I registered a domain( website not yet designed) and after that all my day goes spending time in handling scammers and website offers from companies

I registered it with a name Ashu all the Scammers call me ashu thats how i came to know it is godaddy

I am getting 10 calls daily on average calling my name ashu (the name i used in billing details )

i request godaddy to answer me that question why it happened and how .
I will go for Further legal complaint into this matter if not solved because it made my life hell

This is regarding our website (www.nirrtigo.com) hosted at GoDaddy servers. We are a start-up. We bought the server space from GoDaddy to host our website. We pay GoDaddy every month for this.

GoDaddy takes down our website every month on a regular basis for 1-2 days. At this moment, our website is down because of server issues for more than 48 hours. Our customers who visit our website on a daily basis can’t access the website and also make no purchase. Our business has suffered, our team is sitting idle. We have lost revenues from potential customers.

We worked very hard in last 2 years to improve our website ranking in Google search results. And now, ranking has gone down because of server issues by GoDaddy. This will mean, we will have to shut our business.
We tried to contact GoDaddy customer support by phone, email and there is no concern. They are not resolving our issues.

Unfortunately, when Prime Minister Narendra Modi promotes start-up India, there are companies like GoDaddy who kill start-ups.

We would like to register our complaint with you and take action against GoDaddy. Their managing director India is Rajiv Sodhi.

We are frustrated and have no option but to close our operations.

We have been killed by a big Corporate named GoDaddy.

GoDaddy India Ltd (https://in.godaddy.com/) has blocked my domain without any intimation on completion of one year and now they are charging different types of amount to renew as well as to allot me my domain. Company even not responding properly to my quarries and due to it i am suffering from my companies connectivity with my costumers(Via- Email, Websites). the problem is from 10 December 2015 and please do find the attach document in case of client number. I have lost my 4 websites due to Godaddy LLC (www.godaddy.com). Today I have lost my all 4 sites due to Godaddy worst webhosting service Godaddy Server like a lover’s park or sea beach. Where every day hackers hacks millions on websites. And after that Godaddy charged you for providing backup near about 5000/- INR. My 4 websites were hacked by hackers which were hosted in Godaddy today morning. One more question how hackers moves into to their secure server? . As you were demanded world best secure hosting provider. I think that hackers were not came from outside. May be godaddy create Inhouse hackers team to hack our web site data and your have charged for pay you I have not putting my comment intensonaly. I bought an online store service with GoDady for one year. They assured me that I can get my money back anytime I want to cancel the order. I used that store for six months. Now, I canceled the order and asked for my refund of remaining 6 months. At first, they denied to give refund. When I started being rude, the agreed to refund (It was like typical Indian buyer-seller communication). But, Nothing happened to my account for next one week. Then I sent an email to their support team. They replied that my refund has been proceeded. After a month, I get a cheque and I thanked god for relieving me from the headache. When I gave the cheque to my bank, they denied to take the cheque because it was in $$$. I called to Godaddy. The guy told me that godaddy can't do anything. I asked him to proceed the refund in INR but, he denied. I am having the check still in my pocket. Don't know what to do. :(

Godaddy costumer care executive convinced to purchase the hosting for 1 year and I paid but after just 15 days when I need all my website to be live were all offline and even second time also it has happened the same, everytime I call they put me on hold saying will contact the backend to find the issue. so I am fade up with their services and asked to pay my hosting charges back but no response this. Later they agreed that it is because of their problem but are not paying my money back.

Godaddy.com is Not Credible site to register domains. They sell the already registered domain names which can never be registered in your name and then they reverse the registration after few days saying that there was technical error!!! I could buy buysolar, in domain 2 times on 30 October 2015 in span of 2 hours, even after this domain name was registered on some other person's name few months back!!! Their customer care is pathetic and pretend that the registered domain name is now buyer's property once he makes payment. I made 5 phone calls of 30-45 minutes each on[protected] and they kept repeating that i will definitely get the domain name in my account and they kept dragging me into it for 4 days. Eventually they agreed that it was by technical error i could buy the domain name and now i will no longer get the same domain name!!! Be carefull and do not book domain on godaddy. There are other good domain registry websites. Book on them and AVOID GODADDY!

Guys if you're looking around for a hosting service, please avoid godaddy at any cost. I've a Deluxe hosting plan with these people and I've hosted a WordPress website. Every now and then it gives me "cannot connect to database error" or "503 Service error". And their customer service is just as horrible. They've totally removed email feedback and now you have to call them everytime. And the support team in India is totally clueless and ridiculous. When i tell them that im gettin these errors, they'll say "sir now the site is loading, call us immediately when you get the error". And its definitely not a "24 X 7 award winning team". Call them late in the evening or early morning, they'll play an advertisement and make you wait. I'm looking for a better host and move out. Kindly avoid this Godaddy .

I had called Go Daddy Multiple times in a day for an small issue about accessing the server from Filezilla, so one of the Employee from Go daddy her name is Rajni, She asked many questions like we are offering bla bla bla, then she asked me to be online because she was resolving the issue i was waited 20 minutes, they unable to resolve my problem then suddenly my phone disconnected, Again i called to go daddy one another guy picked up my phone again he asked so many questions then again he took my complaint his name was Avinash he told me that he will call me back in couple of minutes.But No Response from the support.

I have registered with godaddy for email and web hosting for a year. My registration no is 87560542. There is serious problem with mails not working since last 4 days. A ticket no was issued 4 days back[protected]. Till now we have been speaking to customer service associates and managers, one of them is ms. Vannela. But none are able to answer when the problem will be solved. This is a highly degraded services that the company is providing and we are loosing out on our business for the worst services by godaddy. Every time a phone call is made to customer service, we spend an hour speaking to them as the person who takes the call is not capable enough to solve the query. Disgusting and pathetic customer care services, we call the to resolve weirdly silly issues from their end and which take more than hours and also in between they hung up calls. After all this they never resolve issues resulting in company's valuable loss of time and money

Support in India is very very poor. They do not try to understand the problem and there is no way to get in contact with technical team and unless we argue and insist they do not register complaint. i had a problem with my emails last 25days my ticket no is 25866624 these guy are totally wasting time.here is the list of executives of godaddy support these people are totally zero [protected]@godaddy.com/ [protected]@godaddy.com / [protected]@godaddy.com / [protected]@godaddy.com When we shoot email hoping some higher authority will get in touch with us there is no response for emails. There is only one single phone number for support. When we dial in it takes ages to get connected and end up on hold. Any question you ask, their reply is “please hold”, and after 5 to 10 minutes they come with an answer “we can't do anything our technical team tried and said wait upto 72 hours.

Dear OnDuty Its very disappointing from GoDaddy Company, i have taken Site Lock certificate from this company, but last month i found that hackers attack on my site scripting and its VERY PAINFULL That SITE LOCK Does not do anything against this attack . Site lock have XSS Scan and its simply fail on my site.due to this attack my whole scripting dosnt work correctly . i want my payment back with all compansation which i have to losss during this issue. my site name is Vastubhoomi.Net

I have a deluxe hosting account with godaddy..my acc id is: 55455903 my name is Sonu Matta and my mobile no is: [protected].. I have called the customer support to tell them that i am not been able to connect to server from the morning. I first spoke to Sapna pandey she was giving me excuses that we are updating your security level then i talk to supervisor sumit tara he was up to no help and then i talk to manager Prashant Joshi he also was of no use.. My simple question to them was that if your server are not working then you should inform your clients by marking an email as you do for renewal notices...you make promises on the website of 99.9% uptime which is actually not been followed..when I ask them to compensate since its their problem they are not ready for it..nither they have given me any fix time like by when my problem will be solved.. My clients are after me.. I lost the business bez of it so it becomes their duty to compensate for it...

We are small website development company - Veritus Solutions - based out in Gurgaon, India. We are customers of godaddy . We are using hosting services of godaddy. We are writing to make to make everyone aware that how miserable and pathetic services that godaddy provides in India. Also, we want to highlight how the customer service representatives are callous and insensitive to end users. We have been hosting websites on Godaddy servers and suddenly all the websites are hacked by some one known as Azade (turkish hacker) on 11/17 at around 2 PM IST. Initially, Godaddy executives were in denial mode and were not agreeing that there is an issue at GoDaddy end. They keep on insisting that there is a code issue and we have done something wrong and deployed the wrong code. They asked us for USD 150 per website, if we wish to recover the websites. But after our insistence and spending more than 4 hours, Godaddy executive named Mr. George agreed that there is an issue at Godaddy servers and administration team is working on it. Even he mentioned, that same issue is being reported by other customers as well. Godaddy able to recover few websites till midnight of 11/17 but in the morning servers are being hacked again. When we called Godaddy, Mr. Manjeet Rai mentioned that godaddy has done whatever they can do and they cannot help us any more. When asked if there is any escalation path or can we contact his supervisor he said, Escalation path or escalation email id doesn't exist and he cannot provide his supervisor’s id. He said that he cannot help us.. And that’s it...! Its very sad and disheartening to see that executives of MNC company behave like this. They don't understand what issue customer is facing and they cannot even help customers to resolve it. We have been chasing down by our customers repeatedly and its more than 18 hours that our websites are down. Thanks and Regards Vishal

Hi all, Who ever in this globe a kind request don't buy hosting and domain service from godaddy becasue they are useless.the hosting service work for only specific ip address not all (Globally) i bought a 1 month hosting plan to test the service but its really waste of money no customer support they have, if you tell about your complaint they dont bother, they are good in collecting money and cheating public. Dear CEO or who ever listens to, I have bought couple of domain names from GoDaddy. Today i noticed that the one of my site www.dhaneshnair.com is not working including its subdomain. I have called their customer support. I explained all the issues with them including the proofs that the issue is with their url resolving server for the following reasons. 1) www.dhaneshnair.com is not working and if I try some 10 times, it works once. Customer Exec Reply: Sir, it is working atleast once right? and Reach out to your hosting partner(Google). It is their issue. 2) I said mail.dhaneshnair.com which is pointed to google mail is also not working in the mean while another site which is pointed to google mail in GoDaddy in my account works fine. Customer Exec Reply: Sir, US team is saying it is not our problem (really rude mostly) 3) I said, i have sent your proofs that it is not even resolving (Converting the url) Customer Exec Reply: Tell me the solution if you know where is the problem (Is this what I am supposed to do???). 4) Escalate or reply to my mail Cutomer Exec Reply: No one is around, I cannot reply to your mail On call for 55 minutes. Call Transferred to Lead (Rakesh). He was totally rude on call as if doing a favour to me. I explained the problem. I told him that one of the url is working and another is not working. Leads Reply: Our US team says that hosting is not with us. Thats all i can do. If you want sent a mail to support @godaddy.com Awesome experience.. Please who ever is gonna help me, if you says that try it in different machine, i tried in IPad (same problem), Try different ISP (my another which is with GoDaddy resolving to Google) is getting worked with the same ISP. I need a solution and compensation for the insult i have gone through and trust me I will never ever get a domain name (sigh: already got three with you) again.

Hi, I am cancel web hosting account after clarifying refund procedure from their customer support.I cancel my hosting account on 19-Nov-2013 (one year delux plan) request no:21258947 .Still also not getting refund .I am called several time to their customer care getting different answer, when i ask to transfer call to supervisor, they reply now thair is no supervisor available.I a feel very bad customer support from godaddy. My domain is down for two days. I was told them it would be fix in couple of mins over phone. But its still not working. Now they are telling, it'd take 2 days.
Their service is very very poor.

Godaddy services are very bad. They are showing the .in domains as available even they are already register. i paid 45 USD and after the final payment... we will get a message that...your transaction is failed and we will credit your amount in 5 working days. so please be carefull while dealing with .in domains especially with godaddy. The remaining domains are accurate in go daddy. Even i tried complained to godaddy many times. till now they did not take any action regarding the same. so i kindily request godaddy through the consumer complaints board to please rectify this issue as soon as possible.
