong and they are making fool to their customers.

When i get in touch with the customer service executive they do not have solution to the problem they only want to sale more expensive plans.

Totally disappointed with godaddy. It just another fraud company which always hiding important information to make more money.

I have Purchased a Dedicated Server from godaddy on 21st aug 2016, On 23rd I tried to install Dotnet framework on server. Suddenly server stopped and now from 23rd to till date the award winning support team is working on the same issue. I tried to reach them over call, and every time it took more than 30 minutes to reach them. After this frustrating 30 minutes, a guy comes over call and says, you have to wait for some more time. They guys did not follow the support ticket completion time of 72 hours(Max). The have already taken more than 120 hours till now and still no positive response.
The best thing is, the award winning support do not have any email id for conversation, they have only voice call support. No one can send them reminders or complains via email. I also had a discussion with US support team and got the same reply.
They guys are doing complete fraud. I must mention here that due to all this I am going to loose INR 1000 per day (this is the cost of Award winning Support)
If anyone have any email / contact number please let me know

I have bought things from go daddy.
I have money in my go daddy account after buying some money left in my account they are saying we will only give refund in us$ so buy things otherwise you will get nothing as much money will be deducted due to cheque will come in us dollar and forcefully let me buy something still some money left which they are not giving back by stating that we will give in only us dollar so if we send cheque you have to pay us at the time of buying something they are not saying moreover they are accepting money in INR and at time of refund they can't give in INR

Company website does not give correct information for the payment it takes, also there is not refund policy applicable, when i am canceling service within 12hrs also it is not refundable.
1- Wrong information displayed for taking payment
2- there is no proper refund policies.

Payment option was not displaying any information regarding that it is non-refundable. it must be displayed.

Theres a problem in signing in into my hosting page!
i mean i cannot manage my hosting.
they are giving a message as "you dont have a hosting plan"
but instead i had just bought it recently hardly before 15 days..

I bought 6 month VPS SERVER from godaddy.com and I Have cancelled the order after 1 month due to non support but godaddy did't give any refund, company have no complain email id, all hosting company refund amount of remain month charges,
Godaddy is a full fraud company - there is no technical help, no payment refund.

On 15th july 2016, i talked to a customer care exec from godaddy to understand a website builder plan which can enable mobile support for my website. He suggested me to enroll for an upgraded plan : business plus, which was obviously costlier than my current plan. I paid the amount immediately.In next 10 minutes it got activated and i realized that the new plan is of now use as it is creating a distorted (Jumbled up content) view of my website on mobile screens. This was clearly a technical fault in their templates. After much follow ups they told me they can't do anything about it and they will also not refund any money as per their policy.

My godaddy customer nbr is[protected]. As it is a technical fualt at their end, i am sure all other innocent customers must be facing the same issue and would be loosing their money because of these frauds. My aim to raise the complaint here is to make godaddy realize that consumers are not stupid and they will have to pay for their fraudulent practices. Please help.

I'm trying to getting my refund from last 3 years, but not getting the same. At the time of purchasing the hosting plan from godaddy india, they assured me that if i dont get service as per my expectation then godaddy will refund my money within 30 days. But from 3 years i'm not get any refund from godadday india. Never recommend godaddy to anyone. My customer id is 64114700.

I have two domains www.thebanyanclub.com & www.thebanyanclub.co.in. Few days back I wanted to forward .com domain to the website hosted on .co.in. It's a wordpress starter pack and website was working perfectly on .co.in domain.

But since last two days none of the domains are working. I have been calling Go Daddy "PAID" call service since last two days but the response is very bad. Each one of your call assistant ask for the issue again and again. And there is not a single step taken from your team to sort out this issue.

I am registered under dnd and also godaddy. I have kept my mobile number on their account since i do have domains and sites hosted with them, but it has been a nightmare sharing my mobile number with them.

I have complained several times before regarding the unsolicited calls i am receiving from godaddy (Several numbers including +[protected] & +[protected] for cross-selling their products/services. I have complained to godaddy through their customer service reps (Both online and phone) and also their facebook page. The fb page is administered from their head office in the us and they categorically deny that the numbers i have indicated (Such as the one above) are theirs. Obviously, this is a due to some legal issues (Who else woudl be calling to sell godaddy products except godaddy)? I would like to put this on record and start and start a thread so other customers who are receiving unsolicited calls from godaddy india can express their concern so their us parent can finally accept that their subsidiary is making unsolicited calls, since the indian subsidiary seems to be unapologetic is calling and disregarding requests for dnd (Do not disturb).

Wanted to inform you that, go daddy not doing any check eg: backgraoud check of person phone number, purpose of creating website simply for few bucks they are allowing to create website and people are getting cheated.

Recently i got cheated with one online ecommerce site www.worldclues.com, they have looted my 21000 rs

Story how i got cheated :

Attached email. 7th may 2016 morning i booked one samsung ovan worth rs 10499 and got payment id : 5461621 provided by worldclues
People. Once i have made a payment of 10499 then again got another call
From [protected] saying that congrats sir u got 75000 rs as a promotional offer.In order to get this total amount u need to make tax payment [tds] which would be 14% amount 10499 then again i have done online payment on imps using my icici bank account[protected], to payee mobile number [protected], payee mmid 9211000, total amount deposited inr 10, 500/-

After this payment they told me u will get your gift money 75000 just
Within 20 min but i didn't receive any money again i call to the customer
Care asking where is my money they told me u need to do one more last
Payment 8500 rs again this would be your last payment, no idea where is
The money now.

9th may 2016 they called me and saying you can not get your money refund or your product. Now i wanna take seriously some action against these people.

When i tried to find out then i come to know dat that site got created using https://in. Godaddy.com/, currenlty that site not working at all.

Hi authority,
My godaddy account number is 94084575. I have purchased domain omegachems.com with hosting plan (Order #[protected] on 3/11/2015 for 1 year.
My hosting expired in march 2016 and i was not able to check mail to renew account.
My problem is i can renew my account but my website backup is not available at go daddy end as per customer support. They are saying that they can't provide my website data and database.
Now i have already paid a lot to make my website with contents and theme designing, and they are helpless.
They have deleted my all data even after taking money from me. Its my business loss also.

Please look into this.
