Hello Sir, I would not hesitate to say that GO JAVAS is the worst courier service. I sent a reverse pickup courier to the Wearyourshine (P C Jewellers) Karol Bagh New Delhi with Doc No. P100001. Your person came to my doorstep to pick the item on 25/03/2015 and gave receipt for the same. (also received a SMS "Hi! PC Jeweller Order ending with 01422 has been picked up by GoJaVAS") When I enquired with local GO JAVAS they say item has been delivered to the Wearyourshine PC Jewellers. (PC Jeweller Order No. is[protected]. When I call your national helpline number you say this tracking number doesn't exist. I also received call from the PC Jewellers that they have not received the item. Due to your this negligence I have not received money from PC Jewellers. I have called you several times but you don't know what to do. I am warning you last time reply to me with delivery information or I will be forced to follow legal route due to repeated negligence and insult by GO JAVAS.     Sir, i ordered for a belt worth Rs.293/- only from snap deal and my docket No. is UNISNPC 4093737 and the courier was handed over to Go Javas for shipment and the courier boy charged Rs.300/- only and a complaint No. 464345 was also lodged with Go Javas regarding overcharging about twenty days back and i was assured by them that my compliant will be redressed within 72 hours but i think that their watches are moving slow that their 72 hours are not completed even after the expiry of twenty days and my complaint has not been redressed. That the courier company is involved in illegal practices of overcharging in the era of consumerism. Regards Naresh Behl M[protected]

    you people are cheating the gullible customers and are showing most of the complaints as resolved but my personal experience is that my complaint is still pending even after the expiry of seven months but no body bothered to contact me or resolve the complaint.

      Hi All, My order Docket No. UNISNPP1060113 from Snapdeal was due to be delivered on address 117/1 Krishna Nagar Shimla before 19th march 2015 reached your office on 13th march but I didn't receive any order till 27th march. On 28th march when I saw on Snapdeal about it. I saw the message "Attempted but not Delivered - Reason:- CID - ADDRESS NOT FOUND" and returned back. Could i get the reason why this address was not found as this is very much correct address. Also no one bother to call on the number provided along with the address details. I know this is very nice courier service provider but my first experience with you guys was not good. Hoping for quick action. Regards Nikhil Sharma

      I ordered a smartphone from snapdeal on 6may ...the actual date of arrival is 11th may ...but still now, I didn't receive that item.two or more time I contact to the customer care. But I didn't get a satisfied reply.

        hi sir This is Girish Bhangale i ordered shoes on sanpdeal the delivery date is 28 March and is home delivery he come on 25 Without any notification and that time i not have money i am request to come 2marow he aaid ki lay ki nsel tr order dyachi nahi . This is the language of service man finally i said pls cancle my order and i am not buy any product from them

          i boutght pioneer head unit from snapdeal on 15-03-15..they sent courrier through gojavas seervice ..i think it belongs to snapdeal..when want to track the product it dont shows the neccesary information ...last 3 days i am receiving meeseges that today we deliver the product make ready the cash, i choose( cod) on 19th item is in my location 20 th i will receive the product ..after 24 hrs excitement it shows Attempted but not Delivered - Reason:- CID - CONSIGNEE OUT OF STATION.on 21st COULD NOT BE DELIVERED BUT WILL BE ATTEMPTED AGAIN . after 48hr waiting i call snapdeal custmercare number[protected] ..no number is working with this number (surprised).sent an email to gojavas want the address in my town to take the package . they say its against theeir policy .. and i asked delivery boy cell number it is also aginst. item is in my location last 3days ..i am not able to receive the product . when i order in flipkat they sent the the delivey boy ph number, i am able to know, make time to receive the package ..i am really dispointed with gojavas policy & service

          I am also facing same problem this is my last time I have ordered with snap deal it such a pathetic delivery by gojavas flipkart is just so awesome in comparison to snapdeal if they do not work on it they will not survive I customer satisfaction is really very important I am waiting for my product from last 3 days and daily calling customer care I am wasting my time after making order with snap deal.

              Hi, i have not received my order yet, but at gojavas website it's showing delivered to me. What is this fraud? where is my package and when it get delivered to me. Why gojavas is making fraud as showing delivered when they have not delivered my package yet. If i'll not get my order then i'll take legal action against this fraud. If you have document of delivery then show me my sign on it. This is pathetic and unreliable service from gojavas and StalkBuyLove.                   Dear Authorities., GoJavas PayTM Order Number:[protected] Gojavas Docket No. UNIPAYP863688 Delivery issues I had purchased some medicines from PayTM and had some delivery issues with Gojavas please rectify this. 4 days ago to till date i have received messages from Javas to deliver my product today. 4 days already passed but i have not receive my product yet. I have called to Gojavas care they told me the delivery boy's status is GATE LOCKED and NO RESPONSE. Please do remember my delivery address is my company address which is 24x7 open. so status is completely wrong and your delivery boy didn't contact me or call me. Your delivery boy trying to make me fool. I had same issues with my previous order. Your delivery boy Name Vidhut Bisvas the same guy of current docket. they didn't called me on my mobile that time also and deliver my product to my colleague. when i called to your delivery boy Vidhut Bisvas they told me they don't have any authority to call customers mobile number and misbehaved with me on phone. Is this any kind of joke??? This is my medicines please deliver today. Please take action against your delivery boy. please send other boy to deliver my product today (20 Nov 2014 till 6 PM) otherwise this product will not be valuable for me. and i'll go to higher authority and consumer forum to solve this issue. - amit

                    I purchase a Mobile skin from printvenue.com and they have delivered my product since 29 October from Delhi. Through tracking code I came to know my product is in my city since past two days and through the live tracker in their website i again came to know there delivery man has visited my place twice already and haven't delivered my product. This is the poorest Courier service I would have ever came contact with.

                      its been a long time i am taking follow up from customer care and feedback team but it seems they dont care about customer. no one is helping me here. Tracking system says out for delivery and at the end of the day status comes as could not deliver, will be attempted again. and this process repeats again next day. i dont have contact details for local office nor customer care or anyone else is helping me. A gojavas's employee : Meenakshi Gandhi had sent me mail that they ll deliver my order 3-4 days back, but now she is also not answering my mails. i am fed up with these systems where customer pays and after that no one is there to answer. kindly help me .

                        Its been awful service from Gojavas. Transit Location Activity at Location Date MUMBAIMP In Transit to MYS 26/06/2014 MUMBAIMP In Transit to MYS 26/06/2014 MUMBAIMP Picked Up From Warehouse 25/06/2014 This was the status from the website. Am writing this complaint of 30th June, 2014. The latest status shows about "In transit" and the product is not delivered. When I called the customer care, they do not have any information about it. It has been disappointing service from Gojavas
                        On 28 Jun '15 i purchased Black Cotton T-Shirt through PayTm vide ORDER NO. [protected] dated 28 Jun '15 and paid the amount through debit card. On 29 June 2015 they send my product through Gojavas Courier company vide AWB Number: UNIPAYP2100742.

                        Today when i checked the status i was shocked to see that the status was that rejected by customer.

                        No body ever visited my place or try to deliver my product.

                        I want my product deliver to me.
